Complaint: I went for a loan from XXXX mortgage company, was underwriting for XXXX XXXX. I was unaware of all scams and tricks that were being done at the time, they seemed like trustworthy people. I later found out that my closing documents were forged and initals put in places for an adjustable rate that I never agreed to. My initial mortgage payment was XXXX dollars inc. taxes that went up to XXXX a month. They transferred my mortgage to several banks and finally ended up with Wells Fargo as a servicing company and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX as the creditor. I had this mortgage for ten years. The balance started out as XXXX now it 's more than XXXX and still going up. They notified me that they were going to foreclose on the property because they are unwilling to do a modification and balance reduction that is affordable. They promised me during XXXX that after the moratorium was over they would modify the loan. All empty promises. They have all phony foreged documents, robo signatures they are using to take my home from me, when they ca n't even prove they legally own the note let alone foreclose. pls help and investigate this pack of lies, and foreged documents intered into there mers system. They never even filed with the XXXX county clerks office they are the owners of the note. they ca n't produce the originals and hide behind lawyers who lie for them and employees that just signed lies for a living. sincerely XXXX XXXX XXXX. Complaint: I fell behind on my mortgage by XXXX payments last year and into this. Late last month I called Wells Fargo and agreed to make XXXX payments in bulk, which they accepted. At the time, Wells Fargo wanted to schedule automatic debits to cover XXXX, 2015 and XXXX, 2015 to which I agreed. However, Wells Fargo does not have my bank in their XXXX database and therefore lacks the system functionality to schedule those debits. To which I agreed to make the remaining payments through my online bill pay by XXXX XXXX, 2015 as demanded. However, since that time I have been called XXXX daily by Wells Fargo Collections demanding that I schedule automatic debits to bring the loan current. I have explained to the callers at least XXXX times the agreement I have with them to bring the payments current. I have also explained to these callers Wells Fargo lacks the capability to execute the transactions through their own system limitations. Their regular suggestion that I am lying about my intentions is insulting. I want to bring my payments current and have done everything in my power to do so. The loan will be current by XXXX/XXXX/15 as promised. And I do appreciate the consideration I have received relative to bringing the account current. But I do n't think I should be subjected to harrasing phone calls because Wells Fargo lacks the capability to do what they are demanding I submit to, and that they can not communicate with themselves. All they need to do is listen to the records of my calls with them.

I have spent over 20 hours on the Phone with the Fraud Dept. updating my info, my location, my travel routes, etc. and been insured this nonsense will cease, only to have it happen again, again, and again. Complaint: This is one of many issues I have had with Wells Fargo since the inception of my loan on my Maryland Property in 2004. After many years of endeavoring to obtain a loan modification, my status is in active foreclosure EVEN THOUGH Wells Fargo has received, and accepted, XXXX straight monthly loan payments for the full amount of the monthly payment due and owing. They have scheduled a sale even though they sent me several letters stating " we will not conduct a foreclosure sale '' while my most recent loan modification submission is under review. That said, not only have they scheduled a sale, but I ca n't even get in touch with my " home preservation specialist '' ( " XXXX XXXX '' ) as Wells Fargo 's switchboard blocks any calls to her. In fact, I have NEVER spoken with her. I have complained to the Executive Office ( CEO XXXX XXXX ) but all they have done is schedule the sale. The attorney 's they use here in Maryland paid a fine and were sanctioned by the Attorney XXXX XXXX for robo-signing and false notarizing. That is a matter of public record- just look up XXXX XXXX ( SEE http : XXXX ) and/or XXXX XXXX ( SEE XXXX : XXXX ) Against this back drop, I am gainfully employed at a XXXX figure salary and can make my monthly payments in full even if WF does not lower my payment. So, at this point, diverting my phone calls, ignoring emails, sending form letters, dealing with sanctioned attorneys, tendering payments which are being cashed, they are still moving forward with the sale. Wells Fargo 's conduct is deplorable, likely illegal, and clearly unethical, though I am not sure WF knows what that mean or, if they do, they clearly do not care. They need to be fully accountable for their actions complained of herein. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX.

Problems caused by my funds being low

Bank account or service: Checking account

Complaint: Hello-I was recently charged an overdraft fee of {$35.00} XXXX times on the same day by Wells Fargo. I called Wells Fargo to explain that in more than 8 years I 've had my checking account with them, I have never been overdraft. In fact I never had overdraft protection in the first place. However they refused to waive any fees and continued to insist that they have to charge me XXXX times for my XXXX account being overdraft. This is reckless behavior by a big bank. Wells Fargo does not provide any way for me to see my overdraft settings online or give me the ability to turn it off. I get no email alerts if my account goes overdraft or if a customer service person turns on my overdraft settings without my knowledge. So I am asked to pay {$100.00} for a service that I can not see I have, have no ability to turn on/off online, and I am not alerted to its status. I ask you help to have these charges waived. Below are the overdraft transaction amounts and date XXXX - $ XXXX - $ XXXX - $ XXXXThanks, XXXX XXXX

Complaint: I called and requested for my PMI to cease at 80 % but was told I could only get it to stop at 78 %. I then received a letter that stated " even though you have met the 5 year requirement your request to cease PMI is denied because your principal has to be lower thanXXXX but your principal is XXXX so you claim is denied. I had to look for a new company to refinance my loan because of this which put a burden on my family. I incurred cost of the refinance and paid more PMI than I should. I feel this was a tactic for Wells Fargo to obtain more intrest and fees.

Complaint: Today, XXXX/XXXX/2015, I took out a bank certified check to payoff my car loan to Wells Fargo in the amount of {$27000.00}, in which the payoff amount is good until XXXX/XXXX/2015. I took that check to my nearest Wells Fargo branch along with the payoff statement from Wells Fargo. The branch said that I could not pay off my loan there and that I would have to either send a wire or mail the check to California. To process a wire normally costs {$30.00}. Sending the check via USPS certified mail costs about {$7.00}, not including the time it takes fir the check to be delivered to the west coast from the east coast, which will probably result in interest being accrued for another entire week, thus costing another {$30.00} unnecessarily. Due to the bank 's refusal to take a payment today, I am requesting that the accrued interest is dated back to today, XXXX/XXXX/2015, upon receipt of the bank certified check in California, and the certified mail fee of {$6.00} be refunded to me.

Belle Haven, VA

Application, originator, mortgage broker

Mortgage: VA mortgage

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX, I assumed ( through the VA Loan Assumption process ) the current loan. Just prior to the loan assumption process being complete, the previous owner filed for bankruptcy. Once the loan assumption process was complete, it was understood that the bankruptcy filing would not have an effect on me and would be removed from the loan due to the fact the previous owner who filed for bankruptcy was no longer on the loan nor listed on the deed. My attorney and I ( I have had to hire an attorney to try to resolve this issue ) have been in contact with the mortgage company since XX/XX/XXXX requesting that the bankruptcy status and any affiliation of such be removed as the mortgage company is/was reflecting my mortgage loan account as being in an active bankruptcy status as I have never filed for bankruptcy or ever been affiliated with any actions. The mortgage company has continuously given us the runaround, provided inaccurate information and this issue continues to go unresolved. To explain the attached documents is as follows : Attached documents reflect bankruptcy filing of previous owner, ongoing response reply finally in XX/XX/XXXX then followed on in XX/XX/XXXX stating that they agreed and confirmed I was not included in the bankruptcy filing and that my account would be removed from the active bankruptcy status effective XX/XX/XXXX. Upon follow-up to confirm this was removed on XX/XX/XXXX it was noted that my account was still listed in an active bankruptcy status and that no one was advised to remove this status from my account. On XX/XX/XXXX my attorney and I left a voicemail message to XXXX XXXX XXXX of Wells Fargo Customer Care and Recovery Group, advising her of the ongoing issue still requiring resolve and requesting her assistance and immediate feedback. The letter dated XX/XX/XXXX from my attorney was spawned in connection to the continued inaccurate information and lack of proper account update. On XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo then mailed the attached letter which specified I was discharged from personal liability for this mortgage loan and that my loan was in default, stating I needed to bring the loan current with further language of we can not delay potential legal action, which may include foreclosure, and although you will not be personal liable for the debt, you will lose interest and rights to the property. This letter was inaccurate and quite displeasing to receive as my account was current, never late and the inaccuracies listed within the letter were abounded.
