Complaint: I want to complain about NORDSTROM I received a promotional email from NORDSTROM for a credit card application. Then I log in and apply. The results could not be approved, but I do not complain. But I still receive credit card offers from the Nordstrom email app every day. I filled in the application again and the result was not approved again. I must complain and complain. The fact that Nordstrom sent false e-mails to seduce me and cause my credit score to drop led to an additional investigation of my report and a negative impact on me. Complaint: Please reference investigation ID XXXX, I received a letter from TD Bank whereby they stated, based upon our investigation, we have determined that fraud did not occur. The letter was dated on XX/XX/XXXX. The letter was received on XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately contacted TD Bank customer service center to determine what type of investigation was conducted or led to a determination that the fraud did NOT occur. Customer service agent ( XXXX XXXX ) stated that investigation was determined based upon the proximity of the fraud and actual residence. I filed a police report on XX/XX/XXXX stating that the contents of my wallet were stolen from my locked vehicle while it was parked in my driveway [ RESIDENCE ]. There was no sign of forced entry. They did not take my wallet or driver 's license, and I had no cash, what they stole was my credit/debit cards. I received a fraud alert on my other credit card ( XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX, which later alerted me to other activities on my other cards which were also stolen. These cards included the TD Bank business debit card. I was working in Washington, DC at the time of the fraud. I immediately went to the closest TD Bank location on XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Washington, DC XXXX. I spoke with the banking specialist, XXXX XXXX. He issued me new debit cards for my personal and business account. He was not able to dispute the charges since the transaction had not posted. It took two days for the transaction to post. I filed it on Friday, XX/XX/XXXX on the phone with the customer service agent. I also sent the Bank Specialist ( XXXX XXXX & XXXX XXXX ) the copy of the police report, whereby they went to the fraud department Based upon the information provided by TD Bank in this letter, I find it bizarre that the TD Bank made a decision stating that the fraud did NOT occur. I am requesting that TD Bank refund the money as soon as possible and return interest on money due. I am also requesting that the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau look into TD BANK business practice in determining fraud as while as violations of Consumer Protection Laws. Please reference previous complaints submitted against TD BANK with the Consumer Financial ID XXXX & XXXX

Complaint: I have a checking account with TD bank, last year, I discovered there's a {$3100.00} fraud check written by another person, and the bank handed the money to them. I contacted the bank, and after about a month, the money was finally given back to me. Now my account looked over the book more carefully, and found out there's another fraud check for {$1000.00} posted in XX/XX/XXXX. I contacted the bank, filled out the fraud check affidavit, and to my surprise, the money didn't come back. I received a letter from XXXX XXXX, Their Sr. investigator. Telling me since I didn't report the fraud within 30 days of that happening, they're not giving me the money back. How is that possible, the bank made the mistake, and they are blaming me for not keeping an eye on my account? I have written to the bank 's chairman hotline email, there were never any acknowledge or response. This is bank fraud, plain and simple.

Problem during payment process
Complaint: This is a complaint about TD bank 's online service. I added my bank accout on line and scheduled automatic payments on XX/XX/XXXX. TD Bank states that my bank account was added for payments but payments were not scheduled. I know for a fact that i not only added my account but set up recurring payments. I have a printout that states as much. But TD bank states that it is not their problem. I contacted TD Bank on XXXX and told them about their website error. I then asked to speak to a manager and they said someone would call me within XXXX hrs. NO one ever called me back. I spoke to a rep on XX/XX/XXXX and they stated once again that a manager would call me. Once again no one called. i once again contacted TD bank on XX/XX/XXXX and was told a manager misunderstood my request and that I would have to wait another XXXX Hrs. At that point my payment would be late again, I had to make a payment. On the night of XX/XX/XXXX I finally received a call back from a manager. The manager immediately lied and said that another supervisor called me back on XXXX. After I explained that all 3 reps i had previously spoken to had verified that I had NOT receieved a call back. furthermore while on hold, i pulled up phone records and i verified that no call was ever recieved or message left. After pressing the supervisor on why she lied, she admitted that she was making assumptions and did not really know. The Supervisor also admitted that there was a server error on the day i set up my automatic payment but that it was in another department. This company repeatedly lied to me and only had a supervisor call me back after payment was received. Their website is horrible and has a lot of errors. If an error is experienced you might not know and it is the customers fault not the banks.

Complaint: I have been a customer of TD bank for almost a year now. I have been withholding my comments for some time now. However, it seems that their overdraft practices border on predatory. I used to work in the banking industry and I recall how most banks handle their deposits. Usually, the bank processes the deposits first before processing the debits, no matter what time the transaction occurred, as long as it was the same day. This is not the case with TD Bank. They process the transactions at the time they occurred and let 's say I were to make a deposit after I noticed a charge was over drafting my account, they process it last so they can charge me an overdraft fee. I am very disappointed and I think with a little digging you will find that their overdraft policy violates some consumer protection laws. This weekend I received 4 overdraft fees, two of which were for transactions under {$1.00}. The amount was in my savings and I had earlier signed up for overdraft protection. Not only did they not take the money from my savings, they stated that I never had it. At the time of the trasanctions I had the funds, however, they charged me a {$15.00} " service '' charge and dated it for the 11th. The charge showed up this morning. That charge caused 3 overdrafts.

Complaint: I have accounts that was not reported to the credit bureau that would make my credit score better. I purchase and paid off three vehicles that was not reported to the bureau and was closed without being reported. I contacted XXXX XXXX/TD Auto Finance and XXXX XXXX to correct their records and update with all 3 credit bureaus. I am submitting supporting documents that there was an error on there part and they still to date has not corrected on the credit reporting side. I need assistance in getting this corrected. Please note the vehicle purchases were high amount well over {$70000.00} totaling the 3 together. Which paying these items off with good standing would have made my credit score much better. I need my credit report to reflect these purchase and pay off in very good standing. Attaching all 3 credit reports as proof they are not included on my credit report.

Complaint: On the following dates, various people from XXXX XXXX have called my husbands work cell phone and my fathers work cell phone asking for me. XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. The calls in XXXX were a representative named XXXX XXXX at XXXX extension XXXX. XXXX XXXX has my phone number and I have spoken to a few people there requesting that they not call other people looking for me. I do not have a mailing address, but have an email customer service address and have requested at least twice ( XXXX and XXXX ) that they not call either my husband or my father. There has not been any written correspondence received from this company. I do not know why they are calling looking for me.

Complaint: I requested a hardship program because I was out of work due to medical issues and had falling behind by two payments. that went from XXXX per month to XXXX so XXXX stated that my payments would be lowered to XXXX per month for 12 months. to give me the opportunity to catch up. I was told as long as I make timely payments that I wouldn't be removed from the program. so I asked if they could do automatic payments they stated yes. so we set them up. I recieved paperwork in the mail in which I still have, and since the original call XXXX has been reporting to the credit bureau as me being delinquent. and I feel as thou this is unfair to not only me but to any consumer.

Complaint: on XX/XX/2018 I filed a disputed with TD Bank regarding 5 unauthorized ATM transaction from my Checking accounts I have reported the incident to the local police department and filed a police report. TD bank refused to honor my claim stating that the card that was used to conduct the transaction had a chip on it. I had my ATM card on my possession at the time of the incident. TD bank wants me to pay back the money that was taken out of my bank account without my authorization. can you please help me with the dispute.
