Complaint: Wells Fargo is refusing to investigate a fraud complaint I filed against several bars for over {$500.00} in charges for one night, as well as {$140.00} in unauthorized activity two days later. They are refusing to process my complaint, refund my account and are repeatedly making me speak with females discriminating against me because I am a male. They transferred me to over 10 females and I was told all managers were also female as well on XX/XX/2019.
I am also being discriminated against because of XXXX ancestry and an expressed desire to visit a XXXX companys luxury hotel.

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: Hi i requested a dispute on XX/XX/XXXX for services i paid for but were not provided to me.
On XX/XX/XXXX and after calling several times on XX/XX/XXXX, Wells Fargo bank said there is no way they can help me with a dispute because the transaction was done with XXXX and they don't have any dispute rights and to call XXXX.
I called XXXX and they said is incorrect, this is their response : " I fear Wells Fargo is mistaken : If the funds were taken from your bank account, you have the ability to dispute those charges with your bank. If you file a dispute with your card-issuing bank, XXXX will work with them as they decide the dispute. Disputing a charge on your statement is within your right as a cardholder. '' " I am really sorry for the experience you are having with your bank. They can and should be willing to help you begin the Dispute process. '' " At this point, XXXX will work with your bank to resolve the dispute. " I again called the bank, i have done that several times and explained to them that they are violating my rights and they just dont care, they said they dont have dispute rights.

Complaint: This has been going on for multiple weeks now. There was a payment scheduled that was not authorized by me and the events that have occurred since this unauthorized payment took place have been at the center of this issue. In short, a payment was made from my Wellsfargo checking account to my Wellsfargo credit card. The original unauthorized payment was reversed.
Since then, a retry payment has been attempted even though the payment was canceled. Over XXXX was pulled from my checking account to my credit card account ( for the second time ) leaving my checking account in a negative balance. The payment does not show on my credit card account. It only appears that the XXXX has vanished.
This amount was pulled XX/XX/XXXX and still does not show any reversal in my banking accounts. I have spent 3 hours on the phone with Wellsfargo since XX/XX/XXXX. I was told that the funds would be back in my account XX/XX/XXXX - false. I was told that the funds would be back in my account XXXX - false. It has been almost a week that my money has been tied up in limbo.
The 8+ people that I have spoken with at Wellsfargo have been unable to help explain or give me accurate information as to when my money will be available for my use. I am appalled at the company 's lack of haste and respect for my time. I will be leaving Wellsfargo as soon as my money is returned to my Checking account.

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: I have been trying to work on the fraud that occurred on my account in 2018. I have a credit card that has {$0.00} fraud liability and the company keeps insisting that I was responsible for the charges.
I have been in contact with XXXX XXXX Research & Remediation Analyst, Executive Office for Wells Fargo. After many phone calls with XXXX, she was finally able to obtain some of the receipts from the many that were disputed. Of these receipts, there are more than 4 signatures that are radically different from how I sign all of my purchases.
XXXX sent this back to the Fraud department for reconsideration and they have now ( twice ) just closed the case without reviewing the evidence and state that I must provide new evidence.
I have given them the copies of the receipts showing that the signatures are radically different, including the fact that during two of the transactions that times were provided for, I was at work approximately 35 miles away from the location.
The company has since and repeatedly put negative credit information on my credit report and has effectively ruined my credit because of this, causing my purchases of cars to increase from 2.54 % APR to over 12 % for the past two vehicles that I have purchased in the past year because they are not willing to honor their {$0.00} fraud liability contract that they have with me.

Complaint: Throughout the past few years, I've been sending Wells Fargo extra funds to be applied directly towards my " principal '' balance. I also send them an email through their site notifying them of my request, and the amount I will be sending above my normal monthly payment.
I came to find out on XX/XX/2019, that Wells Fargo intentionally, knowingly, and illegally did not apply my excess funds to my principal balance as I personally requested, and illegally applied them towards future monthly payments.
How I found out was on XX/XX/2019 I sent in a payment of {$13000.00}, and requested the whole amount be applied to my principal balance. I sent them an email through their site days before, and personally called and talked to an agent the day the funds arrived to make sure the funds where applied properly.
A few days later I checked and found all the funds except another XX/XX/2019 month payment was applied towards my principal. I called Wells Fargo, and explained what had happened. Wells Fargo representative went on to explain that before any funds can be applied towards the principal the regular monthly payment needs to me made. Upset, I asked if anyone in Wells Fargo went beyond grammar school math! Or if anyone in Wells Fargo know how to read your own statements. I then pointed out XX/XX/2019 monthly payment was already made and applied to my account on XX/XX/2019. I then informed them it was illegal to charge me two monthly payments for the same month. They said they will look into it.
I also informed them that the monthly statement I just received from them now shows XX/XX/2019 as my next monthly payment due date. I stated next month is XXXX not XXXX, This indicates that they have been applying several other additional " principal only '' payments to my regular monthly payments illegally instead for applying them towards my " principal '' balance as indicated/instructed by me. I informed them it was illegal to charge me future monthly payments in advance.
They said they will look onto it. I haven't heard back from them since. I called again around the XX/XX/2019 as I made another large " principal only '' payment ( {$20000.00} ) which did include my XX/XX/2019 payment as well. This time, they kept on transferring me from one agent to another ( 4-5 ), however, after about 45 minutes on the phone and still at square one with each of Wells Fargo representatives kept telling me they don't have access ; I told them when they find someone at their bank that does, to call me back. Again, to this date and time, I still haven't heard one thing back from anyone at Wells Fargo.
In addition, I informed them that my mortgage rate is 3.25 % and when they find out how far back, they illegally kept my " principal '' only payments, which appears to be a total of 3 extra months of illegally collecting additional monthly payments. ( XXXX vs XXXX ) ( {$1700.00} x 3 + {$5300.00} ). I expect to receive 3.25 % on these funds dating back to when they illegally, and secretly applied my funds other than personally directed by me in writing to have these funds applied to my principal balance.
To me, it appears Wells Fargo has learned nothing from the last time they got caught illegally doing business. If I can figure out in less than an hour what they did, and I have no experience in banking or financing, why so far, it's been 14 days and still not corrected when this is their business.
They also informed me that all my calls I placed to them were recorded so you can hear first handed my questions, concerns, and their responses to them.

Complaint: On XX/XX/19 I refinanced my auto loan with a new credit union and had the 10 day payoff amount, and they distributed a check for the full amount of my auto loan {$44000.00} to Wells Fargo. After a few collections calls from Wells Fargo demanding a payment I started to research what was happening. XXXX XXXX confirmed they distributed the funds XX/XX/19 and began an investigation with both XXXX XXXX and Wells Fargo. On XX/XX/19 Wells Fargo informed me that if I didn't make a payment that day, they were going to report a late payment on my credit report. So I reluctantly made a payment of {$710.00}.
On XX/XX/19, XXXX XXXX informed me as they were going to cancel the original check and write a new one, Wells Fargo told him " we found it, no need to do that '' and the account was satisfied.
Upon receiving my refund check for the one payment I made for {$490.00} charging me interest while they held the check. I called and complained and demanded the {$220.00} to Wells Fargo, they opened an investigation and I was informed they weren't going to do any more actions.

Sent card you never applied for
Complaint: Three years ago around this time Wells Fargo sent me a credit card that I never applied for. They opened a credit card in my name & sent it to me without my consent or authorization. However, I decided to keep the card because it earned cash back. But after 3 years I have only earn {$24.00} dollars in cash back. So I was informed not only by Wells Fargo Bank but a friend said that I can convert my current Wells Fargo credit card to another one that will earn rewards faster. When I tried to convert my current credit card into the other credit card product, Wells Fargo said my account was not eligible. I asked the Wells Fargo credit card specialist, " why isn't it eligible? '' The Wells Fargo Rep said " either you missed a payment, or you have exceeded your credit limit. '' I have never missed a payment on my card, I have never exceeded the credit limit on my card, and I always pay my card in full every month. My Wells Fargo Visa always has a XXXX balance, and Wells Fargo knows this. However my friend who converted his Wells Fargo Visa is always late on his payments, always goes over his credit limit, but Wells Fargo converted his card. Wells Fargo is unfairly singling me out for some reason. I spoke to many Wells Fargo reps and they do not seem to have an answer. Maybe because Wells Fargo fraudulently opened my credit card. I am so disappointed in Wells Fargo for their unethical practices. They never even apologized for opening a credit card in my name and running my credit without my consent. I should have sued 3 years ago. But I decided to keep the card. Wells Fargo now needs to make this right and offer me a solution. The solution should be converting this current card I have into another card that will benefit me more. That is the least Wells Fargo can do. It's not asking much considering that they opened this credit card in my name without my consent or authorization.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX as Trustee for XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX instigated a foreclosure action on XX/XX/XXXX. I wrote to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( copy of letter included here ) because they, as trustee, are not authorized to commence foreclosure proceedings.
