Complaint: XXXX XXXX financial services continued to contact me at my work place after I repeatedly told them to stop calling. They also have contacted my mother, my ex wife which neither are on the loan. They have sent someone to my house that refused to leave until I call XXXX XXXX, that person drove in my yard and ruined my grass because he said he was to old to see at night. This is considered in my opinion harassment, I have had my loan for over 3 years and have never been 30 days late.I am getting headaches and body aches because of the constant pressure that they are applying. I have never experienced this, I have had over 5 car loans, multiple mortgage loans and no company has treated me in this manner. The representatives are very rude!

Complaint: To whom it may concern on XX/XX/1017 we purchased a XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX in XXXX ny our loan is with XXXX XXXX XXXX who has been a great place to do business with my complaint is not with them but it is with the dealer and all of the lenders who ran my wifes and my credit, we were under the assumption that the dealer ran our credit and submitted it to the lenders,1time, instead they submitted the application to them and they all ran the report I have spoke to the lenders to try to get them resolved and taken off our reports, they either refused or said they cant they put them on they can take them off, my wife and I now are going to try to purchase a home and all of these inquires are on the reports lowering our scores could you please HELP US

Complaint: I have XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for my car payamnt. Due to my old age, i have a hard time seeing the numbers on my phone. I have recently gone through an error with my car payment. I was supposed to pay {$530.00} for my car payamet and due to my lack of vison i put in {$430.00} for my car payment. In doing so it has droped my credit score from being an XXXX credit score to XXXX credit score. In the docoumnet below as you can see that I have payed my payment in full every single year but due to one simple mistake it has cost me to lose my credit score from the XXXX mark to the XXXX mark. Sorry for the trouble and will not happen again.

Complaint: At XXXX XXXX EST on XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX owned by TCF bank to attempt to settle on a debt that I had on my vehicle loan. The representative that I spoke with XXXX XXXX was rude and abrupt. He very early in the call stated he believed I never had any intention on paying the debt. I advised him that it was uncalled for and he didn't have the right to be condescending or rude to me, that I called with every intention on setting up a settlement. He then proceeded further in the call to advise me that it was likely in my best interest to get a bankruptcy lawyer and stated that I should do it today, possibly after our call and that my credit would be very negatively impacted by the balance. I advised him that I was well aware of the debt and that was why I was calling and that the loan had already been charged off. There was no justifiable reason for him to do this. I felt threatened, and that he had mischaracterized me. I then requested to speak with a supervisor but he continued to speak down to me and refused to honor my request to speak to someone in management. He proceeded to be rude and snide with me during the duration of the call. He even at one point chuckled on the line. At this point I demanded a supervisor which he then finally honored my request and transferred me over to XXXX XXXX who stated he was the supervisor the delinquency mititgation department. He proceeded to reassure me the call would be reviewed but didn't see very interested in the fact that XXXX XXXX. I am also reporting this to FTC, XXXX and looking into pursuing legal action due to the infraction that took place today. This was not the first time I have had an incident with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. In a previous call made in XX/XX/XXXXa representative told me that although the vehicle was totaled they could still send out a repossession agent to the home and bill me for it in a malicious attempt to collect a payment and in a call prior to that a rep told me that collection laws were updated and that XXXX XXXX could start reporting me late to the credit bureau even if it was 1 day past due. After all of the abuse and harassing phone calls I am now submitting this because I feel the entire organization needs to be investigated for false claims and laws which are a direct violation of the FDCPA. I am requesting a higher representative contact me immediately concerning this matter and all recorded calls need to be listened too.

Because I had not planned for this amount of money being drawn out it caused me to overdraft my account on XX/XX/XXXX when I made payments of $XXXX and $XXXX to XXXX. Additionally, I had an overdraft on the XX/XX/XXXX due to two payments that I thought were canceled of $XXXX and $XXXX. I was charged on XX/XX/XXXX for 2 overdraft fees on the same day my paycheck of $XXXX direct depositted. I called and explained to the bank that I am currently living paycheck to paycheck due to a XXXX that I had wiping out my finances and I asked that instead of being charged 3 overdraft fees at $XXXX each that I pay just one. They would not budge on any of the overdraft fees.

Complaint: I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX .Dba XXXX XXXX located in XXXX Fl. the Bill of Sale states the amount at $XXXX XXXX then created another Bill for $XXXX. XXXX submitted for the loan amount of the XXXX to the lender, this was on XX/XX/XXXX. The lender is XXXX XXXX XXXX in financing, this lender does not give me the appropriated credit for payments made. My payments are $XXXX per month, I have been over paying re-guesting that the overage be applied to the principle, they refuse to do so. They are also applying the wrong amount as paid they are applying $XXXX to the principle instead of the $XXXX, and are applying $XXXX in interest. therefore my totals do not go down like they should, I have provided several hundred dollars in over payments with out getting the credit for them. The billing here is inappropriate and seems to be designed to keep me paying and extending the payoff, i believe that they are taking advantage of me and creating more of a financial burden for me by not accrediting my account with the appropriate credits.I did write to them requesting an audit of my account and received a response that was not satisfactory and they continue to do their funny numbers. Complaint: We have on and off received phone calls for {$600.00} owed on a {$18000.00} loan for a vehicle. We tried for a week when trading the car in to get it added into our new loan and the company would n't call us back or the dealership so we could n't secure financing so the deal fell through. The amount is for late fees and excess charges. The creditors are rude call sometimes 4 times in a row over and over again. I spoke with XXXX XXXX XXXX about settling and he agreed on {$450.00} we could make in 2 payments in XXXX and XXXX when he called and emailed over and over I told him that in one week we could make the first payment. He said " I 'm not doing this anymore I can take the car or garnish your tax refund ''. The car has been reported to our credit bureau as charged off already and the company is now trying to garnish our work wages as well as our income taxes. We do not know where to go for help.

Complaint: To whom this may concern my name is XXXX XXXX I received a copy of my credit report and after review it there were 3 accounts reporting on my credit files that I had no Knowledge of. The first account is XXXX XXXX XXXX. The second accounts is XXXX XXXX XXXX. And the third account is XXXX XXXX XXXX I did not authorize them to open these accounts. I have been in contact with the credit bureaus, i have sent over several certified letters over to your companies. I have record of the phone calls, certified mail sent to your companies and i am sick and tired. I am in distress and i am leaning towards taking legal actions against your companies within 72 hours of you receiving this message. If you feel that this is an error on my part please kindly take the time out to show me the process on how you verify an item and what steps you take to prove that a debt is owed. Your company has violated my rights on several occasions and have broken several laws in The FCRA sections 609, 611, 604, and several other laws in the FCRA. My consent was violated in this process because i was not contacted by anyone that i owed a debt or an account being placed on my account. I therefore know that this is a violation of my rights and i will take legal actions towards your companies.
