Complaint: Hi my name is XXXX XXXX , I have a complaint to write about my banks with my home loan. My current ban k Wells Fargo Ba nk has received my full Request for Loan Modification packet that I sent in recentl y. Wells Fargo B ank admits they have received t he Request for Loan Modification packet but they still have put my home for foreclosure sale which is scheduled for XXXX -2017. I do nt know why they are posting my home if they have a compl ete Request for Loan Modification packet. How am I supposed to deal with this now they are saying its too close to the sale date to do anything. I originally had my loan started with XXXX XXXX XXXX I used to pay all the time and on time around {$1100.00} per month for my mortgage until the recession hit and I was affected very badly by it. I lost a very big amount of income and could not pay the loan. After some time I got back on my feet and could actually pay. When this time come my loan mortgage was changed to Wachovia Bank. Wachovia Bank was asking me to pay a monthly amount of around {$1800.00}. This was much higher then what I could not pay in the beginning. After some time has passed I was notified that my loan was again changed to Wells Fargo Bank. This Wells Fargo is now my current bank. Wells Fargo Bank is now asking me to pay {$2400.00} per month for my loan. How is this possible? I can not afford this amount what can I do to get a payment amount that I used to have. Ive tried but had no luck. Ive sent the Wells Fargo Bank all my documents a full RMA packet but t hey are saying I dont have enough time to be reviewed.

Complaint: I contact ed Wells Fargo Card Services, Credit Bureau Disputes Division , via phone # XXXX and fax # XXXX to report that an account I voluntarily closed in XXXX had been deleted from my files with the CRAs. I am attaching copies of my letters and other documents provided t o WF. Sinc e the loan was not in a derogatory status when we paid it off, I expected the record to continue reporting until XXXX . On contacting the CRAs, I was told th at Wells Fargo instr ucted them to delete the record. I conclude that WF mistakenly instructed the CRAs to delete the credit item after I asked the bank to remove only an invalid remark on my credit reports stating this loan was in dispute. Prior to the improper deletion, this account positively impacted my credit scores because of its age and positive payment history, and its deletion helped to lower my credit scores. My wife and I opened the join t LOC i n XXXX XXXX ; it was always paid on time, and the account was in a positive status when we voluntarily closed the account around XXXX XXXX . For ov er 6 week s in XXXX and XXXX I worked tirelessly wi th Wells Fargo to attempt to get the item back on my credit reports. I made multiple phone calls and also wrote to the bank providing an old credit report that showed a truncated loan number. XXXX XXXX XXXX , a Wells Fargo employee at the banks credit card executive office calle d me around XXXX XXXX to state that I must provide a " complete loan number as their records for this account were no longer available .... and without a complete loan number she could not assist me any further .... '' For reference, the rep provided a case number, XXXX , for my use in making future inquiries on this matter. I can not locate the old statements for this loan and I am puzzled and frustrated as to how the history of my loan with the bank can be unavailable after just a year of the account being closed. Furthermore, the historical record for this loan is still reporting accurately on my spouse 's credit report. It is my opinion that WF does not appreciate the importance of this matter to me and is not doing as much as it can. Please assist me in getting a prompt resolution to this matter. I am working diligently to rebuild my credit history and removal of this long-standing and positive credit record has had significant negative impact. Complaint: We are filing a complaint against our mortgage lend er Wells Fargo ( WF ) for esc row distortion and intentionally forcing our loan into delinquency due to inaccurate adjustments to the loan payments. After an escrow analysis had apparently been performed on our loan, it was decided by WF, th at our payments would increase from {$1300.00} to {$1400.00}, this {$110.00}, increase strained our finances because we had already lost approximately {$600.00} in social security income that we once received for caring for our sons special needs. Since these benefits have stopped almost 1 year ago, it was near to impossible for us to keep up with these increases. Due to the statutes under the Home stead exemption program, we are exempt from paying any county taxes and our mortgage l ender WF, has errone ously increased our payments overtime due to tax disbursements which they have made to XXXX County on our behalf. Our home is also located outside of the nearest considered city limits which allows us not to pay any city taxes as well. We are requesting that these corrections to our escrow accounts be made right away. Furthermore, WF, has threatened to place our loan into foreclosure on XXXX XXXX , XXXX , if we do not pay all of the outstanding balances of our loan. We have raised previous grievances regarding this matter on XXXX XXXX , XXXX , and nothing was done to correct this matter then. Modified - - - XXXX c harged to acct. Complaint: I filed a previous complaint about wells fargo and you closed the case without the appropriate resolutio n. Wells Fargo says the " found '' about {$300.00} they owed additional. The real amount is nearly {$3000.00}. We owed $ XXXX on the mortgage and were required to pay a $ XXXX amount. The difference is $ XXXX . They are saying that the {$2500.00} escrow check contained additional money owed. This is not true. WHen I was receiving a payoff amount I was told that there would be a {$2500.00} escrow payment. I still paid {$3000.00} more because I had until XXXX XXXX to pay it off and that would be accrued interest until then. However, I paid it off nearly a month before that, XXXX XXXX , so there is a month of interest, about {$3000.00}, that are they still trying to steal. Wells Fargo as we all know is a corrupt and criminal organization. I 'm not going to allow them to take my money as I did n't even get a loan through them. THey bought my loan without my consent. I have now wasted several hours on this corruption and expect compensation above the amount owned for that.

Complaint: I submitted an international transfer of funds in the amount of {$96000.00} XXXX received b y Wells Fargo on XXXX XXXX , 2017. The market exchange rate that day was XXXX , which would have resulted in a conversion to {$12000.00}. I expected somewhere near the amount of XXXX afte r the exchange. Instead , Wells Fargo performed the conversion with its own rate of XXXX . The amount I received at the end was {$11000.00}, which is about about a {$450.00} loss due t o Wells Fargo 's pre ferential rate. Wells Fargo abuses a preferential exchange rate and applies predatory practices. It charged me an unexpected and hidden exchange fee of 4 %. Furthermore, the information available o n Wells Fargo 's website abou t the exchange rate f or that day by the bank is misleading and is not the amount the bank charged me. ( XXXX XXXX , a Wells Fargo operated forex service. ) Furthermore, information on w hat Wells Fargo i s charging is not available online -- I was told I should 've called the bank prior to making the transaction. Complaint: Wells Fargo Email X/XX/2017 I need you to send me the mortgage statement. This account page has the mortgage account number trunca ted. If I do n't have the complete account number along with the current amount due, I can not pay the mortgage on my house. It is unbelievable that Wells Fargo is giving me such a hassle over this. I never heard of a Bank/Mortgage company refusing to send statements to the owner of the house. I quit receiving proper statement to pay from months ago. I contacted Wells Fargo and they offered to 1 time fax me the current statement. However, I do n't have a fax machine and Wells Fargo refuses to send me statements by US Mail. Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX 2017 I have deposited a {$1000.00} into a Wells Fargo bank for the purposes of opening a secure credit card. I was told that I will have an answer in no more than a week and a credit inquiry will appear on my credit report. It has been over 2 months now, and there is still no credit inquiry and no credit card. After not seeing any action after a month I have repeatedly asked for my money back, since the bank does n't even bother to verify my credit I have been told that the banker will call me back in 2 days. NO ONE ever called me, and when I show up at the branch, which I did 4 times now, I am told that I will get my money in 2 weeks. It has been over 5 weeks since the first time they told me 2 weeks. I got the same answer today. And yes, the banker will call me back in 2 days again. I do n't believe them anymore.

Complaint: I submitted a complaint to the CFPB on XXXX XXXX , 2017. The or iginal complaint is attached for reference. In that complaint I stated that my husband and I had an auto loan throug h Wells Fargo Dealer Services. The vehicle was in an accident on XX/XX/2017 which resulted in a total loss. The insurance company paid the claim in XXXX and the service contract was cancelled which produced a refund being sent back to Wells Fargo. Eve n with these payments, there was still a balance left due. I called prior to the payments being made and was told th at Wells Fargo no lo nger allows their consumers to restructure the loan even when it is a total loss. I then asked about settling the balance that would be left due. They told me they would not talk settlement until the payment from the insurance was received. I called once it was applied to our account and spoke with XXXX in the total loss department. He was supposed to be checking with his supervisor regarding the settlement amount and then get back to me. I called 6 times in th e 3 wee ks following that conversation and never received a call back. Then it was reported to the credit bureaus that we were 30 days past due. I also stating in my complaint that they were not to be calling my husband for collections because he works a grave yard shift. Wells Fargo responded to our complaint by stating we signed a contract and were obligated to pay this but we could refinance the loan through them. This is not correct as I tried to do this before the insurance company even paid out the claim. She also did not address any of the other issues I raised in my complaint. I was trying to work with Wells Fargo to resolve this issue, but I am unwilling to work with them anymore if I can not get anyone to call me back. I believe they damaged our credit as a scare tactic to try and get us to settle for a higher amount. I also disputed the negative reporting on our credits because we are not actually late. With the payments from the insurance company, we are actua lly 3+ y ears paid ahead. Their response to the dispute was to change the reporting in XXXX to be " not reporting '' and XXXX to be 30 days past due. They are erroneously reporting to the credit bureaus and not bothering to actively resolve my dispute with the CFPB. If, after this complaint, the issue is not resolved to my satisfaction, my husband and I will be filing a lawsuit for not only the remaining amount due on the loan, but damages for the negative reporting on our credit as well. Judging by the amount of complaints I have seen with the CFPB against Wells Fargo for similar issues, we could definitely make this a class action lawsuit. I would appreciate it if Wells Fargo responds to this complaint that they actually respond to the issues raised in the complaint instead of disregarding the complaint by responding with a blanket response that does not fix any of my issues.

Complaint: On XXXX / XXXX / 16 I logged into m y Wells Fargo Home Mortgage account and made an additional payment of {$710.00} to my mortgage account which is due on on the first of the month. As stated, this was an additional payment being made as I already made my monthly payment. However, while making this additional payment I did not realize that I permanently turned off my automatic payment request that was being made on the XXXX of each month. As a result my mortgage account went delinquent in XXXX and XXXX . However, I had no idea I was not making my monthly payment for XXXX or XXXX . Since I subscribe to XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX I noticed at the beginning of XXXX Wells Fargo star ted reporting to the credit bureaus that my payment was delinquent. I immediately called Wells Fargo to determine what had happened and found out the automatic payment was turned off. I had no idea that making an extra payment would result in turning off the automatic payment. I immediately paid my mortgage for the 2 months past due, and late fees. Howev er, Wells Fargo will not reverse their decision to report this honest mistake to the credit bureaus and it is negatively effecting my credit score on all XXXX reports. I attempted on XXXX XXXX to submit my complaint t o Wells Fargo and it went denied. I believe Wells Fargo is acting irrationally in reporting the late payment to the credit bureaus. I have NEVER been late on a payment to any of my creditors and I have been a Wells Fargo customer for o ver 10 years.

Complaint: Recent changes to the on-line process, in my opinion, creates a security hazard. When a customer chooses to sign-off the account, a pop-up window appears asking " are you sure you want t o Sign-Off ''. Typically, people hit Sign-Off '' and either leave the computer or switch apps such as going to email. The Sign Off button is not in a spot where a customer could accidently hit it so this ask is ridiculous. For the RARE occasion where someone accidentally hits the sign off button and needs to log on again, my feeling is that it is a small price to pay for securing the website. In my case, I was at a remote office checking my account and was called away so hit the sign off button and left my desk, after returning a few minutes later, my account details were open and I realized later that I did not " confirm '' that I wanted to close the account and someone passing by my desk apparently said " no '' and my account was re-opened for them to view at their leisure. I am fortunate that nothing was manipulated in my absence but immediately reached out to Wells Fargo to adv ise of the issue and, as expected, got no reply to my concern.
