Complaint: I have disputed several times a debt from Wells Fargo XXXX XXXX yet it still remains on XXXX of my credit reports XXXX and XXXX it was deleted from XXXX . I disputed it as I do not know this account and I do not as it was not my account It clearly states on both reports that I was an authorized user only which according to the law makes me not responsible for this account. I called to speak with them on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX was told they could not find an account with my ssn and to call another department to check. Called that department was placed on hold and transferred several times before being transferred the last time after being told I was in the wrong department, without getting warm transferred nor given the number it took me to a place asking for an account number when I could not answer the ivr because I do not have an account with them was hung up on.

Problem with fees
Complaint: On XXXX XXXX XXXX I had a repair service billed to my credit card for {$310.00}, in which I made a payment on XXXX of {$53.00}. I did not see another bill until the end of XXXX ( XX/XX/XXXX statement ). I noticed a {$27.00} late fee and did n't understand why. I called Well Fargo o n XX/XX/XXXX a bout the bill and was informed that I had a bill ( XXXX ) prior to the bill I had received. After a few minutes of discussing the missing bill, the CSR indic ated that she would waived XXXX credit XXXX the charge as a courtesy on XXXX and sent me a copy of the missing bill for my records. Since the payment was {$80.00}, I sent in the differ ence ( {$53.00} ) on XXXX to complete paying the amount due. On the next bi ll ( XX/XX/XXXX ), I now see a {$37.00} late fee. I am confused again since I have been making multiple payments on my card. So I called again on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire what was going on and I was told that the credit was not applied against what I had to pay but against the balance. I argued that that was n't what I was told and that in the conversation, the CSR di d not indicate that I still had to paid {$80.00}. The CSR I was talking with would not remove the charge because they had remove the prior late fee. I asked to talk with a supervisor and while I can not remember whether it occurred in that conversation or whether the supervisor call back, I was able to talk to a supervisor and explain my case, emphasising that if I had received the missing bill, the first late fee would not had occurred AND that I was n't aware and I was n't told that the waived fee would n't count as a payment, I should n't be penalized for the CSR not being clear and I do n't work at the bank so my understanding of amount be credited to my account and Well Fargo ( seem ) to be different. The supervisor indicated that the fee would be waived but the credit may not show up for up to 2 cycl es. I continued to make payments and paid off the amount owed. When I did n't see the problem corrected, I called back on XXXX and was back at square one. I do n't have a problem with the bank making money but not by taking advantage of the customer. This has now seriously affected my credit score and other credit accounts. <P/> I can see if I was acting in bad faith, but I tried to be proactive in handling issues with my accounts.

Complaint: Our issue is with a Wells Fargo XXXX mortgage, reporting an incorrect late payment. We used to own a home in NY, which we sold and closed on XXXX XXXX , XXXX . We have a letter of satisfaction fro m Wells Fargo d ated XXXX XXXX , XXXX . Wells Fargo is r eporting that our payment was late in XXXX of XXXX , which was 2 months after the account was closed ... .so clearly, it is being reported incorrectly. We have been in the process of trying to purchase a new home, and thru this process, we have been addressing the fact th at Wells Fargo is incorrectly reporting this account. We have personally reached out to Wells Fargo to ad dress the matter in XXXX XXXX and two times in XXXX of XXXX ; we had a conference call with our new mortgage lenders credit reporting com pany & Wells Fargo, where Wells Fargo stated on the phone t hat the XXXX XXXX late payment reported on our credit is incorrect, and they confirmed that the account was closed in XXXX of XXXX ... ..however the late payment from XXXX XXXX is STILL on our credit report, and is now delaying our closing on the new home we are purchasing. We have been told that in order to get the incorrect late payment reported in XXXX of XXXX removed from our XXXX credit reports, that we must get a letter fro m WF that spe cifically states that the late payment from XXXX of XXXX was reported incor rectly. We have attempted to get such a letter from Wells Fargo, however this has not been a easy task .

Complaint: Good Afternoon : I am writing to register a complaint against Wells Fargo. I am a XXXX who is paying back loans and working part time weekly doing contracting work as I am trying to find a full time job. There are days when the paycheck I make is in transit just in time to my Wells Fargo account for bills. Even though the money transfer is deposited on the same day, Wells Fargo immediately charges a {$35.00} overdraft fee for each transaction. Over the past year, this has added up to {$770.00}. This has put me in some tough situations as I am already living paycheck to paycheck. On many, many occasions the overdraft fees ( for each charge ) have cut into my paycheck so deeply that the amount in my account is then insufficient to cover the bills and I incur even more overdraft fees. It 's become very difficult to keep my head above water and only recently have I even become recent on paying my credit cards on time. I am a young adult who has a damaged credit score- who is both working as much as possible ( often 20 hours a day ) - with these incidents- I am not able to With the money and the transactions happening at the same time, it seems unfair for me to be charged immediately- as I have no control when the bill is pulled from my account and when my paycheck is deposited. Complaint: Levy placed by State of NC on XX/XX/XXXX. Levy released onXX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX andXX/XX/XXXX X 2. Bank seized both mortgage payment and car payment ( to Wells Fargo ), about {$1000.00}, causing both to be late. Branch Bank repeatedly passed the buck to Legal. Legal Dept is impossible to get on the phone, with wait times exceeding 39 mins for all calls made to them. Legal Dept has hung up when I started pressing the issue of withholding funds after the State has released them. As of XX/XX/XXXX they have seized another {$680.00}. A branch banker in my hometown has a contact with Legal that told them if there was a medical emergency Wells would release funds immediately but that otherwise I was " XXXX ''. The XXXX is a quote from Wells. Contact also stated that Wells was prepared to release the hold on XX/XX/XXXX. This appears to be an arbitrary date for Wells convenience. When all is said and done Wells will have withheld approximately {$3000.00} for at least 10 days more than authorized by the State of NC.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX my house was affected by a flood. FEMA advised me to contact Wells Fargo. Called them to make my XXXX payment, advised them my house was flooded. Rep placed me on a 90 day Moratorium and said first payment will be due XXXX, but failed to properly and correctly explain the complete process. When I called in XX/XX/XXXX to make my first payment, I was told that I was 90days past due. I asked how, they fully explained the Moratorium process, I told them that I was not advised of that. Internal investigation was done by XXXX XXXX ( Executive Resolution Specialist ), was advised that even though rep did n't fully explain the Moratorium, nothing can be done. Appeal filed. In XX/XX/XXXX I called to make a payment and was advised that no payment could be accepted because house is in Foreclosure. Spoke to XXXX XXXX ( Supervisor Executive Resolution ), was advised in an Iron Clad contract and no change can be done. Received Foreclosure paperwork on XX/XX/XXXX, sent email to CEO. Got a phone call from XXXX XXXX, she stated she listened to the call and it did n't sit well with her because mistakes were clearly made on their part. She asked for time to fix the foreclosure issue. Told her she has 1 week. On XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX asked if I can make 3 months payment, they will remove foreclosure. Told her I can make all 3 payments now, she stated she will talk to managers and contact me the next day. I called XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX No answer, left message. On XXXX XXXX ( 30 days after receiving Foreclosure paperwork ) XXXX XXXX called and asked if 3 payments can be made. I advised her she failed to call me back in a timely manner so I had to acquire a lawyer to fight this Wrongful foreclosure. Lawyer I acquired stated that we will sue, paid him $ XXXX monthly. He did n't do what I hired him to do so in XXXX XXXX I fired him. Never received any of my {$5000.00} retainer. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX called stating he wants me to pay 12 months that is in the rear, will remove foreclosure. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX stated I do n't deserve punitive damages or pain and suffering because foreclosure has n't affected me financially. XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX states house is removed from foreclosure, and he put the 11 months of payments in a no interest account that will be on the end of my contract. He states he was willing to try to reimburse me for previous lawyer but no guarantees. Told him I do not agree to those terms because they have not properly compensated me for this because they are at fault, not me. XXXX XXXX, received call from XXXX XXXX ( XXXX Supervisor ). I advised him that I do not agree to their resolution until I have been properly compensated for this mess. Advised him, I am a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX veteran that live here with my XXXX XXXX and my daughter that is a XXXX XXXX XXXX. Advised him that money saved for her car for graduating had to be spent on a lawyer to fight their wrongdoing. Advised XXXX XXXX that I suffer from XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and this Wrongful foreclosure has added too much stress on top of my XXXX. I asked for better compensation $ XXXX after taxes, all negative reporting removed from my credit report, and a better review board in place to verify that foreclosure is consumer fault and not their own because no one should have to endure this mess that they have put me thru. Never received a notice of default, or even a letter advising me of a Moratorium, there is nothing on their website that explain what a Moratorium is.

Complaint: I paid off my XXXX XXXX Credit Card that was serviced by Wells Fargo Bank. I spoke to the Wells Fargo Representative on X/XX/17 and inquired why there is a finance charge of {$1600.00} on balance of {$2700.00}. He stated that my promotional time has ended and gave me some deceptive information. I informed him that i have not received my statement in mail nor any notification that the account will incur finance charge on the remaining balance. This amount is absurd and unfair. While on the call with XXXX, ID # XXXX, I paid off the entire balance of {$2700.00} and he stated that he will credit my account of the error that has occurred. I requested a XXXX balance letter for my records. <P/>So I logged online today, X/X/2017 after two days the balance was satisfied, I see a balance of the finance charge on my account. <P/>This is deceptive and they are stealing and charging me for nothing. <P/><P/>Please help.

I was " couch surfing '' with my " father '' in XXXX at the time, and went to the nearest branch to deposit them, 1 at a time, 2 or 3 days in between ( my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). I did have receipts for a while ( printed with dot-matrix inking, narrow like 3 inches wide, might 've been dated XX/XX/XXXX ), but I ended up throwing them away years afterwards, believing that I did n't need the money ( accustomed to using money earned from jobs ).
