As of Saturday XX/XX/XXXX this is still showing on my credit report!

Complaint: I have been attempting to try and remedy negative marks on my credit score by paying off past due debt. Last week I contacted Online Info Services regarding a {$600.00} past due XXXX XXXX XXXX from when I was laid off and ended up selling my house. I initially tried to challenge the amount because I believe it was inaccurate but at this stage I just want it off my credit report.
When I called today to try and may payment arrangements, the first representative was nice. She told me my only option was to pay the balance in full or make 3 installment payments of {$200.00} each every two weeks. I can not afford that so I explained to her I wanted to set up bi-weekly payments of {$50.00} a week to get the bill paid in full. I also told her I have student loans I am paying on top of my regular bills and medical expenses. She placed me on hold and sent me to a manager.
The manager was rude, belittling, and insulting. She was not concerned that the debt was incurred during a time I was laid off for more than a year. She basically said my offer to pay what I could afford was unacceptable. If I didn't pay in full, or do the three installment payments she would not accept anything. Period.
This is a bullying tactic that should not make consumers feel less than human when they are trying to pay off what is owed. I called on my own to make arrangement. I offered to have the payments made every two weeks until paid in full but she basically said what I could afford was unacceptable and her company rejected any attempts to accept a payment from me.
I've reached out to XXXX XXXX of Ohio to also see if they can step in but I have no other recourse but to file a complaint against them for abusive collection tactics.

Complaint: This debt of {$180.00} was charged from XXXX XXXX ( the original creditor ). The new creditor is XXXX XXXX XXXX. This debt was included in my chapter XXXX bankruptcy and has been resold twice since then. It keeps re-appearing on my credit file and I'd like it removed permanently. I tried disputing the debt with the creditor and they refuse to remove it. I have attached proof that this debt was included in my BK and it doesn't report on my other two credit files.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX or about I received an alert on my credit report about outstanding balances with XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX first amount was with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX amount was removed after I submitted evidence that I was not the responsible party also received a letter from the company. Second amount was with another Collection Agency Online Information Services for XXXX .I sent two letters last of which one was certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX. I also sent letters to the hospital with no response. On my XXXX Credit report all amounts were taken off one amount for appx. XXXX was added and taken off. After I disputed the debt with documentation to XXXX they no longer report inaccurate information with Online Information. I've made countless calls to Online Infomation Services and discussed the issues with the Incorrect reporting Last call was on XX/XX/XXXX when I received a call at my home after on XX/XX/XXXX I discussed that I would continue to dispute this matter and it was a clear violation of the fair credit reporting act there was no reason to call me again. After I made it clear I would be disputing this matter seemed like retaliation or intimination tactic given such a short time frame since we discussed the matter. I also asked them not to continue calling and got the Managers name who handles the accounts.I 've received double bills for the same service at XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX customer service advised me they were the sole providers for the XXXX portion of my son 's bill at XXXX XXXX XXXX Insurance paid XXXX I owed XXXX XXXX XXXX sent another bill for the same service charged excess of XXXX I paid the Doctor that performed the XXXX directly billed XXXX. An Agent or Physician with XXXX XXXX XXXX.I questioned this bill with the Bill Service manager also discussed the XXXX room rate and the M/S charge for XXXX She simply stated that was the bill " Let me know when you find something out '' .I filed a dispute with XXXX with the same information they verified it as accurate on XX/XX/XXXX. Given the Inconsistant balances taken a item on and off report by this firm. XXXX and XXXX failing to answer questions about the double billing practice with the Hospital, Physician and XXXX. Failing to return countless phone calls or return letters from the Hospital. I stongly believe this debt to be unlawful and the Validity and Integrity is in Question. Please help me with this matter I feel it is unlawful business and does not reflect consumer reporting practices. Thank you.

I have no contract with the agency. This is the second time this debt has showed up on my credit report under a new collection agency. Complaint: I went to the hospital and provided them with two forms of insurance. The hospital has both insurances on file yet their collections team posted two negative accounts on my credit reports. I called an asked why they said the hospital did not give them the second insurance information. I gave them the insurance information. They turned around and posted the same negative on my cresit report at another bureau. The numbers they have listed now go straight to voicemail and when I did speak to someone she advised they would removed the information after i gave the insurance information but that has not been done. I had this conversation in early XX/XX/2018. This is happening with XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$100.00} and {$62.00}. My secondary insurance was through the state medicaid department and the hospital is aware they can not accept a payment from the insurance company then bill a patient additional charges. I spoke to the representative at XXXX at Online collections and informed her the accounts were updated. She told me they would not remove the negative information from my account until I paid it. I refuse to pay them for a bill I do not owe.
