This was an erroneous charge of {$140.00} on XXXX/XXXX/2016, on my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX credit card, which I contested as a fraud dispute with XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX/XXXX/2016, and I cancelled that card. XXXX XXXX XXXX issued me a Visa card with a new number, which has had no erroneous charges since that time.

Complaint: I had medical assistance at the time of the XXXX visit, all referrals were in order and insurance card was given. No bill was asked upon leaving the facility, no bills were sent in the mail, about a year later I received a collection notice for a debt owed on that specific date of service. How can you send something to collections that you never gave the person a chance to pay, I did n't even know I owed anything. But anyways, I then called the collection agency and ended up paying the bill they asked. I thought everything was fine.. Well about 2 years after I received a new notice from another collection agency for the same date of service saying I owed them money again. How can this be?

Complaint: This charge in the amount of {$420.00} was paid on XXXX/XXXX/2016 to Central Credit Services. I have all supporting documentation showing proof of payment. On XXXX/XXXX/2016, i received notification from XXXX stating it had posted as a 'collections ' account. I called Central Credit Services and they told me i still owed the amount that was paid on XXXX/XXXX/2016. I faxed proof of payment. They verified it was received but were not willing to tell me if my balance was now cleared and in good standing. I am now in process of disputing this charge through XXXX. I 'm concerned that since they wo n't verify that my account is settled that they are trying again to steal the {$420.00} from me.

Complaint: Hello, I have not been using XXXX for years but they are still charging my account with increasing amounts. XXXX is charging my XXXX account for the services I 've never requested or used. I called them and they returned my money without any problems and agreed that I should not pay for unwanted services, such as web site building applications I never used or requested. That is why I decided to stop XXXX from taking unauthorized amounts from my XXXX. Instead they added together random amounts, put them on my credit I never had with them, and started harassing me sending threatening letters, then sold this fake debt to the collection agency who started sending me harassing letters and threatening to ruin my credit. Please stop it immediately and return all money I paid to XXXX for fake services I 've never used.

Complaint: I began receiving phone calls XXXX days ago Caller Id states XXXX or unknown No one leaves a message on my voice mail so I looked up the number on the internet and it is id 'd as a cell phone I called the number and they claim they are Central Credit Services which are located in XXXX Today the phone rings and they ask me to verify my social security number to them which I refuse to do. They then say they are collecting on a Loan I owe to XXXX. Over 15 years ago I had a loan with XXXX XXXX who became XXXX. After paying off XXXX of the loan XXXX told me I could get a deferment They charged me {$20.00} to put my payments on the end of the loan and after three months claimed I was in default The loan was never payed off. I tell Central Credit Services " Why do n't you sue me? '' their reps reply is they ca n't because they do not own the loan. " Well '' then I ask " why would I pay you for it? '' She answers " because I work for XXXX '' I reply " you just told me you work for Central Credit Services! '' The rep tells me to hold on and a man gets on trying to be more forceful.He also tries to get me to verify my private info. I ask him to stop calling me with no caller id and leaving no messages on my answering machine. He replies he does n't have to stop and it is not against the law. I told him it is harassment and I will report him. I then hung up.

Complaint: I received my credit report from XXXX and XXXX roughly in the same month of XXXX XXXX.
My issuse is this ... ..as I compare the information on both reports I couldnt understand why XXXX XXXX failed to listed the original credit amount for this negative account. It is also clear that this account was opened XXXX XXXX and first reported XXXX XXXX. After calling XXXX XXXX to get a clearer understanding on my debt I was in formed that they had no record, dates or credit history. I was directed to another company that was not even on my reports.
Ater contacting the Central Credit Service they to were unable to produce any verifiable documentation. This account was charged off according to XXXX and XXXX yet XXXX is claiming I have a past due amount. But again there was no documentation for me to agree with it. The balance amount was supposedly {$88.00} while the past due amount was {$76.00}. Im completely helpless in this situation. The damage that it has done to my credit score and my ability to establish other credit can not be undone. I do note recall recieving merchandise from MW at all. If I had this account since XXXX XXXX why dosent the account reflect the payments on it to project any positive reports. I have been affected by both XXXX XXXX and Central Credit Service long enough. If the account was mine all the had to do is forward me the bill and I we all would have saved time and money.

Complaint: I ordered a internet connection to a company but then i suddenly changed my mind about it so i called and told them that i dont want it anymore. They said on the phone okay just mail is back the router and you dont have to pay anything because you 're in the 30 day money back guarantee policy. I mailed them back the router the next day then after two months i got an email that they say i owe them XXXX XXXX So i contacted costumer services talked it about them and they said just wait for the revised bill. I waited no email came for 8 months. I thought it was settled but then i got a mail from central credit that i owe something from them. So i called central credit, i disputed the claim but then its been months and they still didnt pulled back the claim that i owe that company and kept saying there waiting for there response because i gave them email proof that i talked to a costumer service and the representative stated there that i dont have to pay anything because im in the 30 days money back guarantee.

Complaint: XXXX University signed me up for classes without my knowledge. I was under the impression that I was waiting on a student loan to be approved. I had told them this. When the loan finally went through, I emailed them to register for classes. They never responded.
They sent me to collections for tuition never paid for the classes they registered me for without my knowledge. I told the collections company that I had never registered and provided them with my correspondence that was never addressed. They acknowledged the error and told me they 'd tell the original creditor. I thought it was resolved.
Today, three months after talking to them and providing proof the debt was not legitimate, I found out they have been reporting this to the credit bureaus.

Complaint: I have a medical bill with an XXXX in town that after setting up a payment plan and making a payment, I was sent to collections a few days later. The collection agency claimed they had no record of me setting up a payment plan or making any payments on my account. The collection agency did not send me any letters, statements, anything, just claimed they did not send out mail or email because they were a collection agency with the sole purpose of collecting the debt. I naively paid the collection agency several times, but my payments were never reflected on my account balance. I recently found out that I was reported to credit for nonpayment of this bill, but the money has come out of my bank account to pay the bill. The collection agency claims I have only made one payment -- one in XX/XX/XXXX and one in XX/XX/XXXX. I have also set up a payment plan with this collection agency, but they claim the payment I set up will only cover assessed fees to my account and the balance will never get paid off this way. They also claimed that making a slightly larger payment will still take me decades to pay off. I 'm not sure what to do at this point.
