Complaint: XXXX XXXX and UAC failed to provide the services that they sold me on. They never reported the correct information on my credit report of me paying on time with not one missed payment, when they should have done so as they promised in their contracts, they also didnt honor a warranty on a faulty car that knowingly they supplied a bad transmission and returned it to me- which had to be towed away from the mechanics shop that I was told to take the vehicle to. The moment that I take my vehicle in for repairs and they provide a faulty transmission and I refuse to give them another dollar until they fix it, being that it is under warranty they happen to repossess the vehicle and do a charge off/collections. I also reported them to the XXXX two times, they have gone as far as submitting a story that is far from the truth. I have the receipts and an email to prove that they lied, saying that they honored the warranty that I refused to pay for the vehicle with other things that the vehicle did not have. With that being said, insult on top of injury they do not report correctly to the credit bureaus repeatedly.

Complaint: During the loan period on a vehicle I purchased from XXXX of XXXX XXXX, XXXX ; I was making scheduled payments on time with auto-pay through a debit card recommended by Social Security Administration. At one point in the payment period of the loan the finance company ( Universal Acceptance Corporation of XXXX XXXX ) attempted to withdraw two payments for the same month without success. They called about every other day demanding I pay the extra payment. When I refused to do that they repossessed the vehicle and charged me X amount of dollars in penalties and unpaid loan amount after the vehicle was sold by them and when that was not paid, reported the account to the credit bureaus with erroneous/incorrect payment history information which had an even more negative influence on my credit rating.

Complaint: Universal Acceptance is inaccurately reporting derogatory information on my credit report and failed to respond to validation and accounting request. On XX/XX/XXXX, I requested written validation of an alleged debt that Universal Acceptance claim I owe, but to no avail did they validate the date or even respond. I would like to request your help with a problem that I am having with Universal Acceptance. On XXXX/XXXX/2015 I requested a validation of debt from Universal Acceptance after disputing the illegit account with credit bureau and Universal Acceptance refused to remove the inaccurate information. The request was signed received by XXXX XXXX. I have yet to receive a response - their silence is their agreement to the facts. Universal Acceptance failed to provide me with a legal validation of this account under the rules of evidence and the FDCPA within 30 days 809. Validation of debts. I am demanding that Universal Acceptance delete this account from all credit reporting agencies, because they have not abided by the laws of the Federal Trade Commission. Also, Universal Acceptance failed to notify me about reporting derogatory info. In section 603 ( p ) 15 U.S.C. ss 168s-2 ( a ) ( 7 ) ( A ) ( I ) ; The notice required under subparagraph ( A ) shall be provided to the customer prior to, or no later than 30 days after furnishing the negative information to a consumer reporting agency described in section 603 ( p ), 15 U.S.C. ss 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 7 ) ( B ) ( I ). Plus broke commercial law under UCC 9.501 that all notices were timely and properly given by dated certified mail receipt. They were not met. I asked for documentation & received no response.

Complaint: In 2012 I bought a car from a company name Carhop, which was a lemon their contract mechanics would make some lame excuses on not being able to fix my Van, that I purchased. After all the XXXX I been through under the magnuson and Lemon law I was able to get half of my money back. After looking at my credit score from different sources although it was paid off at wholesale my credit showed derogatory marks on it, and that is false, and I dispute this allegation. I always paid my that Van on time. This company is hurting my credit score.

Complaint: Apparently I was provided as a " reference '' for an auto loan for a friend. To my recollection I was never contacted for the reference. Now the person with the loan in behind on payments and this company called me XXXX to have him " contact them ''. Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX hours finance a XX/XX/XXXX Ford Focus from Car Hop XXXX acceptance court right off the bat I noticed some we 're grinding noises and vehicle ran rough I ask the dealer about this and he told me that I could just take it down to XXXX of their specified shop then they would fix anything wrong with the vehicle for no cost me for the first visit but also stated that after the initial visit to the repair shop all repairs would have to be approved by the warranty department so being a little naive to the whole car buying leasing financing situation and being totally stoked I even got approved I drove away in the car on XX/XX/XXXX I took the car to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in missing work that day if the car was in the shop until the XXXX of XXXX when I was finally contacted by Car Hop after several attempts to contact them they told me that the warranty company would not approve the problems that the car had and asked me to come down to the shop on XXXX XXXX I called into work and XXXX ride down there to the shop long story short they wanted to trade me out cars because they did n't want to fix before they gave me XXXX options to pick from none of which were anything special I chose to go with the Pontiac Grand Am GT after test driving it and having a friend briefly look it over the car seems like it was in good condition within a few days of having the car I started to notice it ran a little hot and when it would get hot it would shift into and out of gear with a hard kick I also noticed there was some weird slushy stuff in the coolant so I took it again to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX where they did a full diagnostic on the vehicle and sent the results to the warranty company once again to be denied I tried numerous times to get a hold of somebody at Car Hop and at the warranty place only to be given the runaround for two days and having to pay 78 dollars to get my car out of XXXX XXXX XXXX. the warranty company denied the work that needed to be done claiming they no longer do business with XXXX and told me they wanted me to take it to their shop by Car Hop called XXXX & XXXX auto. When I took it to XXXX & XXXX Auto on XX/XX/XXXX with the same problems but even worse then before the man called me the next day and told mgr he did n't find anything wrong with the car so I argued with him a little and got him to agree with letting the car heat up got a little bit and then test drive it he says he did that and he going some spark plugs misfiring he sent that work to warranty company and again it was denied and again I had to pay 78 $ to get the car out of the shop. It 's a hole lit to explain even more than what I 've explained here but these people are really doing some shady business and I really need some help cause I have no idea what I 'm doing
