Complaint: I called to provide a new checking account number over the phone with a live agent because the pay-phone system would not accept my payment for the new account on the XXXX which is the last grace period to pay my mortgage. Once I did speak to a customer service rep at the mortgage company two payments instead of 1 posted too two different accounts. 1 from a account I never authorized which put my checking into overdraft after providing a different account I was told was entered and corrected twice ..instead of the new account I provided ... leaving the money in the new account untouched .. So I went into my bank with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on the XXXX called the mortgage company again with the bank providing the checking account I had already provided on the XXXX. At that time I was assured my new account would be debited for {$1100.00} ... on XX/XX/XXXX waving the {$12.00} processing fee ... my work payroll it on the XXXX and all my money was debited again on the XXXX for {$1100.00} for mortgage taking all my money out my account that the mortgage company was not authorize or allowed to use I was sent two confirmation emails # XXXX for two drafts 1 from the authorize checking 1 from the unauthorized checking withdrawal..By the way I am not on any automatic withdrawal service. I have been unable to pay any of my mid -month bills such as my car note, car insurance, utilities ... buy food or anything ... I have sent all requested documents to the mortgage company that the money they took from both accounts have cleared plus any NSF charges on my account for my money to be returned. I have spoken to several supervisors, email customer care sent supporting documents still I have not been provided a reversed refund of charges. Now it is the XXXX my mortgage is due again between the XXXX ..But None of my other bills have been paid. This is placing me in a Hardship!!! I spoke with XXXX at XXXX on the XXXX .. Then a XXXX at same number different extension XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX .I have emailed a XXXX ... sending supportive documents.., .I have emailed XXXX ... STILL my money has not been Returned my loan number is XXXX..Lakeview Loan Servicing holds my mortgage. XXXX ... I was also recorded on a recoreded line that I did everything Right..plus provided all correct information from the start ... I would like all my late charges for all bills I could of paid be caught up ... Please Help ... as this is No Fault of mine ... .Upset Consumer!!! my contact number is XXXX

Complaint: Borrower experiencing hardship since XX/XX/2017 but found that property was not marketable at a price that would satisfy loan in full so started the short sale process. Property was under contract with 'conventional loan ' purchaser. Due to the lengthy process buyer asked to be released from the contract. Parties were told that HUD denied the offer because of the 3 % closing help but we were told later that file was denied because short sale application package was not complete. Meanwhile, Seller relocated thinking they were closing because nobody could get the story straight and XXXX XXXX vendor took possession of the property by cutting AGENT lock-box off and winterizing the property creating a whole NEW set of issues as property went back on the market but not able to perform home inspection. Went under contract again but XXXX XXXX ( sub-servicer of LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING ) closed file on a CASH OFFER due to not having proof of funds when they were contacted 2 weeks prior to submitting and were told sale was contingent upon sale of existing home within in weeks of offer. Meanwhile, Buyer was able to prove they had had funds but made them start the process ALL OVER FOR THE 3rd time - RIDICULOUS! They continue to lose documents provided so proof of funds have been given to them multiple times and now they say they expired. Have never once spoken to point of contract nor have they ever returned our calls. Communication HORRIBLE. This buyer is now asking to be released if no approval by Thursday. NO MORE EXTENSIONS TO CONTRACT. LAKEVIEW has no employees, recorder instructs you to pick # for sub-servicer. (??? )

Complaint: I encountered significant hardship in the last year : became a single mom ( no child support ), closed two of my businesses, and suffered extreme financial hardship. I applied for loss mitigation over 6 months ago ( immediately when I fell behind my second missed mortgage payment ). With a ton of back and forth, constant follow up, I finally received a letter today that was dated XX/XX/18. Saying I did not quailify. They did not specify a reason, or date of foreclosure. Im desperately trying to save my home for my XXXX year old son and myself, to keep a roof over our head, and I have tried making payments but they have been sent back. They are demanding I pay {$13000.00} in full and I do not have that.

Complaint: I noticed on my XX/XX/XXXX payment statement that I was being charged a total of {$100.00} simply identified as Attorney fees. I then checked previous payment statements and found that I was charged and had paid {$260.00} in XXXX, XXXX identified again as Attorney fees. I then called the Customer Solutions Department of Lakeview Loan Servicing , LLC. and notified them of the issue. They could not explain what the chargers were for or any notes relating to the charges. They said they would check, gave me a Ticket # and stated they would look into the matter and get back to me. I have since called their Customer Solutions Department 3 times since the initial contact on XX/XX/XXXX with no answer or explanation for the charges. " NO NOTES AS TO WHY THESE CHARGES EXIST ''. Now again on the XXXX payment statement they have once again charged {$35.00} fo " Attorny Fee Assessed ''. Also, I have always paid the Regular Monthly Payment within the 15 days of when the payment is due to avoid any additional charges. This seems to be a means for Lakeview creating a slush fund and I am sure that others must be being charged wrongly too.

Complaint: I own a house in XXXX XXXX, NJ and I am having a tremendous amount of difficulty with Lakeview Loan Servicing and the Borrower Loss Mitigation Application. I am very concerned about the mortgage. In XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, I have made several phone calls to Lakeview and have not been able to move forward with obtaining a positive resolution to the Borrower Loss Mitigation Application. I feel that I have been ignored. When I called, I was told that Lakeview had changed my representative. They have changed the represenattive 3 times. These changes have delayed the process of my application. The first representative did not reach out to me. At this time, I submitted this Borrower Loss Mitigation application approximately 3 months ago. Additionally, I have submitted the requested documents to Lakeview over and over again. It was only after I called again, and I filed a complaint, that a new representative was assigned to me. Then, I was told that I needed to send the application documents once again. This is totally unacceptable. Last week, I called and my representative was changed once again and was told that the lawyer proceedings was suspended. I am unclear why a lawyer has contacted me, giving me 45 days to settle this outstanding debt, and to remove myself from the property when I have I completed the Borrower Loss Mitigation Application several months ago and the delay has been on Lakeview 's side and not mine. I need to hear back from Lakeview as soon as possible. I need to receive confirmation that my application was successfully processed. I want to be back in good graces with my mortgage. I have been in steady communication with Lakeview and I an unclear as to why a modification has not been provided to me as of yet, given the fact that I have a reduced income. I continue to look for employment at a higher salary rate, and I am very interested in being in compliance with my mortgage. I feel like I have been going in circles with them. At this point, I wonder why are they not processing my application and continuously changing my representative. I have involved the organization HOPE with my case with Lakeview. Complaint: XXXX, has not credited my XX/XX/XXXX payment. I have sent them numerous " proof of payment '' from my bank.I have never been late with a payment since doing business with them. I did, however short them in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX because I did not realize they had raised my house payment amount. Which I sent to them in XX/XX/XXXX ( the shortage amount plus a late fee. ) One day they say : not received XX/XX/XXXX payment and sometimes they make it a current like XX/XX/XXXX. NEVER HAVE I MISSED A PAYMENT OR BEEN LATE WITH A PAYMENT! this process has been ongoing since XX/XX/XXXX. The complaint file # they have for me is XXXX. They ask that I use this number when inquiring about this issue.

Complaint: Summary : I am a XXXX veteran and have my property taxes exempt in the state of Alaska. I have provided Lakeview Loan Servicing LLC documentation that the escrow evaluation they are billing me for is incorrect. They were informed of the {$0.00} balance as early as XX/XX/XXXX this year. They have been provided all necessary documentation but continuously perform new escrow evaluations with no changes and keep billing me for the incorrect amount despite all my efforts to have them correct it. What I have done so far : I have contacted them 30+ times now. I have left voice messages with managers & supervisors to contact me back, I have been hung up on by supervisors ( I was not rude, they just put me on hold until after their offices closed and the phone call ended ) -- they did not provide any way to return the call, the operators never provide their last name, number or NMLS/agent identification ), additionally the escrow department will not take inbound calls. When I have called, it was to resolve the issue of them increasing my escrow payment based on an incorrect estimation based on previous year 's taxes despite documentation provided. They recognize that it is incorrect and say they are escalating the issue ; it hasn't been escalated. Their response before XX/XX/XXXX was " you have to provide a bill for us to change the escrow ''. They were able to change it in XX/XX/XXXX without a bill though which didn't get issued until XXXX which resulted in me paying $ XXXX+ more dollars every month ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ). After informing them of the incorrect escrow they continue to tell me that it will be fixed in 5-7 business days, this has been going on for three months and is going to try to auto debit my account on the first for another incorrect amount. I call almost daily now, and they tell me " 5-7 more days and someone will reach out to you, and the overpayment will be refunded, '' but nothing ever happens. I have made 1 Star reviews on XXXX ( not that it makes any difference ), I have contacted my local tax offices and Tuesday I will be seeking legal counsel if this is not resolved. I am not paying another bill until my payments are corrected. I have sent them : Tax bill Exemption status My local tax offices have contacted them with requested information ( exemption status, tax estimation, bills, and plot maps with contiguous lot exemptions ) as well as informed them no taxes are due in a formal letter with their letterhead. What they have done besides cause financial hardship, serious frustration, and an inability to make other payments as well as over draft my account resulting in a {$25.00} overdraft fee : They have informed me that my payment is not due until theXX/XX/XXXX. XXXX ( manager ) and XXXX ( customer service ) said if I put a stop payment late payments will not be charged until the XX/XX/XXXX, and they would ensure that I would not receive a late payment until this issue was resolved but saying " my faith in that is low '' is an understatement based on the system level of incompetence I have encountered so far. I assume in 30 days when they still haven't fixed this problem, and the bill is still not fixed that I will get a default notice at which point I will seek legal counsel. They will not allow me to speak to the escrow department, the escrow department did re-evaluations and determined no changes even after getting all the documentation. They sent me a letter saying " shortage payment submitted -payment will be {$2000.00}, and it is due by XX/XX/2018 and if it is not submitted -payment will be {$2100.00} ''. Amounts : I owe {$0.00} on two lots, and they are trying to charge me {$1000.00} on one of them ( of 4 contiguous lots ), and I only owe for two other lots for bills for {$360.00} and {$39.00}. They sent me a bill saying I owe {$1100.00} when there was an overpayment of about {$690.00} already in the last three months as well as a disbursement payment to my county tax offices ( that shouldn't have been made ) in the amount of {$1000.00} in XX/XX/XXXX.
