Complaint: I got a letter in the mail from WellsFargo in XX/XX/XXXX stating that my mortgage payment was going to go up because my account was short {$2200.00} they said that it was due to my taxes and insurance going up which didn't make any sense. I Immediately started talking to them, to XXXX Insurance company for doubling my insurance premium without consent AND to the XXXX XXXX County assessor 's office so I thought this issue was resolved as of XX/XX/XXXX. The assessor stated that my taxes would increase annually at a rate of 2 % which in this year translated to {$19.00} and the insurance situation with XXXX was resolved by cancelling their services and going with another provider. In XXXX I got another statement from WellsFargo stating that my escrow account was short {$730.00} and yet another statement dated XX/XX/XXXX stating that my payment had gone from {$760.00} from previous years to {$1900.00} due in the month of XXXX WHICH I CAN NOT AFFORD!!!!! AND THIS IS A FIXED LOAN!!! I tried on XX/XX/XXXX to fix the problem again and they told me that I had to call the 1st insurance provider ( XXXX ) to get a refund because they had paid my new insurance company and the old insurance company which created the deficiency!!!! I NEED ASSISTANCE WITH THIS MATTER IN INVESTIGATING WHY THEIR ESCROW DEPARTMENT IS DOING THIS. I had cancelled the initial premium with the insurance department in their institution and with XXXX in XXXX WHY WOULD THEY turn around and pay them!!! I HAVE OWNED THIS HOME SINCE XXXX AND HAD NEVER HAD A PROBLEM LIKE THIS UNTIL WELLSFARGO TOOK OVER.

Complaint: I still have not received requested original loan origination documents regarding the letter I wrote on XX/XX/XXXX to Wells Fargo. My letter was in full detail in regards to the documents that I requested as well as notarized and proof of services as well sent to Wells Fargo. I ; m again requesting all documents and, original check payments made by me from XXXX to XXXX as well as all original loan documents. As well as the actual lender of the VA home mortgage loan There are several discrepancy 's and deceptive mortgage practices and fraudulent activity regarding my mortgage that has been discovered.
Another thing I want to point out is that my last complaint to the CFPB, Wells Fargo stated that they needed to talk to Mr. XXXX the attorney on the foreclosure case that Wells Fargo dismissed and then release the mortgage to me. However Mr. XXXX was my attorney on the case. Wells Fargo had there own attorneys who were XXXX, and XXXX who stated I was the owner of the home free and clear. Then later a different story emerged as to the home ownership of my home. The fact that Wells Fargo needed to speak to my attorney Mr. XXXX first before responding back to my Consumer Financial Protection Bureau complaint back in XX/XX/XXXX is very strange to say the least. Meaning that something happened, or a deal was made with my then attorney Mr. XXXX and Wells Fargo that i'm not aware of as to what it was. As well as to corroborate whatever story or deal that was made regarding home ownership. I'm also requesting Wells Fargo to state who is the owner of the home. Meaning is it me or someone else.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX And XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) issued the check to me for the services performed by XXXX XXXX. However, this check with {$2000.00} was mailed without requiring my signature. It was stolen by someone I didn't know at all and got cashed out.
I called XXXX, as soon as I found out. The customer service refused to do anything else, but asked me to file the " Affidavit of Check Fraud by Payee Forged Endorsement '' with Wells Fargo. Then I filed the form and got the notary public in late XXXX, XXXX, and mailed it to Wells Fargo. I called the Wells Fargo a few times, and finally got the Case # XXXX. I was told the Bank was negotiating, and I had to wait. I didn't hear anything back from the bank, until I called again on XX/XX/XXXX. The Bank told me they closed out the case on XX/XX/XXXX, and didn't provide me any result, but only asked me to call insurance to reissue the check.
Between this time period, both XXXX XXXX and I called the insurance company a few times, and the customer service always provided some misleading information, saying I need to file that fraud case, while I already did. So they obviously delayed the process. Finally XXXX had someone connected with the Bank, but was told the Bank closed the ticket without any solution, just because the Bank didn't get the response from the other bank.
The check issue date was XX/XX/XXXX, and I filed the fraud form on XX/XX/XXXX.

Complaint: I got a new Credit Card with Wells Fargo with a {$5000.00} credit limit. I called to request a credit limit increase to {$10000.00}, but I've got approved for {$7000.00} which I accepted. The representative told me I would see an update in the next 10 minutes. But after 40 minutes the update never happened. So I called back and the second representative told me the reason was that my request was forwarded to a second underwriter to review it in order to get the {$10000.00} I originally requested.He said I would have to wait less than 24 hours. Next day I checked online and my credit limit was updated to {$7000.00} but I've also got three alerts from XXXX with 100 % inaccurate information : Alert 1 - That Wells Fargo reported I was using over the credit limit and that's not true because my balance was less than 50 % of {$7000.00} Alert 2- That Wells Fargo reported my credit limit was decreased to {$1000.00} which is not true because it was {$7000.00} all the time Alert 3- That Wells Fargo reported my credit usage was over 100 % the credit limit and that is not true because my balance was under 50 % of the {$7000.00} credit limit All these actions from Wells Fargo have caused a big impact on my credit score dropping down almost 63 points from the day before these actions took place.

Complaint: I called the Wells Fargo Executive Offices ( Department of Credit Card Case Management to XXXX, my case is # XXXX ) and informed that there is wrong information on my credit report ( the balance on my credit card has been informed wrong to the 3 credit bureaus ). I asked that they fixed this and was informed that they will take whatever time they estimate to resolve my issue and that I have to wait on XXXX ( Rep from Exec Office ) to resolve all other customer cases. Today, XX/XX/2019 I called to XXXX and asked about information on Wells Fargo credit card. They informed that my balance as of XX/XX/XXXX ( date of report to bureaus ) is {$72.00}. I have evidence ( credit card statement for XX/XX/2019 ) that my balance is {$5.00}. I consider Wells Fargo is violating my right under FCRA because they are not reporting the right information to the 3 main credit bureaus

Complaint: I found a breeder for XXXX puppies on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX online. I filled out a form of my contact information on their website to find out more information on the puppies they had for sale. The website is XXXX. By XXXX that same day they had texted me to let me know they sent me an email and a questionnaire to see if I qualified for the puppy. I then emailed them back saying we were interested. In the email they told me they had a 30 day guarantee for a full refund, that the puppy had all its vaccinations, and so forth. They told me I would need to pay {$850.00} for the puppy and an additional {$150.00} to have it shipped if thats what I would like. So my husband and I decided to have the puppy shipped. We would've gone and picked up the puppy in Georgia but my grandfather was on hospice that week so we were unable to travel. And I made the first payment through XXXX which Wells Fargo uses as a wire transfer. This payment was made on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX. The breeder stated that payment was received. I told them I was unable to send them any more money for 24 hours per Wells Fargo policy. I also stated I would not send any more until the contract was signed. XX/XX/XXXX they sent me the contract. I signed it. XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I sent the additional {$500.00}. The breeder confirmed payment the next morning and asked me when I would like the puppy delivered. I told them Id like to have it the next day Friday XX/XX/XXXX. They did not email me back. I sent another email asking when I would know the puppy would ship. They then emailed me saying that they would set up all arrangements on Friday. Friday morning they emailed me saying they set up transportation for Saturday XX/XX/XXXX and that the estimated time of arrival was XXXX. XXXX came and went. I waited an hour before reaching out to the breeder. I texted and called both numbers. I also emailed them. By XXXX someone finally text me back saying that I shouldve received a tracking number and to check my spam folder of my email. I found two emails from the airline called XXXX XXXX XXXX. One email says they had received the puppy and gave me a tracking number. The following email said that my puppy had been declined for transport due to the weather and the crate for the puppy had been rejected for transport. They stated I would need to buy a crate for {$1800.00} or I could rent the crate for {$1100.00}. They said if I rent the crate my money would be fully reimbursed once the puppy arrived to my home and was out of the crate. I informed the breeder of this information. They said they would try to get a hold of the airline to see why this was the case. I tried to call the airline. They had an unclear voice message. I also emailed the airline. They emailed me back at XXXX Saturday XX/XX/XXXX saying the same thing. Requesting I send them money through XXXX so that they can ship the puppy. The breeder also texted me back at XXXX saying the same thing. My husband and I XXXX the airline and it says that it is a scam. We did not have the name of the airline prior to this. So we could not do any research on it. We didn't even think to check that. The website said they give you a fake tracking number and tell you they are shipping your puppy, and then they say that they need an air/heat crate for transport and ask for {$1100.00}. We also found a website afterward saying that these breeders are frauds. I did try and do research, prior to the purchase of this puppy, on the breeder. My sister in law works in a law office and also told me the contract is legitimate. The website has since changed their email. I texted the breeder again and told them we do not have {$1100.00} and asked them if they would cover the cost since theyd be reimbursed. They then said they could cover {$500.00} if we could cover the rest. I stated I do not have that money and that we would come pick the dog up tomorrow. They said to contact the airline since they no longer have the puppy. The airline I contacted again through email to tell them I will come get the dog. No response. I texted them the next day stating my husband made it halfway and his truck broke down and we now need money for repairs so we would like a full reimbursement as per the contract. They never responded. I've since filed reports with the FBI, police of XXXX XXXX, Florida State Attorneys, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and Georgia State Law. Wells Fargo closed my claim without telling me. They state no fraud has been done on their part since I sent the money. I told them I understand that but by you allowing this to happen you are allowing people to scam other people. I've filed several complaints in regards to the claim being closed. The last phone call the woman just talked right over me to tell me the same thing I have heard a million times by now. I understand that Wells Fargo didn't take money from me. But they allow people who commit fraud to use them as a bank and take money from other people. They don't protect their clients. I am extremely frustrated with them. They state using XXXX is like going to a bank and taking out money and handing it to someone. But it is not. It is an online wire transfer. I have read several different people who did get scammed and got their money back through XXXX. I also had a friend of ours that banked with XXXX that was scammed and used XXXX and got a full refund. The other I read online on your website the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. That person reached out to you and you helped them get a refund through Wells Fargo. So I'm hoping that you can help me out as well. The only reason I felt safe using XXXX was because it was through my bank Wells Fargo and that I thought they would back me up and keep me safe. They repeatedly have told me they will not help me. I finally received in the mail the official paper stating my claim was closed on XX/XX/XXXX, even though it is dated XX/XX/XXXX. I was just on XXXX XXXX XXXX today at XXXX regarding this scam.

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: On the Wells Fargo bank phone app, I accidentally used my credit card to pay for the same credit card. I don't have exact dates and amounts due to online statements. ( They later closed my accounts preventing me from defending myself in court ). But it was XX/XX/2017 this occurred. I can't believe the app allowed that. It doubled what I owed on my card to about $ 4000They refused to correct it.
Then due to to loss of job and XXXX XXXX I couldn't pay the minimum they wanted. They again refused to work with me.
The they closed my card and bank accounts and got a court order to make me pay over {$7000.00} in remaining balance, fees and court costs.

Again, XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX is the crooked company who stole my family 's home at the auction, and is paying BIG money to Attorney XXXX XXXX # XXXX to continuously harass my family and me by sending us threatening letters, and phone calls attempting to steal our home and throw us out into the street.
