Complaint: Our mortgage was transferred to Santander Bank, N.A. from our original lender two years ago, and for the past two years they have failed to provide us basic documentation with regards to our account. We don't always receive monthly statements and we never received a complete statement outlining the details of the mortgage transfer from our previous lender. We have also repeatedly asked them if we are able to find any of this information via a self-service portal, but they have failed to provide such a service to us. Now, we have been fighting with their customer service team for over a month ( since XX/XX/2018 ) just to try to get our XXXX form for taxes which they are legally required to provide to us! It is now XX/XX/XXXX and our accountant can not file our taxes by the XX/XX/XXXX tax deadline due to this missing document! We have spent over 3 hours on the phone with them this morning trying to resolve this issue and they still refuse to provide this document to us in a timely manner. As a mortgage servicer, the XXXX form should be a standard document that they provide all customers. If they can not provide this simple form and other simple documentation to us, then what else are they making errors on?

Complaint: I have 2 banks XXXX XXXX that I owe {$2000.00} and Santander bank that I owe almost {$3000.00} that I cant be able to open an account someone used my id and social to obtain a debit and credit without my permission and I was told to pay it back to the bank when I haven't opened the account. I have a lot of fraud going on someone is using my information to open accounts and using my name to claim I did and I am responsible to pay back every penny. I also confronted it to the bank but they cant be able to help me. Please help how can I can go about doing so. thank you
