Complaint: I filed claim XXXX identifying the principal and interest amount used in my appeal for the denial of a home loan modification was incorrect. The response that Well Fargo provided still listed the incorrect information. I am attaching documents which will confirm my original complaint. Attached you will find : 1 ) Denial letter from Wells Fargo dated XXXX XXXX, 2017 ( 4 pages ) ; 2 ) Appeal request form dated XXXX XXXX, 2017 ( 1 page ) and related attachments, [ description of reason for appeal ; Net Present Value Input Data Values -- please note # 16 that describes the product as " Fixed-Rate '', which this is a " Pick-A-Payment '' loan, and # 22 which list the Principal and Interest amounts incorrectly ; and remaining pages are Mortgage statements that I have received from Wells Fargo that verifies that the amount of {$3900.00} does not include principal ]. As I have continued to state, and is verifiable by the statements that I have received from Wells Fargo, the Principal and Interest amount at the time I filed for a Loan Modification was : {$5200.00} ( Principal amount : {$1000.00} ; Interest amount : {$3900.00} ) NOT {$3900.00}. This has been an ongoing issue for the past 5 months. Hopefully with the attached documents, Wells Fargo will be able to recalculate the NPV using the correct information.

Complaint: I applied XXXX / XXXX / 17 which I was declined due to incorrect information on my credit file. I then applied again on XXXX / XXXX / 17 . I contacted Wells Fargo explaining the information on my credit file was not correct. I challenged the information on my file which was removed, contacted Wells Fargo Executive Office, and was told to re-apply thus they would pull the corrected credit report. I did so XXXX / XXXX / 17 , I explained this to the agent on the phone and assured me that this would happen. Upon calling back, I was informed that I was declined for the same reason as the original with the incorrect information which had been removed and verified that Wells Fargo had not pulled my updated credit report. I called back and spoke with a manager. He th en escalated the issue to underwriting who refused to pull the corrected information. Thus, in violation of the FCRA, I was placed in contact with XXXX from the Executive Office at this time. I did inform Wells Fargo that this would be escalated to t his office.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX applied for a student loan with XXXX XXXX to attend XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX. She started school, continued her education at the XXXX location, and then began her 800 hour XXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX, at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Where she performed her XXXX with no pay while at the sametime paying her monthly payment of {$25.00} per month to XXXX XXXX. In XX/XX/XXXX, she consolidated her loan with Wells Fargo, the amount of the loan is for {$20000.00} for a 15 year loan. She began her Wells Fargo payments XX/XX/XXXX. She completed her education and XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX notified XXXX XXXX of their closing XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX was not notified. XXXX XXXX disbursed her loan to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX location shortly after her application was approved. The loan was disbursed to a school that she DID NOT ATTEND. Upon recent research we have been notified by both XXXX XXXX and XXXX Department of Education that the XXXX school was not a Title XXXX XXXX. The Wells Fargo loan was consolidated in XX/XX/XXXX without any knowledge of the school closing. XXXX never received any certificate or transcript from her 18 month education at the XXXX location. Without proper documentation to her attendance and graduation and required hours of XXXX XXXX is unable to sit for her registry to obtain XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Both XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX proceeded with a loan that was fraudulent. XXXX XXXX did not do their due diligence in confirming where funds were disbursed and to the schools authenticity. There are no records of any of the graduates from the school preventing all students who paid the tuition unable to peruse their career.

C r. line for {$600.00} + I paid. So I do n't know why I keep getting these calls, BUT I WANT IT TO STOP! IF THIS IS N'T HARASSMENT, THEN I DO N'T KNOW WHAT IS!

Complaint: Wells fargo p romoted a {$250.00} cash bonus for opening a new account. I heard of scams about new accounts with them before, but this blatant one was alarming. After repeated calls as to why my bonus hasnt posted, I was told it was because they are waiting for a XXXX from me. They sent it to me in beginning of XXXX . I sent it right back. I was also promised over the phone alternate information : All i needed to do is make 10 purchase with check card by XXXX XXXX ( no mention of XXXX form needed at all! ). For good measure, I decided to mail them back the XXXX regardlless. It was not until the XXXX XXXX XXXX th at they confirmed they received the XXXX . After writing to them about where the cash bonus is, I received a reply on the XXXX XXXX XXXX fr om " XXXX '' that they finally " received '' the XXXX form and the bonus should post in 3-5 bu siness days! I followed up on the XXXX XXXX XXXX a s to the whereabouts of the bonus, in which I was told that, sorry, I will not be getting it and I was lied to by their reps!! I am outraged. I feel I was lured into opening a new account and the {$250.00} requirements were purposely miscommunicated as part of their scheme. A bank as big as big as Wells Fargo can not mislead their customers repeatedly ( over messages and over the phone ) as part of their game to have people open accounts with them. I demand the {$250.00} bonus at once.

Complaint: Today I received a email notification that my account was closed .... My account was negative for almost two months because wells fargo reversed a disputed charge .... I contacted them and explained the payment was paid by insurance company and was told that they would undue the charges again and to date I have received no notification of such changes ... ... They have also charged me fees that should n't be accessed on my account, I 'm tired of this bank stealing money from us ... .. they never sent me a letter stating the were denying the claim or reason as to why if the claim was denied .... very unprofessional of them .... with them the last 7 months ov er 10k has been deposited into this account and ever over drafted or negative balance I have gotten in the past has been paid ... .. I had the opportunity account and was told that after year it would roll of to a regular checking and savings account ... ...

Complaint: Wells Fargo Dealer Services " confirms that the retail installment contract/loan number XXXX was paid in full or was satisfied on XXXX / XXXX / 2017 . '' After 69 days I am still waiting for my refund of {$640.00}. WFDS sa id it issued payment at the end of XXXX - but I never received payment. Thereafter WFDS claims that I have to file a notarized affidavit ( at my own expense ) with them to receive my refund. Why is the burden put on me to receive the refund of my money? Complaint: Credit cards/store cards were opened in my name and birth date with a social security number that is not mine. Complaint: My mortgage comp any, America Servicing Company, merged with Wells Fargo. M y mortgage is now held at Wells Fargo Bank. This incident recently happened on XXXX XXXX , XXXX , this has happened twice in the past. I submited a monthly payment and the bank duplicate the paymen t and overcharged my account. My mortgage statement showed two ( 2 ) payments deducted on the same day for the same amount. Wells Fargo char ged my account a lump sum payment in the amount of {$870.00} as oppose to two individual payments in the amounts noted below. Example of the duplicate payment in the following amounts : XXXX - {$430.00} - applied to principal and interest XXXX - {$430.00} - applied only to principal ( suspicious activity as I have never submitted a principal only payment in the history of the loan payments ) I called the bank and the representative could not assist as she claimed there was a confirmation of payment sent to me of the full dollar amount. She could not confirm the confirmation number or advised where I could locate the payment confirmation number. I only submitte d one payment ; however, we can not find the proof of the confirmation of the customer submission of two ( 2 ) payments. This has happened in the past in XXXX , on my second mortgage in the amount of {$1400.00}. They went into my account and process duplicate payments in the amount. Again, my account went into overdraft, which alerted me to investigate further. ASC/Wells Fargo a dmitted error but did not do anything to prevent future occurrence. This recently happened again in XXXX XXXX . The only notification was my account went into overdraft for the payment that was submitte d three times by Wells Fargo and that is how I realized there was suspicious activity on my account. I would appreciate the CFPB investigating further of this practice that most customers are unaware of Wells Fargo submittin g payments on their behalf of which the customer did not initiate. I appreciate your help!
