Complaint: I had my last car payment to make on Chase auto finance car loan before loan was paid off- I made payment but was not aware that there was additional XXXX fees that were due also, so the loan showed late paid because there was XXXX dollars outstanding. I paid it soon as I was aware of it. This was my last payment - the loan is now paid off- Chase Auto says they can not change the 'late ' payment or remove. Please help it made my score suffer over 40 points.

Complaint: I have the XXXX Credit Card with Chase Bank. OnXX/XX/19, I was charged my {$75.00} annual fee for my card. On XX/XX/19, I called to request an upgrade to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which has a {$95.00} annual fee. I was told that they would be crediting my {$75.00} fee and charging the {$95.00} fee. Fast forward, the {$95.00} fee hit my account on XX/XX/19. This is deceptive. I budget my expenses on a monthly basis. I planned to pay the {$95.00} annual fee when i performed the upgrade back in XX/XX/XXXX. It is unfair for Chase to secretly place a {$95.00} fee on my account 5 months after performing a transaction. To me, it feels as if they were hoping I wouldn't notice, not pay my bill, and get charged interest on the fee since it wasn't a planned expense for the month of XX/XX/XXXX. Chase did not tell me that the fee would take 5 months before it hit my account. Chase did not email me or call me to let me know that it the fee was posted on XX/XX/XXXX. There was no attempt made to inform me. It concerns me that Chase feels that it is appropriate to delay the charging of fees until their customer may not notice it, in hopes of tricking them when they aren't expecting it. When I spoke with an agent and then their supervisor, they told me that it could take up to 6 months before an annual fee hits the account when performing a product upgrade. This is not in the terms and conditions or visible on a product page or in any of the communications. This should not be allowed.

Problem with balance transfer
Complaint: I contacted Chase by using its secure message center to inquire about the balance transfer fees when using the convenience checks. I asked representatives repeatedly about the fees to see if the bank would be able to adjust the fees PRIOR to using the checks. The representatives responded and stated that they would not be able to do anything UNTIL the checks were posted to the account first, then they'd be able to see what they could do to assist me. I stated a couple of times in writing that I was unwilling and unable to pay {$920.00} in fees as it's exorbitant. And, I stated that I was unwilling to take on the risk without getting assurance that Chase would consider adjusting the fees. Then, I went ahead and deposited the checks because they had to be posted first in order for Chase to review my account and assist. The fees were posted to my account. I then immediately followed up with Chase and did not get a response. I had to follow up again by phone to discuss the matter. They denied my request and said they could not adjust the fees because the system would not allow them to do so. I felt cheated and led on because had they told me at the outset, I would NOT have used the convenience checks. I feel Chase has taken advantage of me. I then wrote a letter to dispute Chase 's decision along with supporting documentation of my e-mail correspondence with Chase representatives for proof. Further, I escalated the matter to Chase Executive Department for a second review due to the decision being totally unfair and unacceptable. I recently received a phone call from XXXX in the Chase Executive Department stating that the fees would not be waived. I find the whole situation completely unacceptable. As I mentioned previously, I would not have used the checks had I received a straight answer that the fees would not be adjusted after posting to the account. I was baited and led on.

Complaint: I woke up on Monday morning XX/XX/19 to an unauthorized XXXX transaction for {$1200.00} due to someone hacking into my account and sending themselves funds. I immediately called my bank Chase and let them know and at that time a claim was filed. I went ahead and made arrangements to pay things later with my billers and even had an emotional phase. On XXXX XX/XX/19 I wake up and I have all my money back in my account my balance was back at {$1800.00} I was so excited I called chase and reset my online profile as they advise when I filed a claim I then called all my billers advised I could pay on time but one of my billers advised he could not process a payment. Later when I was finished with work I went to Chase in XXXX California and met with a banker named XXXX he advised me my account was frozen due to the rep who reset my online information forgetting to unfreeze my account he told me the payment to XXXX XXXX for XXXX was cancelled and the money was mines. I went ahead and made purchases for things I needed. On XX/XX/19 I wake up and my balance is XXXX to my surprise Chase has taken the money BACK out of my account. This puts me and a very hard spot not only do I not have my money but I was tricked into making purchases for things I would have never bought had I known Chase was planning to redraft the funds. This is not the way my bank should make me feel and I need those funds back immediately. Now more than ever

Complaint: On XXXX of XXXX, we starting seeing amounts of {$100.00} that were being hit on our credit card from XXXX convenient stores, XXXX Gas Stations, and XXXX. This happened for the month of XXXX. We did not lose the card so there are legitimate transactions that were taking place during this period. We contacted Chase services and spoke to there fraud department. We explained that we did not lose the card and that we see unauthorized charges amoung legitimate charges. They removed the charges at the end of that month in XXXX of XXXX. We have just gotten a letter explaining that we received benefits from the transactions and they put every charge back on to our account. We got this letter on XX/XX/2019We called and explained that we wanted to know how the investigation was done to determine how they came up with us having to deal with roughly XXXX of transactions made at XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX convenient stores? We called back on the night ofXX/XX/2019 and asked to speak to a manager. They told us that because it's a chip-based card it can not be compromised and we must have swiped the card. Unacceptable and it tells me that they did not do any kind of investigation. In-fact it is known that because it is a chip-based card credit card companies are using this as an excuse not to handle fraudulent charges for customers. A few issues with Chase : 1. Sounds like they never contacted XXXX, XXXX, or XXXX. They simply stated it was as a chip-based credit card so it cant is compromised. This is not true. These cards are not 100 % safe. In-fact after speaking with a manager on XX/XX/, she told me that most of the transactions were swiped. The chip was not inserted into the reader. 2. I asked how the transactions were done. Was it by the chip reader or swiping? The replay by the fraudulent department manager said most were done by swiping the card. If a card gets swiped how does the chip work? They told me the chip still works when you swipe the card. I would like this confirmed? 3. I have had them reopen the case and have left notes that they need to contact XXXX to see if they can get camera footage when the card was supposedly swiped by myself or my wife. This is the solution as they will see that I nor my wife swiped the card at the times they are telling me the transactions went through. Complaint: Hello, I would like to challenge the ruling that was mailed to me recently deny my claim by Chase Bank in regards to the that happened on XX/XX/2019.The charge was due to a Scam in which I was scammed out of over 400 $ by this individual/sneaker retailer.The individual/retailer was contacted by me in regards to some sneakers they had been advertising online .I sent the money through XXXX XXXX for two separate purchases one for XXXX and the other for approx 160 .I would like the transactions reversed due to the fact I never received the merchandise and the merchant has since disappeared and removed all online listings of products.I have contacted my bank and provided them with pictures of the transaction details and they have denied me my reversal .I do however feel like the agent that I intially spoke to has some bias towards me due to our previous interaction prior to the denial .I am a working individual and I have never been late with any payments and have payed off thousands of dollars to Chase Bank credit card .Chase recently sent me 2 letters denying both claims and the explanations for denial sound skeptical.Please help me! thankyou for your time and I appreciate your review of this Matter
