Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX From XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/2017 because of an advertisement on the Internet offered XXXX XXXX cars that stated the price of {$29000.00} with a payment of {$460.00} for 60 months. due to high-pressure tactics, I was baited then they, XXXX, switched the deal from the advertised deal to {$520.00} a month for 75 months financing {$33000.00} when the settled negotiated price of {$28000.00} at {$490.00} a month, XXXX manager, XXXX XXXX, called me and asked me would I come to the dealership to discuss my dissatisfaction, we discussed the problem and I showed him the internet advertisement and ask to see the written offer I made to the salesman and said that was the only deal I was interested in, He did not produce the written offer. XXXX became belligerent and said car XXXX was responsible for the ad and XXXX was not at fault even though XXXX name was in the ad several times. He also stated he was not going to do any thing about the situation. I left the dealership dissatisfied.and frustrated because XXXX XXXX denied responsibility for the ad and did not produce the written offer I made.

Complaint: XXXX 's client XXXX XXXX is an identity theft victim. Someone used his information without his consent to to apply for a Target account ; the account was established and Target contact XXXX XXXX and he verbal confirmed the account was openedXX/XX/XXXX fraudulently. Target was then officially notified in writing of this fraudulent activityXX/XX/XXXX via certified mail with a return receipt of the dispute information. A credit report was obtained shortly after that dispute and Target was still listed as a negative account ; at that time the CFPB was notified CFPB complaint ; D FOR COMPLAINT SENT TO TARGET CREDIT CARD XXXX XX/XX/XXXX ; however no communication from Target to our client was ever made. As of this morning a credit report from XXXX still lists this Target account on the credit reoiort, This is now a violation of the FCRA and my clients consumer rights.

Complaint: I deposited {$260.00} into an ATM at TD Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX. The ATM read it as {$160.00}. I immediately filed a claim with customer service. When I did n't hear anything after 2 weeks I went into the branch and filed another claim. The gentleman that helped me told me that the customer service representative did n't save the claim the evening that I called. It was also noticed at this time that the {$160.00} that the ATM had recorded that night was also not in my account. I waited almost a month and still had n't heard anything so when I was making a deposit, the gentleman that had helped me told me my claim had been denied saying there was no proof of my deposit at all. So not only did I not get the {$260.00} I did n't get the {$160.00} either.

Complaint: In XX/XX/XXXX I made a payment on my Target store credit card. I did n't realize that the payment was returned until I could n't log into my account one day and found out my account was showing delinquent. I called customer service and was told my online payment was returned unpaid by my bank. She explained that the XXXX in front of my account number were not showing up on my stored account info. I was charged an nsf fee as well as a late fee. This month I made my payment online and was very careful to enter all the numbers as shown on my checking account ( exactly as I do every other bill I pay ). Once again the payment was returned and I was charged an NSF fee. I pay all my bills this way and have never had an issue with any other company. I believe it is their system that is not recognizing the XXXX in the front of my account number. This time I contacted customer service right away ( I 'm not late yet ) and explained and asked if they will waive the fee and they told me no. This is not right and I think it has to be happening to other people. I think it is terrible that they are charging me for something that is clearly an issue on their end. As I stated, I have never had this issue with another company and I pay all my bills this way.

Complaint: I did not receive a XXXX bill for my Target store card. I called to request a statement. When it arrived, they had added a {$27.00} late payment fee. I submitted a billing dispute for the late fee and included a check for the {$190.00} undisputed portion. They have acknowledged receipt of my dispute and the check has been cashed at my bank. However, they did not remove the {$190.00} from my account and have continued to levy interest and late payment fees as well as sending a threatening collection letter.

Complaint: Re XXXX File No. XXXX The above referenced firm XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX falsely filed a court judgement against me in XXXX of 2014. Rather than fight the matter further in court, I agreed to a repayment plan effective XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Payments have been made faithfully since that date on amonthly basis, and in some cases two months payments were made. It appears that these payments may have been recorded incorrectly prompting the firm to send me a certified letter ( attached ) indicating that a Notice for Execution Against Wages, which could have possibly resulted in the termination of my employment. Given the gravity of these implications, I felt my XXXX XXXX XXXX and began to immediately XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was able to gather myself to call XXXX and review my payment history with them to which a XXXX . XXXX XXXX was very kind and attempted to calm me down, and told me I had nothing to worry about, then proceeded to force me into a new agreement that would double my monthly payment. I also reiterated that none of this would have happened if they set the account up on an auto deduct from my bank account, however, they said that this could not be done. The matter was unintentionally made worse each time XXXX XXXX referenced a judgement that was still unresolved. At this point the damage that this very threatening letter was already done. I will be heading to a clinic now to have my XXXX XXXX checked or to determine if I need to go to an emergency room.

Complaint: Made a payment with a telephone customer service rep, who could not resolve the access problem I was having with the online account. She could not understand why the online account was still locked after she made a password change. ACH payment was taken on XX/XX/XXXX and subsequently rejected for insufficient funds on XX/XX/XXXX . Target did not resubmit to the bank for second attempt at payment and held the pending payment until XX/XX/XXXX before cancelling payment and charging account for late and returned check fees. Calls to and from Target card services, CS reps could not give any details as to what happened and why. My bank stated that ACH was submitted only once. Apparently, this is a Target policy to collect more fees from customers by only submitting an ACH once. XXXX complaint only got a response from Target that said to call XXXX number which can only get to a live person after about 10-15 different attempts at getting out of voice jail. Attempt to get to a supervisor was not possible.

Complaint: When filing my XXXX taxes my tax preparer included incorrect information for my refunds to be direct deposited. The information they listed on my taxes was routing number XXXX- assigned to TD Bank in XXXX ME. The account number is XXXX. The Federal return was rejected by the bank as my information did not match this account however they accepted the State of NC deposit even though the information did not match. The deposit was made on XX/XX/XXXX and the trace number is # XXXX. I, my tax preparer XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX have all contacted this TD Bank numerous times and they refuse to reverse the deposit and send the monies back to the State of NC so they can issue it correctly to me.

I arrived shortly after I arrived @ TD bank XXXX XXXX supervisor Im formed me of 3 open accounts that I had open recently I called TD bank they told me to come to the office to sign a document that was n't known to me stating that they get my funds I was lied to by XXXX XXXX informed me nothing instead told me I was signing for the 3 accounts I my signature was not authentic because I was n't aware of the fraud That was being played on me I made 3 deposits in 3 accounts all totaling over ten thousand dollars and the say that there was no deposits ever made a lie XXXX said that they may close my account due to an old account that I owe {$250.00} because of a charge off account # XXXX was closed on XX/XX/2015 that 's why they had to closed my accounts which I never had access to. Other than atm deposits she called a number which is XXXX I called the same number it said that was no account which I was lied to about a charge off for {$250.00} she got caught in a lie and then called the police stating she did because I did n't have a shirt on which cameras prove I did have a shirt on police come and threatened me that the owner said if I comeback to lock me up for trespassing. When they wanted me to make a deposit in that branch to get online access to my account this was a scam from day one I feel that my account and personal information has been compromise by TD bank ceo/staff I have a lot of identity theft being used in my name I 'm reporting fraud and identity theft I was forced to sign papers that breach of contract please help I 've tried countless times to resolve this matter please help me resolve this matter city of XXXX police threatened me XXXX and partner.
