Complaint: i plead with you to please reconsider your decision, if you cant temporary suppress or remove it ... then can you at least guarantee ; that if i find a way to pay this account in full before hand that you'll remove or suppress the trade-line from the 4 CRAs you report to.. its not like your guys havent already wrote this debt off for tax purposes. we have to come to some sort of arrangement. i honesty dont care how long it takes, i will continue to dispute this matter until XX/XX/2023 if thats what it takes.. the car has already been repoed and sold.. please i know theres somebody on the other side of this message who can work with me.. Again please consider that the Fair Credit Reporting Act does not demand that all accounts be reported, only that any account that is reported be reported accurately. Therefore, a company does have legal discretion and permission to remove any account it chooses from the credit report. and again I believe it serves both of our interests. You want my money, and I want to give it to you so I can fix my credit and help my mom out. Please. Your kind consideration in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2018, I returned a leased XXXX XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX in accordance with my lease. The lease was for 2 years and XXXX miles and the car was returned with XXXX miles, within the lease agreement. I subsequently received a bill from Toyota Financial Services for {$3200.00} which included {$2600.00} for excess mileage, {$350.00} for a disposition fee, {$230.00} for sales tax, and a reduction of XXXX for an overpayment. I contacted Toyota Financial Services about the erroneous billing, and after researching the file they agreed the billing was in error, removed the excess mileage charge and waived the disposition fee, which eliminated the sale tax and agreed to refund the {$19.00} overpayment, which they did.
Subsequently I received a call from a debt collector, XXXX XXXX. After researching the file again, XXXX agreed there was no amount due.
I then received another from XXXX XXXX agent claiming the amount was due. I explained the error to the agent but she would not listen. I sent a letter to XXXX and to Toyota Financial requesting letters clarifying that no amount was due. Neither responded to my letters.
Now I receive a letter from another collection agency XXXX XXXX, XXXX requesting payment for the same erroneous claim.

Complaint: Toyota Financial stopped sending us monthly statements since I settled my personal bankruptcy case several months ago. I was originally on the loan, but I did not declare my XXXX on the bankruptcy. We have been making every payment since we purchased the vehicle last year.
I can not access my account information online because they denied access. I can not call them to see if the payments have been applied to the balance because they refuse to talk to me about the account. My mother can not talk to them because she doesn't speak good English. They have been treating me as a criminal since I declared bankruptcy even though I did not include the vehicle. My lawyer has tried several times to contact them, but they refuse to honor the request.

Complaint: Below is the email I sent to XXXX my name and I am writing this email for the bad experience I had with a dealer and corporate customer service. I had issues with me vehicle XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and it was towed to the dealer XXXX XXXX when I spoke to them about the vehicle and getting a loaner I was advised I am not allowed to have a loaner since it was first time at this dealer. I was out of town when the vehicle had giving me issues. I spoke to the dealer the next day and was advised it was my transmission. I never had any issues before with my vehicle or indications. I spoke to XXXX the service advisor the next day about the issue he had an attitude for me asking questions as to what happened to the vehicle. I believe there other under lying issues as to why I was treated this way. I called corporate customer service the first rep was very nice in handling the situation and taking down my concerns and I received a call back from XXXX he advised nothing he can do, he showed no concern. I explained issues of the dealer he explained they are privately owned and I have to discuss with the general manager at the dealer. If your dealers are treating customers in this fashion I think it would be more of concern since they are the face of the company. My family has had several vehicles with the company, and was in the market for a new XXXX or XXXX vehicle. My brother has been a XXXX supporter. I had advised friends to purchase vehicles and they have. So this experience here has left a very feeling of the company and the brand. I know my vehicle was not having transmission issues and for it to just fail is shocking. I expected more but received left. I believe there is some unfair and deceptive practices going on. I am considering a CFPB complaint I believe I am being mis treated compared to other customers. Complaint: I would like to bring up a few major concerns I have with the way Toyota Financial does business and how poor their level of customer care and support is.
1 ) I disputed a 30 day late with them because I was not notified by any method that a payment was due after I cancelled my auto-pay because Toyotas website was constantly giving me issues and errors every time I attempted to set up a payment method or make a one time payment. I asked them to remove the 30 day late because I had asked, and selected, to receive paper statements and none had been delivered to me in any form. Please do not ruin peoples credits over 1 day which you think they are worthless for. I mean how appalling that you claim that your grace period is 30 days and because I was 31 days late to process in making a payment, according to your departments, I am to be punished for the next 7 years! I suffered seriously because of your delinquency and my score has dropped over a 100 points! Let me tell you that it was the Holidays and your site was always down and not accurate because of all of the bank holidays making it difficult for me to make a payment. Why can your company not understand the human aspect to this and how horrible it is that your customer service reps don't care! I was very confused and upset that no one called me and in my dispute # XXXX they make many false and hurtful claims towards me. They claim they had contacted me which they NEVER did and I believe they should have by law because I was clearly unaware and no statements was received to my address on XXXX XXXX, which I was awaiting.
PLEASE ANSWER AND PROVIDE VOICE RECORDINGS : Which number did you call? Which agent called me? I want to know why no one left me a voicemail. I want the call pulled by the agents at the consumer financial protection bureau.
I think it is so wrong that you attack customers who feel like something is not fair and you do not even provide actual proof. I always make online payments and your website clearly states that if need be we will contact you via email to notify of any necessary actions needed to be take in case of emergency, mispayment, unfulfilled payment etc. So you can contact people via email and texts, who have willfully sign up, that they have insufficient funds but you can not contact me to HELP me not miss a payment by a DAY!? That makes no sense, it appears that there is a collective agreement within your financial department that it might be better to let naive customers be late so that your institution is able to charge a good customer like myself late fees. The irony is how often you call AFTER ones due date has come and gone. How thoughtful! But you contact someone right away, even via email, if their account was insufficient? Isn't that private information too? I had allowed such emails to come to me by clicking " agree '' online so that I MAY AVOID SITUATIONS like this! Pull my calls, all of them and show the CFPB and me the records of your agents attempts at contacting me and even the mail you claim you sent. My email is secure and I had always allowed you to communicate with me. And if a letter was sent I am certain your records department has a copy.
2 ) Who ever answered my former complaint made a fraudulent and defamatory claim against me saying that " Your account is currently past due for XX/XX/2018 payment ''. How is that possible when I made the payment and covered the loan for all months with confirmation number XXXX. I spoke to the rep and told him multiple times that for days I have been attempting to make payments via my phone and the website and the sites were not working and showing errors and not opening. I know my rights and I know I have a grace period by LAW, I discussed this with the phone rep and he told me to dispute anything if I needed to if I felt it was not right that I constantly had issues with your website and making mobile or website payments. I am not late when it is within my grace period. And I certainly am not late when your sites are the ones frustrating me!
A billing error and a statement sending error is on you and you need to accept that. Toyota is obligated to follow the law and I am sorry but I feel as though your general concerns in life are to make peoples lives XXXX and damage their financial lives so that you may make a few bucks in fees and interest charges against us. SO WRONG! I am looking into hiring a lawyer if this issue is not resolved. Because I feel as though you falsely accuse me of being late and that makes me stressed out, and now it has happened twice. Imagine how embarrassed I am when I am disputing something and your dispute department decides to publicly mention another " late '' to shame me. Was I talking about XXXX? NO we were discussing XXXX!
ALSO : BY LAW they were supposed to report this account as disputed and they NEVER did! I lost a credit card because of this. they asked me why I was late and I said it was in dispute and that I was not and they said that there would be a " In dispute '' in the remarks if that was true and there is none and so they did not believe me.

Complaint: My XXXX XXXX XXXX was involved in an accident that was not my fault. Toyota received a settlement check from my insurance company in XX/XX/2018. As of today they have not send the info needed to my gap insurance company. Apparently it is a copy of the check they received from the insurance company. I hired an attorney to help me resolve this issue and my attorney says they called Toyota several times in the past three weeks and Toyota says the hold up is an internal issue at Toyota and the check copy has not been uploaded. My attorney told them that this is negatively affecting me and Toyota just says they can't do anything about it. Their departments that upload paperwork are not located where they are so it's just tough luck and I have to wait. It's now been several weeks and we asked them for a timeline and Toyota just tells my attorney there is no timeline.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX - I launched a dispute with XXXX regarding a late payment with Toyota Financial which occurred in XX/XX/XXXX at the time I contacted the company to change my payment due date from the XX/XX/XXXX to the XX/XX/XXXX earlier in the year which had not been changed by Toyota and still reflected the due date of the XX/XX/XXXX. I was late in payment for the month of XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX but requested the removal of the late payment via XXXX. After the investigation the one late payment was changed to reflect 3 late payments occurring in XX/XX/XXXX/ XX/XX/XXXX/ and XX/XX/XXXX. I disputed this new reflection with XXXX providing payment statement withdrawals, the letter dated XX/XX/XXXX asking for a change of due date to Toyota Financial, and a personal statement explaining the situation regarding the one late/none payment in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX. After the investigation the results were the same/none changed. I then disputed the reporting directly with Toyota Financial on XX/XX/XXXX and received a letter XX/XX/XXXX stating that there reporting was accurate when it clearly was not.
I believe that Toyota Financial is unwilling to fix the credit reporting of my account as a form of retaliation for signing on to the XX/XX/XXXX-XX/XX/XXXX class action lawsuit earlier this year and would like to have a neutral party review the information to confirm or deny my claims.

Complaint: To : Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This is to inform that I disagreed entirely with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX company 's answer because they stated that I received a letter from Toyota Financial Services dated XX/XX/XXXX saying there is a charge for missing key when I never received any letter.
My default was inadvertent and reasonable since I was never properly served and did not have knowledge of this action. Also in my effort to resolve this issue with Toyota Motor I went personally to the XXXX XXXX at XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX, and returned the second XXXX XXXX car key and gave it to the Sales floor manager.
Also I contacted XXXX Toyotas dealer after returned the car key to be sure everything was OK and I spoke with another floor manager by name XXXX who was rude, and talking to me in very inappropriate manner refused to help me and I had to disconnect my conversation with this person.
I am not a happy customer at all and After I finished my current lease I am not leasing or buying anymore vehicles with Toyota Motors or XXXX XXXX ; and I am still disputing this charge on my name because is incorrect and not acceptable.
I am very concern about any negative mark on my personal credit report.

Complaint: Well I suppose allow me to just start out by saying thankyou for clearing up the situation. These past 2 months have been extremely stressful trying to figure what was really going on, Between going back forth between you guys and the credit bureaus ( needless to say ) is a fight in itself. Now that I fully understand situation I believe in the spirit of good faith we can come to a mutual agreement. Please understand that during the time period this account was established I had was very happy with the service, I was XXXXyrs old and just got my dream car. I was also very young and made financial mistakes, and I take full responsibility for that. During that time my mom was very sick and I often had to skip work in order to care for her, which inevitably lead to me becoming late on my payments. These past few months ive been cleaning up my credit to help my mom and I have a chance at a better financial future. This account is the only thing left on my credit report holding me back from financial freedom. I Pray twice a day everyday, for XXXX to give me the wisdom I need to get this acct removed from my report. I dont know whomever is going to be reading this response, but im asking you to please help me. I dont mind paying the {$8900.00} owed to you. I know that payment was my responsibility and I am not attempting to justify this breach of user agreement, I was however hoping under certain conditions you might review the circumstances under which this nonpayment occurred and consider removing ( or suppressing ) the negative trade line associated with this account from my three credit reports. im currently in the process of consolidating my debt owed to you so that I can PAY IT IN FULL.
