Complaint: XXXX 's client XXXX XXXX is an identity theft victim. His information was used without his consent to apply for credit cards and communication accounts ; these applications resulted in fraudulent inquiries that are now listed on his credit reports. After efforts were made to notify official each of the account providers of the fraudulent applications the account providers still list the fraudulent information on the credit reports despite the issue being related to identity theft. One of the bank already provided a clearance letter confirming the issue was fraudulent and confirming they would remove the data however the information is still being reported to the XXXX credit report ; this is a violation of FCRA.

Complaint: My car payment of {$400.00} is paid on time every month with an additional {$100.00} bi weekly I have set up independently with my bill pay from my bank account also. Each month I receive a statement from Td Auto Finance stating I have paid a total of {$500.00} and has been applied to my account. There is no break down of what was applied to interest or principal. I called to verify if my additional {$200.00} payment was applied solely to the principal. I was advised it was applied the next month 's payment between interest and Principal. I was then transferred to have the miss applied payments paid to the principal only. I was advised if I keep making over payments they will be applied to future monthly payments and not the principal. There is a total lack of transparency of payments.

Complaint: i went to open an account with XXXX XXXX in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and that is when i found out that i currently owe : XXXX : {$100.00} ( in fees ) TD BANK : {$230.00} ( in fees ) Mean while i am not sure how these balances came about because these accounts have been closed since XXXX. i have talked to and went to TD and XXXX that same day they claim that the accounts were fraudulent and they cant help because the account has been closed since XXXX, but what i owe them are random banking fees.

Complaint: I just have a simple complaint about the business overall. My credit card was issued through XXXX XXXX XXXX, and is managed by TD bank. It is no longer an active card, as XXXX has changed its banking since then, or some such thing. My complaint is -- I ca n't reach a person. Their round and round automation can make a person unpeel. I ca n't remember the dates in the past, but I have tried to call them twice about issues I had when trying to make a payment. On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I called to discuss my bill with someone. Nope. I am current on payments, but I wanted to discuss my next payment. Obviously the banks are on to the blanket advice from financial advisors to " talk to the company, they 'll deal with you '' It 's time for consumers to stop putting up with this.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX, 2017 I applied for a Target store card on their website. It was not approved right away but a message popped out that my application is under review and will receive a reply in the mail within 7 - 10 business days. On XXXX XXXX, 2017 I received a phone call from Target Financial Services asking me some personal information about myself like when my birthday is, my age, and my address. Then they informed me again that they will mail me their decision. I called the number back the next day and talked to XXXX. She told me that they approved the credit application but they need me to fax the front and back of my social security card, my driver 's license and a utility bill. I told her I am not comfortable with that. I keep going back and forth with Target asking them to cancel the card because I am not comfortable providing these documents that has all my personal information especially the social security card. They said that they can only cancel it as soon as I provide them with the documents. I want this published so the public will know.

Problem with personal statement of dispute
Complaint: The dispute is with Target Corp. headquartered in Minnesota. They are reporting two 30 day late payments on all three of the credit agencies. I have 3 issues with my interaction with them. 1 ) 1.5 years ago, I sent a letter explaining what happened with those late 30 day payments. The issue originally stemmed from the fact that at the Target store in XXXX XXXX, I was told I needed to renew my card and I later found out I was issued a new separate credit card. That was not my intention and the cashier misled me, probably in order to receive some type of commission. The second issue was at the same time, Target was switching over to chip reader on my original card. At this time, I had 3 credit cards and did n't know which one actually worked or was useable. The 3rd issue was at the same time, my wife had a XXXX issue that demanded medical attention. Since she handles the bills, the payment was late but she still would not have known which bill to pay as at the time I had 3 credit cards. After sending a letter, I never received a response from Target ... ... .not even to this day. 2 ) 3 months after I initially sent a Ietter and not receiving a response from Target, I later called and spoke to someone in credit reporting. I went through all the reasons as to why it should be removed and 45 days later I received a response saying the credit reporting was correct. My dispute was not that it was incorrect but several things occurred, most of which is Target 's fault, that caused me to be late both times.

The problem is TD BANK, they take forever to send XXXX my updated account balance, causing me to wait long for money. When they do update it a lot of times it 's wrong. Complaint: I paid a debt settlement to a third party collection agency collecting on behalf of TD bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) TD bank updated my account as settled but also re-aged my account with XXXX and possibly the other agencies. Originally before paying this settlement it showed this account to be removed from reporting on XX/XX/XXXX now it shows to be removed on XX/XX/XXXX.The date of first delinquency was XX/XX/XXXX. My report shows OK for payment on XX/XX/XXXX and then delinquency the following month. This is how they re-aged the account. Also they keep reporting monthly as charged off after I 've settled this account to the credit reporting agencies which is keeping my score down monthly.
