Complaint: I was on the look out for a pair of XXXX XXXX XXXX yellow shoes, when i came across a guys page on XXXX XXXX. His name according to him is XXXX and we talked on XXXX XXXX where he proceeded to tell me he only took payments through XXXX or XXXX, we exchanged numbers and continued to speak through text ( i still have all of them ). After sending him the money through XXXX {$260.00} on XX/XX/2029, i asked for a tracking number to which he said he took a picture of and would send it, but he never responded to me or gave me the tracking number after multiple attempts to contact him i gave up. i contacted XXXX XXXX and they said they couldnt do anything about it. i called my bank and because it was through XXXX they said theres nothing they can do because it was an online transaction. I basically lost {$260.00} and my bank isnt willing to help me

Complaint: this company against J.P chase bank. about returned items stem from a order that the court place on my wife account back in XX/XX/2019 account end in XXXX. some time on or aboutXX/XX/2019 chase make a statement the federal/ state law required us to place a hold on your chase account which may include the deposit box ( es ) at no fault of my wife. and I did not have no account with chase bank.never have no check with them, dose that time the hold was place on her account for a number of month cause a number her items to be returned back to her creditor. on XX/XX/2019 the hold for XXXX was Dismissal of Garnishment. and remove. I do not have personal check with chase bank my wife have an account, with chase bank, it was a big mistake on the court to place that order hold on her account. now XXXX XXXX have place information on my credit history and that is wrong in so many way, because of this court order. and chase was knew are should have known that I did not have account with them. chase need to notify this company XXXX XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and correct this mistake asp and remove. chase have these information they should not have report this information in the first place, it was wrong. my wife own the account and there is no judgment against her. but chase place it on her account they need to make it right because they cause all of the returned items to be returned. the court dismissed the order. but to lest. if not i.am going to suite for chase damage my name and my wife.

Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX To CFPB, My name is XXXX XXXX and I have a mortgage account with Chase, though Chase was not my initial mortgage holder. My original mortgage has been sold off twice, before ending up with Chase. On XX/XX/XXXX I notified Chase Mortgage Escrow Department ( by letter ) that on XXXX XXXX, XXXX I switched homeowner 's insurance coverage from XXXX XXXX to XXXX at considerable savings. My previous annual homeowners insurance with XXXX XXXX was {$2200.00} ( was cancelled XXXX XXXX, XXXX ) and my new homeowners insurance coverage started same day with XXXX insurance at {$1500.00} annually. That's a {$690.00} difference/reduction in annual homeowner 's cost, thus a {$690.00} reduction in escrow charges over a year 's time. In response to my XX/XX/XXXX, letter to Chase, I received a letter back from Chase ( on XX/XX/XXXX ) saying Chase mortgage company would do an escrow analysis of my account effective with my XX/XX/XXXX. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and I have the following COMPLAINTS against Chase. In my XX/XX/XXXX Chase mortgage statement the bank only dropped my overall monthly mortgage payment {$14.00}. From {$3000.00} in XXXX to {$3000.00} which is a " gross '' miscalculation. Due to the fact that my overall mortgage payment should be dropped to {$57.00} monthly or {$690.00} annually due to lower escrow charges/homeowners insurance reduction. A phone call to Chase escrow department on XX/XX/XXXX did nothing to correct their mortgage billing error and furthermore leads me to believe Chase is " intentionally '' overcharging unnecessary principal, interest and escrow fees to inflate their total monthly charge. Since day one of my mortgage I've paid all monthly bills on time. Never missed a payment. Since day one of my mortgage has had a locked in " mortgage rate ''. And since Chase has taken over my mortgage my " real property taxes have dropped significantly from XXXX to XXXX. Furthermore my " real property taxes '' will not be reviewed again until XXXX. Chase has no right to reduce my monthly mortgage payment by only {$14.00} a month or {$170.00} annually when they were notified by XXXX that my homeowners insurance dropped {$57.00} month or {$690.00} annually in XXXX of this year. Furthermore Chase has not offered me a " refund check '' for over billing me the last six months, once they were notified by mail of my XXXX homeowner 's reduction cost. So going forward I request CFPB bring this " escrow over billing charge '' to Chase attention and do everything in your power to correct this matter. Big banks do not have the right to over charge mortgage holders, especially those who make timely payments and give proper notice when there is close to {$700.00} reduction in homeowners 's costs from year to year. XX/XX/XXXX - Sent another email to Chase Dispute ( not Fraud department ) confirming both XXXX and XXXX XXXX noting a refund can be done. XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX denied refund because it was not fraud

Complaint: I contacted Chase about refinancing an ARM loan for a Second home. Only after I was asked to send my W-2 and tax documents through an unsecured email and after a hard inquiry on my credit was I told because I rented the property in 2018 that I could not it as a second home even though I do not have renters and am not holding the property out for rent. A manager also informed me that I could not apply to refinance my second home because it was an investment property if my parents stayed at the home where I paid the mortgage. This seems wrong to me. I only received this advice once I disclosed my sensitive personal information and my XXXX background. I was encouraged to withdraw my refinance application or be charged an exorbitant rate. Something seems wrong here, including the companys statements about classifying my home as an investment property.

Complaint: Bank admitted to reversing my direct payment to three of my creditor for three months causing my payments to be recorded as three months past due. Because of their error my credit score has gone down drastically and they closed my account causing my direct deposit from my pension to be late which Inturn cause a snowball effect that impossible for me to recover since Im on fixed income. They are now asking me for money for the error and windfall they created by claiming unauthorized claim to reverse my monthly contract payment.
