Complaint: Because I had a bankruptcy over 4 years ago and my loans were not re-affirmed, which is normal procedure even by Wells Fargo 's statement, Wells Fargo does not report the loans to the credit agencies. This makes it impossible for me to refinance my mortgages which have an interest rate of 6.5 %. I contacted Wells Fargo 's Customer Care and Recovery Group, wh ich is the highest customer contact point at W. F., already twice and was given the same answer. In other words W. F. holds me hostage to th eir high interest rate. The mortgage loan Nos. in question are : XXXX , XXXX , XXXX . These loans are for XXXX different properties. Thank in advance for your assistance.

Complaint: On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I went inside the Wells Fargo brand on XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, GA with a check valued at {$8400.00} in attempted to deposit {$7000.00} in my checking account and receive the balance ( {$1400.00} ) in cash. I received the cash balance and was asked by the Teller if I needed a paper copy of the deposit slip and I decline it. I waited 10 days to insure the check had ample time to clear but the funds where not in my account. I contacted ( via phone ) a Personal Banker with whom I 'd done business in the past. I informed him of what had happened and he agreed to look into the matter. Several days passed and I did not hear back from the Banker. Subsequently I reached out for the gentlemen again but found no relieve, just " noise '' that hey had looked into the matter but had no record to the transaction. I requested he or the Branch Manager review the proof work to resolve the issue. Again I heard nothing from the Personal Banker. I then spoke with the Branch Manager and she agreed to work on resolving the issue. With no resolution I was able to retrieve the information on check including name, date, number, etc ... and provided it to the Personal Banker. To date there has been no more communication from Wells Fargo nor has the matter been resolved. Thank you!

Complaint: I have been making payments to wellsfargo dealer services on behalf of my fiance. They contacted us on XXXX XXXX ,2017 to i nform her that she was {$1900.00} behind and that she had four days to pay it off or it would be a charge off on her credit. However they sent us a statement that says the next payment isnt due until XXXX XXXX , 2017. Sin ce that time I have made three more payments. So its not behind. We also pulled her credit to check and it shows her payments are current.

Complaint: In XXXX 2014, A divorce decree was signed for my ex and I on grounds of adultery by him. The settlement gave ex the home in Illinois, and he was supposed to remove my name off the home/loan. I sent a copy of this decree to the mortgage company requesting my name be removed off the VA Loan which my ex is the VA loan holder. I have not lived in the home since 2014. I 've signed a quit claim deed for the property to allow him to refinance or remove me from the financial obligation but he did NOT refinanced and the home is NOW in FORECLOSURE. I have a job where my credit must remain intact. I 've contacted Wells Fargo AGAIN to no avail. I want to buy a home and keep my job and need help removing this blemish off my credit report.

Complaint: I recently sold my house and deposited the proceeds of approximately 340,000 into my Wells Fargo account on XX/XX/XXXX. I was told the funds would be available in stages and totally available byXX/XX/XXXX. I got a message on my account web site that the funds were being held an additional week because I had overdrafts on my checking account the previous 6 months. I called the bank and was told that there was nothing they can do so I had to ask what does me having minor overdrafts on my checking account for which I was charged fees have to do with the integrity of checks deposited drawn on a major Arizona Bank? Of course there is no logical explanation. I asked them if a XXXX year old widow has overdrafts do they put a hold on her Social Security Checks? An absurd analogy obviously but based on their behavior over the past 2 years I would not put anything past Wells Fargo. I am not familiar with Banking Law but this seems to be a civil as well as criminal act. Thank You
