Complaint: I had a car financed through XXXX and the car was repoed in early XXXX. The account was sold to XXXX and I paid it off in XXXX ( settled for less than what was owed ) but they consider it paid in full. Both XXXX and XXXX show it paid in full but thats they problem ... they both show it so it is a duplicate reporting of the same debt. Complaint: The problem I'm having with the mortgage company/servicer is that they refuse to speak with me regarding my husband mortgage. This has happened month after month. So, I took the initiative to reach out in XXXX XXXX. To an organization that help with modifying the mortgage and lowering the interest rate but they refuse to speak with them as well. I feel as if I'm at the end of my rope that I now have to file a complaint against the mortgage company and the service of the mortgage.
Please keep in mind I'm on the Deed, So my concern here is why are they given me the runaround and refusing to speak with me.

Complaint: On XX/XX/17 thru XX/XX/17 there was more than {$1100.00} in unauthorized atm withdrawals/debit charges to my account. My immedialty went to the bank disputed the charges explaining my safe was stolen out of my hotel room by individuals that I know. The wife called the hotel pretended to be me adding her husband to my reservation without verifying bcc it was done via phone. I went out for the night to celebrate my bday, when I came back I noticed my safe was empty. I was traveling at the time so the only place for me to keep something valuable would my safe. Santander bank is the only bank I know of that sends a debit/credit card in the mail. a seperate envelope that has a PIN number inside for th debit card. Which was how my PIN number was revealed. The couple was not on my reservation, I never gave my pin to debit but card to anyone ever. Since XX/XX/2017 Ive filed a claim about these charges numerous times. The bank refuses to credit me. I provided a police report etc. I called the FDIC for help because I dont understand how Im not entitled to the money that was stolen. They referred me to you. So Im hoping you can help. Im attaching affidavits, list of unauthorized charges and letters from the bank regarding there decision.

Complaint: Good Afternoon, I have an overdraft line of credit with Santander Bank US. In the past year, I have been charged fees, always in the amount of {$50.00}, totaling about {$400.00}. When I called the bank to ask for an explanation, they claimed that the most recent fee was an annual fee and claimed to have no record of the previous fees ( which I've already paid ).
I'm just trying to get a reasonable explanation. These fees can not be late fees, because they all exceed the amount that I owed each month on the account.

Complaint: I havent officially complained about this issue yet, but only because I cant get through to Santander Bank. Im XXXX and when I call their XXXX line, Im on hold forever until it finally just disconnects. I tried calling their main number using a XXXX service but the representatives are either hanging up on me or Im getting disconnected with them as well. So my complaint is this ... I have two erroneous charges on my debit card. They appear to be atm withdrawals. There are also some atm fees. Im attaching a screenshot of the unauthorized ATM charges. Please open a dispute claim for these and send me a new debit card.

Complaint: On XX/XX/18, a check ( # XXXX ) for {$420.00} was issued from my XXXX cash management account to service provider. I had issued checks to this service provider successfully via XXXX 's online bill payment feature before this.
The check was cashed by an unknown and unintended party. XXXX obtained the cashed check from their bank vendor ( XXXX XXXX ). The check was endorsed with a stamp that reflects " Santander Bank ''. However, the account and account name are not legible on the back of the check.
Per XXXX 's instruction, I submitted a notarized fraud affidavit in XX/XX/XXXX to XXXX. I received a confirmation letter from XXXX stating the remediation process could take up to 10 weeks. I have called XXXX periodically to obtain an update and request a provisional credit. XXXX has consistently stated that they are awaiting confirmation that XXXX XXXX has received confirmation from the bank that cashed the check ( Santander ) and they can not provide a provisional credit or " make me whole '' until then.
My complaint is regarding Santander 's untimely processing of a fraudulent claim.
