Complaint: i a XXXX XXXX vet and with this i an entitle to a tax break from the state of new mexico this i received the first of XXXX. I receive a certificate from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that i would received a tax break on my house Account number XXXX. Now my compliant is that Wells Fargo has not shown this on my invoice if my tax status change then my escrow account should change this wound decrease my house payment. This has not happen yet and when i called Wells Fargo they informed me that my house payments were going to increase. I did not ask fro this but it was offer by the state of new mexico And i thank them for there help. But why dose Wells Fargo not honor this tax break and help me out?

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I was physically served by the county constable at my home on behalf of Wells Fargo. On XX/XX/XXXX I submitted my defendant 's reply along with sending an email to the law firm, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. to maybe resolve this issue out of court with either paying a lump sum of what I could afford or set up a payment plan that was fit for my budget, since I had taken a pay-cut due to the transfer of a new position, all of which they did not consider. Prior to being served, I had tried to reach out to the WELLS FARGO credit card department to try to resolve the issue by going to a WELLS FARGO branch in my hometown to see if they would loan me the money to pay off the debt and was denied. Fast forward to after submitting my plea I never heard from them again, until XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX was a day of payroll, when I called to check my funds in my checking account with WELLS FARGO so that I could pay my bills, they had extracted all of my paycheck leaving me with only {$100.00} to pay my bills. At first I thought I had been a victim of identity theft. At the time i was 6 going on 7 months of my XXXX and so my XXXX level was well overboard, XXXX XXXX was pretty high, and was overwhelmed because I still had doctor visits that I needed to make before my check-ups. I made so many attempts to call WELLS FARGO and no one could give me a clear answer as to who exactly had withdrawn, only thing they told me was that it was due to a court order. Then one of the departments they transferred me to had already closed and it was not even XXXX yet, it was only XXXX XXXX. It was not until I had to wait for the next day to go to a WELLS FARGO branch to sit with someone to help me understand what was happening. I was completely unaware that WELLS FARGO had served me again but this time it was via email, which I had not checked in weeks, and I also was unaware that they could do that since they had physically served me the 1st time. Because I could not afford to make all my bills I reached out to the XXXX XXXX XXXX charity for assistance, they were able to help make 2 of my highest bills what was my car and car insurance bill. I then called the law firm and they had told me that I had 2 options to pay the balance of XXXX or payment plan of {$170.00} of which I stated I could not make. I did tell them that I would only be able to make payments of {$150.00}, but I am still recovering from catching up with my payments from last month. I am unable to make the {$150.00} payment due to my XXXX since I will be out on XXXX leave with only having 60 % of my pay for 6 weeks and no pay for the remaining of my time off. I had never felt so robbed in my life, calling to check the status of your paycheck and finding out that it was all taken away by a debt collector of whom I had tried to come to an agreement even before being served. I have been with WELLS FARGO since XX/XX/XXXX, I will never recommend this bank to anyone because of their evil ways of working with their customers. Caused me so much stress and agony especially at a crucial time in my life with me XXXX my XXXX child, not knowing what to do. I did everything to communicate with them, they really just waited and monitored my account to take every penny away from me. I never ran away from this responsibility and they treated me as if I had not even made attempts to work with them when in all actuality I did.

Complaint: Hi, Wells Fargo, car loan repossession within 45 days I had previously submitted a concern for towing charge and excessive fees during during 2016 for a repossession from Wells Fargo bank. It was determined that they were in the right and they " had contacted me. '' But the more I thought about it, there were automated calls that came through, but I never actually talked to a person. It seems to me that if a car is repossessed that I should have a chance to pay it. I had the money. It was late, but I was less than 2 payments behind and it was within 45 days. We were struggling and it did n't even dawn on me that a company could repossess a car that quickly. It completely shocked me, and after the fact it struck me as unfair.

Complaint: On Thursday XX/XX/XXXX a suspicious charge to the amount of XXXX $ was found to be pending in my Wells Fargo Bank account with the information for a legal order by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I contacted XXXX and found the only open case they had was for someone with a different address then mine for a visit to XXXX XXXX in XXXX that I had not had. I contacted my bank and they stated that according to their records the legal order matched my personal information ( address, social security number, etc ) so I called back XXXX XXXX to speak with the court officer directly. The court officer confirmed that my personal information did not in fact match his legal order ( save for zip code and last name ) and advised me to contact the law offices of XXXX XXXX representing XXXX XXXX in the suit. I contacted them and by prividing my own personal information they also confirmed that my information did not match their records. They agreed to contact the court officer and bank to resolve the matter. The court officer contacted XXXX XXXX but they said it needed to be pushed up for further investigation. I find Wells Fargo to be negligent as far as I can see due to the fact that the only thing connecting me to this legal order is them providing my bank information. I trust my financially institution to protect not just my finances but also my personal information. I will be seeking legal recourse against the bank myself but feel as if I have been wrongfully out in a position I should not have to be.

On X/XX/17 I sent a balance transfer from my credit card to Wells Fargo and the balance transfer was rejected. I called my credit card and they told me the balance transfer was returned back to them as Wells said the account information did not match the owner. Since this occurred, Wells charged my account 900 roughly in interest. I want this rolled back and the overnight address provided so I can get this off the account.

In summary, the promotion is, spend {$10.00} on the App Store or XXXX using my Wells Fargo credit or debit card and earn a {$10.00} statement credit. <P/>I enrolled the promotion and spent eligible purchase but have not received the {$10.00} statement credit. I contacted Wells Fargo directly but received only generic and template emails. <P/>Wells Fargo stated that I did enroll successfully but my purchase has not met their requirement. In order to receive the statement credit, I need to purchase with XXXX devices. <P/>However, there is no statement of the XXXX device on the fine prints explaining the promotion. I 've attached the email and secure messages between Wells Fargo and me. <P/>I sent the promotion email that I received from Wells Fargo as a proof/evidence but they did not even read my email and replied back to me with template email.

Complaint: This is the second attempt I 've made to use XXXX XXXX and I can not get paid when I NEED my money because Wells Fargo continues to fail to update my balance this is really unfair and I am considering dropping them because of this. This is the second time I 've stated my complaint and still nothing has been done about it. XXXX XXXX app is showing a balance I had on my account earlier last week. As of right now it is showing {$240.00} when in actuallity only {$12.00} is available even on the Wells Fargo app my balance is incorrect ... such a disappointment. Please fix it this time.
