They first tried to disclose in XXXX last year stating I didn't sign a document they were denied then they went for I abandoned my property while I was still on it. I could have filed bankruptcy or homestead but I wasn't cognitively aware is there anything I can do? They took all my possessions as well. I know why I wrote a letter ib XXXX to Homeland security director and I named dropped I the owner of XXXX who bought my note I. XXXX stopped reporting me to the credit bureaus that didn't matter bcuz I could noy make them is wasn't until I had brain injury was he able to get his revenge. Complaint: CFPB, My name is XXXX XXXX. My problem is : I have sent 2 house payments to my Mortgage Company ( Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC ) At the time I submitted these 2 payments, I owed 4 total. It took them 2 weeks to send my payment back. I Re-submitted the payment, again. By this time, it took another 2 weeks to be returned, I now owed 4 payments. By NOW, they say I am 7 payments behind and owe ALL 7 payments or face for-closure. The are adding an additional payment that isn't even due until the XXXX of XXXX. I do not believe this is legal. I believe they are purposely lengthening the process by delaying the returned payments, trying to get me drowning in finance and additional charges in an effort to for-close on my house. Complaint: I am trying to cancel my escrow account with my mortgage loan servicer OCWEN. All payments have remained current during the past 12 months. The underlying mortgage does not have a negative escrow balance or other outstanding delinquencies. There is not tax or insurance payment due within the next 45 days. There is no forced-placed insurance policy on the account and the underlying mortgage has not been modified within the last 12 months to include an escrow account.
OCWEN is citing IL State Law 765 ILCS 910/5 ( Section five, paragraph 4905, Chapter 17 ). They state that this law requires that homeowners in the state of Illinois are required to maintain an escrow account until the LTV has been reduced to 65 % or lower. This law has no provisions on requirements of escrow accounts, in fact this law only states once a mortgage is reduced to 65 % of it's original balance the Mortgage Lender must notify borrower that their escrow account may be terminated or may elect to continue until a termination request is received or mortgage is paid in full, which ever occurs first.
For your reference, this information was obtained from the following website : XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX I have not been told that an escrow accounts is required according to an investor requirement or federal law/rule. They keep citing this IL state law that says they are allowed to hold my escrow dollar hostage until the LTV reaches 65 % LTV. I would like for the CFPB to research this issue with OCWEN servicing to ensure they are interpreting this IL statue incorrectly and holding onto escrow monies longer than are allowed under federal/state rules or laws. If this is happening on my account there can be thousands of others in the state of IL where their escrow dollars are being held hostage by OCWEN and that is not right.

Complaint: As you are well aware, Ocwen loan Servicing Co. LLC is known for fraudulent business practices and has been taken to court ( class action lawsuits ) over these issues resulting in XXXX dollar settlements however the company still is allowed to continue its fraudulent business practices with little more than a slap on the wrist.
That being said my complaint is as follows. My current XXXX and XXXX credit reports are showing that on XX/XX/2019 Ocwen Loan Servicing Co LLC reported that my loan increased by {$630.00} when the original loan was {$100000.00} 13 yrs ago and now on the report is showing {$100000.00} total owed even after 13 yrs of having the loan resulting in at least a 65 point drop on my credit reports. This information Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC reported is impossible and incorrect resulting in a negative impact on my credit reports and needs to be corrected asap.
Im tired of Ocwen 's fraudulent activities that are not being address and this company continues to stay in business even after many class actions suits.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, I spoke with the relationship manager from the Ocwen Mortgage and I was told that my loan/mortgage was placed into foreclosure. The representative said this action was taken because they said that I requested that the repayment program be stopped. This is not true, last week I spoke with another representative about my concern about the payments being unmanageable for me and asked if there was another step in the process where I could modify those payments. The current repayment program was 1500 more than what I normally pay per month, so I was looking for some relief. She said yes there is another step we can submit for you to review another payment option. She then stated she could complete the paperwork to appeal the repayment amount. I asked the representative could I continue to participate in the current repayment program while she works on the appeal and she stated yes I could. Then on XX/XX/2019, I received a call from Ocwen stating my account was now placed into foreclosure status. I was confused because I never authorized the discontinue of the repayment program. The repayment program started in XXXX and I paid 3,200 so why would I authorize them to discontinue the repayment program, if I began making payments on it. No one can seem to give me any answers and they are researching the matter, however, my home sits in foreclosure.

Complaint: i Have a current loan with OCWEN mortgage. They agreed thru a bankruptcy court action, via a signed agreement, that they would honor a former modification applied for in 2011. Approved thru my BK # XXXX plan and signed by the JUdge. XXXX decides at a later date they will NOT honor the signed agreement. I had to obtain services of a lawyer to force them into agreement last summer. On XX/XX/XXXX, same year they file a NOD, after agreeing my loan was current. They now have just filed a NOS. They refuse to honor signed modification or agreement done thru XXXX last year. In addition, they refuse to accept current payments on my loan. I now face having to refile XXXX. I also had to spend another {$5000.00} in legal fees to bring a federal action. Can CFPB help me in any way to open investigation into this matter? I only have limited time.

This is wrong i am now being asked to fill out yet a 4th package and this is wrong I paid {$50.00} to have this notarized. I want my disaster modification reinstated. This have been a nightmare dealing with Ocwen. I am beginning to get sick behind this. I had XXXX and now i am getting sick behind this. Ocwen have tried to sale my house 5 times now. This is wrong. I live in a declared disaster area. If this is not taken care of i will be forced to retain a lawyer. Because i did all that was asked of me the package was delivered on time and notarized on time and i have included proof. That i did all i was asked. They should be calling the notary man. If his part is wrong its not my fault. Ocwen need to call that man and ask. Because all that was required of me was completed before the XXXX i am not a notary so i do not know the rules. As to what his ( notery ) is supposed to do signiture wise or whatever. So i would not have known this was incorrect at all. Had i known i would have had the man correct it asap. Ocwen is yet again trying to deny my modification on wrongfully accusing me of sending them copies instead of orginals.

I had 3 homes with Ocwen, They are in part responsible for helping the theifs and there illegal practices, the start of the theft was XXXX XXXX of XXXX My business huge warehouse or barn where I was selling my merchandise XXXX and XXXX then they took my email over my Morgage loan company Ocwen allow unauthorized people to add them self 's as an account managers who got my email and passwords changed my mailing address I moved in with my girlfriend put a change of address in the from me and locked me out, took me 6-7 months from around XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX finally got them off by then all was upside down I was about 15 years into the loan interest over 7 % Also I moved in with my Girlfriend. The current holder of the said promissory note is OCWEN Loan Servicing, LLC to whom I am making monthly payments. I applied for Loan Modification as pursuant of the Government Home Affordable Program and eventually OCWEN Loan Servicing called on XX/XX/XXXX, that my monthly payments went higher than when was originated. I, along with my husband, who is now XXXX, have been attempted to modify our loan through OCWEN Loan Servicing and I will attach soon communication evidences in between us and OCWEN Loan Servicing. On XX/XX/XXXX, OCWEN Loan Servicing sent Opportunity for Appeal and I responded on XX/XX/XXXX as the Opportunity for Appeal for Loan Modification. On XX/XX/XXXX, OCWEN Loan Servicing responded that application is currently COMPLETE, as of XX/XX/XXXX, they were not requiring any additional documents from us. While OCWEN seemingly trying to modify my loan, at the same time, OCWEN Loan Servicing are trying to foreclose on my property. I wish to return to my home but OCWEN Loan Servicing were continuously threatened us to foreclose my home and my family left for fear with OCWEN Loan Servicing 's Agents were trespassing into my house by intimidation, while simultaneously working with my mortgage modification ( called " dual tracking '' ) to allow myself to avail the Federal Affordable Loan Modification, but OCWEN Loan Servicing continuously sending notice to foreclose us. We were terrified and worried as they forced us to leave. It is my assertion that OCWEN Loan Servicing have not dealt with us ; as borrowers in good faith.

Complaint: I have been trying to make payments to Ocwen loan for the remaining balance on my mortgage which was due to end on XX/XX/2018. I had XXXX left to pay. Then Ocwen stayed that they would only take full payment toward the entire balance and they keep adding more on until it got to XXXX Every time I call I get switched overseas and I can barely hear on the line because it is so crackly. They refuse to take partial payments. I have the {$1200.00} to pay for the original amount but in money orders but they sentnit back to me because they now want a bank wire for {$3200.00}. But if I send it today they will take XXXX. But only by bank wire. Please help me. I dont know what to do
