Complaint: I have a CD that I used as a collateral for personal loan and I have been making payments and when it gets to a certain threshold, funds are released and deposit into my savings account. When this did not take place I contacted them numerous times and was given the runaround and w as at one point ignored via social media and was withheld from speaking to a manager wh en requested.

Complaint: I went to Wells Fargo to make a deposit where I have banked for 25 years. The was a cash deposit. I went to the teller and swiped my card through the machine and I gave the money to the teller. She put the money in the counting machine and came back and made out a handwritten deposit slip. When I checked my statement I noticed the deposit was not recorded. I went to the branch manager and he checked it and said that no deposit was made. No one in the bank seemed to have any interest in this incident. The people working at the bank told me that they were sorry, but there was nothing else they could do. I went to five different branch managers and they said they would look into it, but none called me back. I got the district managers number and I left him a detailed message, but he never returned my call. I asked them to check the camera and tellers transactions, but they said that it could not be done. The reason I am so upset is that is most of my life 's savings. The total amount is {$8000.00} made in two separate deposits ten minutes apart, but I was there for both deposits. I had someone with me, which is a witness to the whole incident. I will be glad to talk to anyone if you need more details.

Complaint: I recently reviewed my bank statements,. I noticed that the Wells Fargo bank had been charging my accounts {$2.00} per non Wells Fargo ATM transactions plus an additional {$2.00} from the merchants ATM. Which resulted in a insufficient fund balance to my accounts. Since then the Bank has returned {$49.00} dollars and a additional {$90.00} dollars credit. The balance owed is {$390.00} dollars. The estimated amount was calculated from XX/XX/XXXX through XX/XX/XXXX ... .. On XX/XX/XXXX I returned to the bank to discuss the remaining balance with the branch manager located at the XXXX XXXX location. The manager stated that there nothing else that he could do and that he did n't understand why the customer service return those additional funds. I explained to the manager that none of my paperwork stated additional funds would be withdrawn. I am seeking all of my funds be returned to my account immediately. Complaint: # XXXX was closed prematurely. The bank has declined to provide how the interest was calculated. Rate sheet stated .15 % a t 90-days. Deposit m ade XXXX / XXXX / 16 for {$91000.00}. Here is my email after the call. ***To : XXXX XXXX XXXX Cc : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX , Thank you for your call today. Here is my take-away. You acknowledged tha t the Wells Fargo rat e sheet states .15 %. The rate sheet that stated .15 % was meant to say .0015 %. There is no way to explain the calculation of the interest as it is system generated. There will be no adjustment to my account. This is not satisfactory. Regarding .0015 %, XXXX X XXXX = XXXX Interest paid XXXX . The bank 's calculation is flawed. It is unlikely that if I misplace a decimal or two when dealing with a Wells Fargo debt, it would be brushed off as just an error, I 'm sorry for the misunderstanding.
I will allow a bit more time to see what Wells Fargo wil l do next. **I provided the rate sheet to XXXX XXXX and still no follow-up. I am guessing this is not an isolated incident.

Complaint: On XXXX,2017 I drove a bus with Seniors Citizens to the state of Louisiana . The trip was suppose to return mid morning, but due to Mechanical difficulties I did not arrive back in town until, XXXX XXXX late that night of the XXXX of XXXX. Since I have gone to Louisiana before I knew there was not a Wells Fargo bank in any part of Louisiana. The original plan was to get back to XXXX before XXXX XXXX on the XXXX but there a Bus Mechanical breakdown that did not allow me to return until Tuesday night/ Wednesday morning about XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. <P/>If anyone will review my account would see I am not in a habit of allowing my account.to become overdrawn. With that being said, I am not satisfied with the way my account was accessed overdraft fees for items that were paid from a deposit made from my check of {$980.00}. XXXX. I was unable to make a deposit myself due to no Wells Fargo Banks in any parts of the state of Louisiana. I took it upon my self to start to monitored the account starting with the time of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Each time an account is visited, the computer system knows the last time ( date and whether it was morning, afternoon or evening ) it was visited. My first time of XXXX showed a positive balance of $ XXXX. The next time I visited the account was XXXX XXXX showed a positive balance of $ XXXX, The next time I visited the a was XXXX XXXX the account showed a positive balance of $ XXXX. The next time I visited the account was XXXX XXXX the account showed a positive balance of $ XXXX. I decided to visited the account again at XXXX XXXX and noticed the account to be positive in the amount of {$900.00}. The amount of {$900.00} let me knew that two ( 2 ) items had been subtracted from my deposit. Tell me why my account was access a total amount of overdrawn fees of {$100.00}? As I stated previous the account was never overdrawn even after the items were deducted due to there was enough in the account when the items were presented for payments. The account stated at XXXX XXXX the " Current posted amount of {$86.00} I did take a photo of the transaction. When I telephoned the Company Wells Fargo, I spoke with a person by the name of XXXX on XXXX XXXX XXXX concerning the overdraft fee. I did ask him to tell me what time did the items came in to be paid since I visited the account and there was never a negative balance on the account. He stated that did not make any different that the items had come for payment on XXXX XXXX XXXX. I kept asking for a time, because I do know any transaction with the banking system constitute a time and date of all transactions. I was surprise to hear XXXX state the time was XXXX XXXX when I visited the account and the balance was still @ a positive balance. When I visited the account @ XXXX XXXX I would have seem a negative amount of {$74.00} but there was only a positive balance of $ XXXX My deposit was posted to my account by direct deposit @ XXXX XXXX, I have other Co-workers to testify that the time of XXXX XXXX is when their monies posted as well.

Complaint: We applied for a mortgage loan with Wells Fargo in XXXX , NC we have been in escrow for appro ximately 60 days from today. We asked for our documents to be sent to a new lender with a better rate. Wells Fargo stated they could not do so b/c a law went into effect as of 2008 when they changed the law indicating no lender to lender doc 's could be transferred. I checked with the new lender who states the doc 's could be sent. So now as of today wfargo has finally offered to lock in a rate of 4.785. This should have been done at the beginning of the loan process. I 'm still trying to obtain the documents for our own pu rposes. Complaint: after getting behind 1 payment to wells fargo back in 2011 i contacted them about a loan mod and givin a person to work with after a year went by got loan mod myself and sister sigined and had noterized they only sent me a copy to sigin she lives in a diff state and instructions saidit had to be sigined on same day.i called fargo about that chould not get any hlp about how we were to sign on same day living 1200 miles apart. so afternot hearing from them left a message with my person who was helping me.I sigined noteryized overnight mail to sister she did same thing and sent in with a {$480.00} fee.got back same paperwork three weeks later. called fargo person and she said because both sigs werent in county home was in they could n't use.that was neverstated in instructionsi i had.she siad she wouldget suppervisior to help get it put through a year later got notice to appear in court fargo keptrunning me to diff people after asking them for new loan mod. igot a limited power of attotney to hlp with sigs but still no help so i went to a lawyer and hes trying to help but still may loose home .this company is the worst run ive erver seen im a XXXX year old vet and feel i have no rights agianst this company.ty

Old information reappears or never goes away
Complaint: I had several deferred loan modifications with Well Fargo Mortgage. Between the years of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. During the loan modification months when they tell you not to make a payment, they also tell you after a decision is made that your mortgage account will start off fresh with no late fees. When I check my credit report it shows the deferred months as late payments. It also show as past history payment while the under writers are try to see what plan I qualify for. The statute of limitation for Texas is 3 or 4 years and its hard to raise my credit score. In XX/XX/XXXX I was one of the consumers who really could not afford a mortgage but was given a loan any way from XXXX loan and some time shortly my loan was transferred to Wells Fargo. I knew there was a law suite with Wells Fargo but I did not under stand why. Can someone please tell me where do I stand on this issue.

Complaint: Good afternoon, I already have a complaint in but was unable to reset my password. Well Fargo is my problem. My original complaint was XXXX. Wells did send an answer. They also sent one to you without anything attached so you do not have the same information I do. When I called your offices all I was told that they responded but they could not view the whole document. Big surprise. This is typical with what I deal with when speaking with Wells. They sent me a huge letter that has misinformation all over it. For one they said they originally tried to modify me in XXXX. In XXXX I had contact to them to see what we could do in terms of modification. We were not behind in our loan in XXXX and I called to talk to them about refinancing. I asked for the Prospectus on the trust they put my loan in. The response was check sec.gov wells fargo mortgaged back securities XXXX. Very helpful if I could actually access that document. The process is neither easy or clear and I worked in XXXX for 16 years. I asked them to get me the prospectus and show me where it says the mortgage can not be modified and that no one else has been. Back to XXXX. So in XXXX they said we said we could not offer HAMP and nor could we ever. Well infact in XXXX we were offered {$40000.00} in hamp to put towards a XXXX payment to wells. We would have to put {$35000.00}. This came about at a settlement hearing in court. We made XXXX too much in income. So Wells has dragged this through the courts for years and then comes up with something that would have worked one year or even 6 months before. My lawyer was at the settlement conference. They made the offer through him. Also they say they offered us forbearance but they actually kept language in that alluded to the fact that they could still foreclose even after we paid them. We got no actual modifications offered to us and we know they have foreclosed on people even after they have said they wo n't. They say they did n't receive paperwork but we know they did because we would fax and overnight and then call and refax. We are selling our house so it seems to me they get paid twice, because they sold this loan, because they will get proceeds from this house and because they will probably get insurance. Also, did n't they get money to help homeowners. I would like to see one Wells Fargo helped. I can pay my mortgage. I did n't ask for this process to take five years. I know they could have helped us if they wanted too which is the operative word. Our loan was a nightmare. XXXX dropped the piggyback like a hot potato and does n't want us to pay anything. They did not want to be associated with that type of loan. Predatory from the beginning.
I can not scan the response from Wells to you but I will copy it and forward it. It is filled with misinformation. They obviously have learned nothing in recent years. Also when I type in this trust I see that there has been some litigations against it by various law firms. For a long time they would not even tell me what trust it was. Is that legal? They also sent me blank modification paperwork. I am not sure why since we are way beyond the modification process. They also sent the response to my lawyer and did not send it to me until I called and asked where the response I requested was. Why would they send the response to my lawyer when they had been calling me the whole time.
