Complaint: I received a call at my job from ONLINE Informaional Services, the representative name was XXXX at XXXX. She stated the MM, she properly identified me. I asked for the Validation of the debt to be sent to me, she refused. Also asked for a payment plan, she refused. Instead she mentioned my credit report ask about my line of credit? XXXX, threathen me by saying that she was going to report info to my credit report, if it is not paid by the XXXX of the month. I pointed out that she must send me a letter of Validation because that will be an FDCPA violation. She continued to collect and got frustrated, she then hung up on me saying that i was playing around?

Complaint: To Whomever This May Concern : My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have 3 collection accounts on my report that do not belong to me. Also one of the companies are reporting twice on my report, which is, Online Information Services with 2 different amounts, and XXXX XXXX. These items do not belong to me at all. I am attaching my police report and my DL attached to this complaint. The 3 items listed are : Online Information Services-XXXX, Online Information Services-XXXX, and XXXX XXXX. These items need to be removed off of my report immediately or I will be filing multiple complaints with the Attorney Generals office and the FTC. Thank you in advance.

Complaint: I called XXXX XXXX because i was being billed for services up until XXXX but moved out on XXXX. XXXX XXXX told me i had to dispute with online services because they are now collecting on the account. I called in to advise and the representative told me to mail in letter and proof. So i did that. I called back a week later and another representative basically told me that i am responsible for the bill even after seeing the proof that i mailed in.

Complaint: I have a debt showing on my credit report from a utility company that was turned over for collection in XX/XX/XXXX. It says I was a cosigner on an account. I have never cosigned for anyone. I called the utility company and they looked through their records and the only thing they show is my current account which is the only account I have had in my name since XX/XX/XXXX. I have contacted the collection agency twice and they do n't show any accounts with my name or social security number. The girl I spoke with yesterday said she cant do anything without the name of the person I cosigned for. Since I did n't cosign for anyone I do n't have a name to give her. She said there is nothing they can do so they wont remove this from my credit report.
