Complaint: I returned equipment to XXXX,, after waiting 2 months for them to send me a returnable shipping container. I finally got tired of waiting and returned it to the local store in XXXX, XXXX. I got a receipt for the returned equipment, showing a XXXX balance, that was in XXXX XXXX. I have been receiving monthly bills asking for the equipment or money. I have talked to XXXX at least 6 times and as late as XXXX XXXX. I received a call from XXXX XXXX, ( XXXX ) a debt collector from Central Credit Services, out of XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I told XXXX XXXX there was a mistake and I did n't owe anything. I told him that I have a receipt for what the item returned. I told him him I would find it and mail him a copy of the receipt, which I did the next day. I also sent a copy to XXXX. I asked that they stop bothering me when I sent them a copy of the receipt and a letter of apology. I got neither, because now I received amother letter asking for payment.

Complaint: I was NEVER sent a bill of the original amount or given an opportunity to pay. When this company started calling, they asked for XXXX XXXX ( my name is XXXX ) and told me repeatedly that the last XXXX of my SSN # DID NOT MATCH the account on file and they COULD NOT talk to me about the debt. This happened over 10 times. Then this bill shows up on my credit report, upon seeing it there in XXXX I called IMMEDIATELY to take care of it! They again had XXXX XXXX as the name on the account and told me that my SSN did not match the account holder 's. It took hours to get this straightened out. This account was settled immediately. This ended up in collection due to THEIR horrific error.

Complaint: I had to order and cancel XXXX high-speed internet within a 2-week period because they could not provide me with working internet ( Account # : XXXX ). I cancelled properly, and obtained confirmation # : XXXX. I also completed their online 3-Day Guarantee Form on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX refuses to properly close the account. After I reported this to the Arizona Attorney General 's Office in XXXX of XXXX, XXXX acknowledged the error, and assured us that they have corrected the account. I went a year without receiving any bill, call, or notice of any kind. I believed the account to have been resolved. Unfortunately, I recently received a collections notice on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX for an unpaid balance from XXXX collector, Central Credit Services, LLC ( Central Credit # : XXXX ). I should not have any balance whatsoever. I need to have XXXX XXXX resolve this account error that occurred on their behalf.

Complaint: Central Credit Services is currently misrepresenting themselves as owners of a debt where the original creditor was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have not received any verification that they own the debt nor did I receive a letter from them providing me notice providing me with 30 days to dispute the validity of the debt. I came to the knowledge of this misinformation when I requested a copy of my XXXX credit report. In addition, the date of delinquency is inaccurate as the account began delinquent in 2011 and the original balance is inaccurate as the debt was {$510.00}. What is more disconcerting is that this agency is claiming they owe this debt while at the same time another company called XXXX XXXX XXXX states that they own the debt. I have never received anything from Central Credit Services indicating that they are in possession of this debt. Further, the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) states that credit bureaus should not report inaccurate information and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act ( FDCPA ) states that debt collectors may not use " false, deceptive or misleading representation '' to attempt to collect a debt which Central Credit Services is currently doing. This inaccurate information has caused adverse actions for me in terms of receiving credit and services. Not to mention, the embarrassment due to being denied credit.

Complaint: My student loan account has been with the Ombudsman Group at the DoE for well over 400 days and today, I spoke with yet another collection agency ; Central Credit Services LLC. They had given me poor advice in XX/XX/XXXX that I should NOT file my taxes. The IRS told me this was terrible advice for anyone to give so I filed anyway. I received another letter from the collection agency and called them to please mark the account " in dispute '' and asked for some paperwork while the details are being investigated. I asked for the fine print and statutes set forth by congress regarding the Rehabilitation program. " XXXX '' told me they do not have those files. I asked again why she was denying this borrower 's rights to have all of the details in writing before a payment amount would be discussed and she responded by saying " we do n't have that ''. I reaffirmed my assertions that her agency was denying this borrower the right to fully understand this contract agreement and told her to " Have a nice afternoon '' and proceeded to end the call. I would appreciate if this topic could be examined more closely. It is frustrating to find out that I have an increasing balance when my rights are being trampled and no apparent course for restitution or correction. Please contact me if this office ( CFPB ) would like more information. I am currently compiling a file with the outrageous claims made against me since the account maliciously was sent into default by violating UDAP statutes in the XXXX XXXX offices.

Complaint: Central Credit Services LLC who works for XXXX XXXX constantly called me at home and at work many times until I made an agreement them to makeup payments on my account because it had fallen past due because of financial hardship. We made an agreement XX/XX/2015 for XXXX. They told me the account would not go further pat due and I would not incur more fees. Which was a lie I was charged XXXX dollar late fees every month even during the agreement and I with the combination of interest and late fees XXXX percent of my payment is going to XXXX XXXX when I complained they told me I had to make a make up payments of XXXX dollars to avoid the fee which is incorrect past due amount is XXXX according to XXXX XXXX and my credit report is reporting past due of XXXX. Further more in XXXX 2015 my account went further past due on my credit report even though I was making payments since XXXX of 2015. I sent the company 2 extra payments of XXXX from a shared account I have with my wife to make up for payments. I asked them just to debit those XXXX amount on this account but they continued to debit this account which I did not authorize which caused the account to incur NSF fee. This company has taken advantage of me trying to repair my credit has lied about not incurring fees has lied about my account not being reported deeper into past due status on my credit report and has taken money from my account with out my authorization.I have done everything they had asked me but had lied about the outcome.
