Complaint: On XXXX XXXX , 2017 , a man knocked on my door to notify me that he bought my home on Auction at XXXX that morning. I had no idea my home was up for auction as I did n't receive any notification of such. I immediately reached out to the company Wells Fargo Referred me t o ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) to assist with my loan modification documents and they stated they were also unaware of any auction date. My loan became delinquent about 8 months ago after my XXXX XXXX was cut and I have been working with Wells Fargo the entire time to receive some sort of assistance. I recently received a new job with a higher paying income and submitted the new documents to be considered for assistance. I was informed by XXXX XXXX XXXX that once they received these documents ( the offer letter ) th at we could move forward with mediation. I have sent numerous emails and made numerous phone calls inquiring of the status of my modification since and received no follow up until the morning I received the knock at my door. I had no chance to file bankruptcy or take any other steps to save my home. I want a fair review of my application.

Complaint: The complaint is against WELLS FARGO We are complaining about FORCED INSURANCE at an absolute ridiculous rate when we had already paid for it. Are there class action suits? Lawyers? Anything? They have had our PROOF for 2 years AND again since XXXX 2017 and again they say we have not given them what they need. They are lying. They are ruining our lives!!!! What are we to do? They should NOT be allowed to operate like this.

Complaint: My problem involves affecting home repairs from storm damage at my home. I am behind on my mortgage but am actively working with the bank to find a solution to keep my home. I have a claim check for {$8000.00} to make repairs with another {$1500.00} available when repairs are completed ( through my insurance company ). My insurance check is made payable to myself and Wells Fargo. My lender is insisting on using a managed claim process normally reserved for large claims and major repairs. Neither applies in my case. In addition, there is a myriad of paperwork that must be submitted before payment can be made. Because of this process, contractors will not perform the work. It is not reasonable to expect a oontractor to receive payment in thirds for one day of work and the paperwork requirements make it not worth their trouble. I have told the bank that I would welcome an inspection once repairs are completed as I need to do that for the insurance company anyway. Wells Fargo still insists that they manage the claim. I have applied again for an exception and am waiting to hear. Wells Fargo has a terrible reputation in our area and is known for holding insurance money unreasonably and not paying contractors on a timely basis. I have no confidence that Wells Fargo will actually pay the contractor if I commence work. In the end, I just want my roof repaired and my ceiling fixed. We have been getting the run around for over a month just to get to a " no ''. I feel that the bank is being completely unreasonable given the dollars and scope of work to be performed

Complaint: On Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, a clerical error caused the tuition for my son to be paid in full rather than in monthly installments. The transaction was listed as pending at the time and my wife called to put a stop payment on the unauthorized ACH transaction of {$5300.00}. That morning, by XXXX she had filed a claim over the phone and been into a physical location to speak with banker and ensure that she had done everything that she could to get the process started. She was told to stay by her phone because somebody would contact her regarding the expedited request sometime that day on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX. <P/>At midnight on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX, the transaction was processed and we had yet to hear from the bank. We had to borrow money because the transaction had not only depleted our checking account, but also our Way 2 Save account and still left us with a balance of roughly - {$700.00}. <P/>On Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, we called Wells Fargo back to inquire about our expedited claim. We were told that the claim had not been expedited and that it would take 7-10 days to fix. At that time we elevated the call and were told that the claim would be expedited but that somebody would call us and the claim would take 2 days to complete. With the upcoming XX/XX/XXXX holiday, this means that the claim would not be reviewed and completed until Thursday, XX/XX/XXXX. I stated that the claim should have been expedited on Friday XX/XX/XXXX and that it should have been reviewed and completed by close of business Monday, XX/XX/XXXX. I also stated that since we were not called after we were told to stay by the phone on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX that I would like to stay on the line until I spoke to somebody who could help me. <P/>I was transferred again to a different supervisor who told me that there was nobody there that could help me and that I would need to contact the XXXX number for their executive office. I told him that I would wait on hold so he could call that number and connect me once he somebody that could help me on the line. He advised me that he was unable to transfer any calls from that number, despite working in a call center, and that he would just have to disconnect the call. I stated again that I did not want him to disconnect the call and that I just wanted to speak to somebody that could help me. He then hung up on me. I felt like I had no other option at that time but to seek help through a third party. <P/>I feel like to the payment should have been stopped while it was still in a " Pending '' status. Especially considering we were able to alert them and issue the dispute almost immediately after being notified of the overdraft. The problem was compounded when we were told several things on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX that turned out to be untrue. Additionally, when we spoke to other customer service representatives on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, they were not only unhelpful, but they hung up on me.

Complaint: My credit card issuer, Wells Fargo Bank, assessed with an APR interest rate hike beginning in my XXXX of 2016 from a 9.490 % to a 28.740 %. This rate hike was a direct result of their Call Center staff incorrectly setting up an auto-payment which was to continue for 3 months while I was traveling internationally. <P/>In working with my the local Wells Fargo Banking Representative, a member of their XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and a member of their Small Business Lending Operations staff they corrected problem with three additional, but unrelated, accounts. <P/>I 've attempted to follow up for several months ( and have supporting documentation to include statements and emails if necessary ) regarding the status of this specific account but never received any resolution or a complete response. In contacting them today to follow up with this issue they insisted that " they '' did, in fact, correct the issue but the account was delinquent. I informed them that I received no such notification and I then I proceeded to go through each invoice and read the interest rate and fee reversals to demonstrate the requests were incomplete. After that the representative informed me that they were not able to provide an alternative and advised me to contact the VP for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) but unfortunately I have yet to see any resolution.

The bank rep asked me the regular questions and she asked if I always get checks from my employer, I say yes and that they also bank with Wells Fargo and she said yes they do. The check was deposited and the check posted. <P/>Reviewing my bank account on XXXXXXXX I am in the negative and the check I deposited bounced due to insufficient funds? and I am getting charged with fees? How can a bank deposit and credit your account with a check from their own bank and claim it was good at the time of deposit and 2 days later say oh its not good anymore? Complaint: On Wednesday, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I sent documents to support my request to delay foreclosure on my home due to a contract that I have with a buyer. In a letter attached to the request, It was explained that I had a first buyer whose toward the end of the process, to no faught of my own, was denied funding ( after more than a month ). She was highly Prequalifed in XX/XX/XXXX. Pre qualification and denial letters were attached. All the documentation regarding this signed signed was faxed to Wells Fargo Home Mortage XX/XX/XXXX. On XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I followed up with the company. I was informed that the request was denied because I had one previous request approved due to this being the same or similar request. I protested because was not the same buyer, and that the buyer wants to close on XX/XX/XXXX. I requested atleast one more month to close. The agent only reiterated that it was denied. Thus, I asked speak with a supervisor. I then spoke with Team Lead, XXXX XXXX XXXX. He was very helpful and spoke with the Postponement Department After speaking with them, he said they requested another letter from the buyer 's lender stating final approval. This sounded logical, but I believe they were practicing delay tactics. On Friday, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX, I spoke with XXXX XXXX again after faxing the final approval letter. I followed up with him about an 1 1/2 hours to see if he received the letter. He informed me that had sent it to the Postponement Department. He said it would be an hour or so. But, he never followed up with me. So, I called back to speak with him about XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I was told he had finished his shift. Thus, I called back to speak with him about XXXX XXXX on Monday, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. I was again told that he would be about XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of California time. The agent handling the call was rude and was very unhelpful. Therefore, I asked to speak with a supervisor who told me she had reached out to XXXX XXXX. She said he told her he was coming in about 15 Minuets. I asked that she inform him to call me. After waiting about 30 minuets, I called to speak with XXXX XXXX. After waiting on hold for several mins. After filing two other complaints, I 've Noted similar delay tactics that I 've experienced with the company before. After being injured on the job on XX/XX/XXXX and losing my job soon after, I was unable to keep up with my mortgage payments. The company failed to fully work with me soon after. Finally, I currently have a contract to sell my home on traditional sell with a XXXX/XXXX/XXXX closing date. As an elderly homeowner at 60 I believe that these tactics ( asking for other documents, people not being available, calls not returned, the Postponement Department refusal to look for my files, etc ) are abusive. I had to hire an Attorney and pay {$2500.00} to stop foreclosure. I only request a 30 day delay. I should 've had to pay anyone when I did n't have extra money to do so. This company is very customer unfriendly to its clients and seems uncaring.

Complaint: I lost my home back in XXXX to foreclosure after being underemployed. I worked very hard to receive assistance with a loan modification through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and I was unsuccessful. I gave them every piece of paperwork they requested and still received no help. I now have a {$120000.00} balance on my credit report. I do n't feel I was given a fair chance to catch up payments/loan modification which resulted in me loosing my very first house ( purchased in XXXX ).
