Complaint: I was behind on my mortgage for two years and trying to get my loan motified. and yes they lowered the interest to my loan but they put into my org. loan all the back interest, taxes, lawyer fees and all different kinds of fees. and XXXX that i owned was {$120000.00}. it jumped to {$140000.00}. was in shocked to see that i payed 10 years of my mortgage and now i have to start again from square one. So i asked myself where is the help. you lower the interest but added 10 years more into my mortgage.

Complaint: Just started working, received my XXXX paycheck and wellsfargo student loan service took all but {$200.00} out of my acct. I never gave them permission nor my account info. The bank did an " investigation and left a voicemail stating they were not refunding the money and that I need to call the student loan company. I will be closing my account on Friday. Wells Fargo is the bank and the student loan company. The student loan was supposed to be differed. They made no attempt to contact me before taking money. After the money was taken, I received a letter stating they were using the " reset ... ''.

Complaint: I went to Wellsfargo to open business checking account and was told by the accounts executive that the system has offered to open a credit card which has 0 % APR for XXXX billing cycles.So I agreed to apply. After XXXX billing cycles I saw finance charge and called the XXXX # and was told that it was only for XXXX billing cycles. I discussed above details and send me the account opening documents and was never provided with those till date. On multiple calls afterwards I was told they do n't have any such opening document and the XXXX billing insert has the 0 % APR info. Now I have been charged a total of {$160.00} in finance charges and even if they want to refund any they are looking at the least finance charge and would refund half of it. Still no info on the opening documents. I have a lot of accounts with WellsFargo and Credit Card is the only department I have issues with and this is the XXXX time with a XXXX business ( XXXX issue was different ).
