Complaint: On XXXX XXXXXX/XX/XXXX I received a letter of explanation from the Wells Fargo Dealer Services the events leading to have XXXX late payments filed on my credit reports. WFDS reports they received a check from Passport XXXX of XXXX in the amount of {$27000.00} and posted it to my account on XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX however " it was an insufficient amount with regard to paying your account in full so the account remained 12 days past due for the XXXX XX/XX/XXXX installment. '' My monthly installment payments to WFDS was {$740.00}, per my loan contract, therefore the payment WFDS received from Passport XXXX was more than sufficient the pay the XXXX XX/XX/XXXX installment. If the payment received from Passport XXXX was insufficient WFDS should have declined payment and returned the check, when they accepted and posted the check they accepted the amount as payment. WFDS also reports my loan was 12 days past due, loans are generally reported late after 30 days yet this loans was reported late after 12 days. I do not understand why different credit reporting practices were used in my case. WFDS sent me a letter the XXXX week of XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, stating my loan had been paid in full and was closed in good standing ; there was not a mention of this letter from WFDS. They also report on XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX a payoff quote was provided to Passport XXXX for the amount of {$300.00} which was good through XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ; on XXXX XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX XXXX received a payment in the amount of {$300.00}. The actual quote should have been {$230.00} however WFDS failed to mention this as well.
As a result of WFDS fraudulent reports my credit report suffered XXXX point, I was denied credit for a home to be used as my primary residence. I do not believe WFDS would have compromised my credit and if I were not a XXXX female. I believe that WFDS has engaged in discriminatory and unethical practices. In the report WFDS signed and claimed to be a true statement they have disregarded information relevant to my claim and proves they did not act on good intentions.

Complaint: II called a Wells Fargo Visa card representative and agreed a balance transfer to my Wells Fargo account of {$7000.00}. The representative stated that it was a 0 % interest loan and that I would be charged {$15.00} a month for 15 months. The conversation was recorded and I agreed to the transfer over the phone.
After completion I called back to check with Wells Fargo Visa and am now being charged between $ 75- {$80.00} a month for this loan instead of the quoted amount of {$15.00}. The manager XXXX # XXXX agreed that it was a bank error but would not honor the original quoted monthly amount of {$15.00}.
I would like the bank to honor the verbal agreement they offered at the time of the loan.

Complaint: Many issues. Told in the beginning that I needed to get behind on mortgage to qualify for HAMP Program, I did and paid many late fees and attorney fees. Recently applied for the HHF Program, told I would qualify, WFHM stated that since they did not administer the HHF Program " In House '' for the State of Florida, they would not postpone Foreclosure hearing however, if I lived in a State that they did administer the HHF Program, they would have postponed the hearing. Many, MANY other issues, lies and untruths told over the past 6+ years, I am currently conferring with an attorney regarding filing a lawsuit against WFHM .

Complaint: I am XXXX XXXX. My loan Number with Wells Fargo is XXXX. Due to a job loss with XXXX, I got behind on my mortgage for my home. After some time I was able to secure additional employment with another company. I contacted Wells Fargo immediately to alert them of my current circumstances. I requested a loan modification with possible principal reduction, interest rate reduction or an extension of the loan. I requested the loan modification in writing and directly with a loan officer in an office in XXXX, North Carolina. I also had some discussion ( in writing ) with the bank 's CEO.I was told that a modification would be possible and began making payments based on the modification. While waiting for my official modification, I started receiving letters from an attorney from XXXX and XXXX indicating that I was my loan was in default. This harassment continued although I was told that the modification was forthcoming. After several months, I received a letter by the attorney representing Wells Forgo stating that my house was being foreclosed. I was told that it was sold to a third party and that I had no other choice but to vacate the premises. My discussion with the attorney- XXXX XXXX XXXX throughout XXXX. I was told that I had to until XXXX XXXX, 2015 to vacate the property. I received no further notices, nor did I sign any papers or affidavit, nor appear at any court hearing. I was not notified about any hearing or sale of my property. I went to my house on XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, North Carolina only to find that I was not able to gain entry to my house. The locks had been changed and were dead bolted by a realtor 's lock. There was a note on the door to contact someone for questions regarding the lock. I contacted the number and it belonged to a XXXX who was sold the house. XXXX indicated that he had discarded some of my possessions and that I may not be able to get back in at that time. After some heated discussion with XXXX, I was able to get him to come and unlock the door so that I could get my things. Upon entering the house I found that there were several items missing : - XXXX '' in color television, sectional sofa, kings size bed, dining room set and mattress. XXXX indicated that he asked the neighbors if I was returning and that they had no idea. Those items were discarded without my permission and I was locked out of my house without warning, court order or official papers from any attorney or judge. I was promised that I would receive a modification but I was tossed out instead without notice or recourse. Furthermore, I was assessed a tremendous amount of late escrow and penalty fees on top on top of the mortgage while waiting for a loan modification.

Threatened to sue on too old debt
Complaint: I XXXX XXXX, XXXX, residing at XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX does hereby state for the record that Wells Fargo Bank , N.A . is in violation of my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act for trying to extend the timeline of a judgment that is no longer enforceable from the original state where it was procured. All documentation to my complaint is attached, proving that a foreign judgment, although enforceable from XXXX, the terms of the judgment validity still is maintained in the original state. Without exception, the XXXX judgment was filed in 2008, and under terms of XXXX General Laws was only enforceable for five ( 5 ) years, unless the judgment was renewed. In this instance, the judgment was never renewed, even after Wells Fargo through legal representation filed a foreign judgment in the state XXXX. XXXX has a ten ( 10 ) year timeline of judgments being enforceable, XXXX has a five ( 5 ) year timeline. The timeline is not extended because XXXX has different guidelines for judgment enforcements. If filing foreign judgments in states that have a longer enforcement guideline were legitimate to extend the life of a judgment, then banks would file foreign judgments XXXX, where judgments are enforceable for twenty ( 20 ) years. The logic of Wells Fargo may look good on paper, but I have attached the necessary exhibits to prove beyond a doubt, that Wells Fargo is re-aging a debt validation from state to state illegally. The XXXX judgment is no longer valid, which equates to the XXXX judgment now being invalid.
