Complaint: I've been receiving emails from Chase, my checking account is there. I've been enrolled without my permission into something call XXXX XXXX from Chase and they transferred me 6 times and disconnected me. They keep telling me this has nothing to do with the Chase. Yet the emails are coming from Chase. They claims I have to call XXXX XXXX to resolve this issue. This has nothing to do with XXXX XXXX and there is no place for me to unsubscribe. I'm very upset with the way Chase has handled this matter.

Complaint: I hired a flooring business called XXXX, XXXX to redo my floors. The project cost was {$14000.00}. The contract stated {$7000.00} upfront and {$7000.00} at the completion of the project. Halfway through the project XXXX due to negligence caused a flooding and used unauthorized building materials. When the management company of the building confronted them they abandoned the worksite. XXXX ran two more charges on my credit card for {$1600.00} and {$3500.00}. These charges were not authorized and a lawyer has determined that they are unlawful. Chase claims that because XXXX had my credit card number for the initial charges the subsequent charges are not unlawful. They also claim that it does not qualify as a merchant dispute as the merchant is not willing to cooperate. I had to hire another company to finish the project for {$5000.00} and XXXX caused approximately {$13000.00} in damages to the unit. The new company was called XXXX XXXX and they charged {$5000.00}. Chase has more than 40 pages of documentation including the contract, photographic images, invoices and estimates for damages, insurance letters etc.

Complaint: I have been banking with Chase since around XXXX or XXXX of XXXX. I have never had any problems. In XXXX of this year ( XXXX ), I misplaced my debit card and requested that a new one be sent to a specific address. I also changed my address on the mobile app prior to requesting a new card with the company. They assured me that my card would be sent to the address I had requested and I should receive my card within 7-10 business days. 7-10 business days came and went and I still did not have a debit card. I called the company again and requested a new debit card. They again assured me that they had sent the previous debit card to the correct address and they told me that they would then send this card to the address I requested again. This time, the customer service representative told me the card should be received within 3-5 business days. Again, 3-5 business days came and went, and no card arrived. What did arrive, however, was a formal change of address letter from Chase bank. This was very disconcerting. I then visited the actual Chase Bank branch in my neighborhood ( nearly a month later - probably close to XX/XX/XXXX ) and asked them what my options were, and to review my request for a new card. They told me that the card was sent to the correct address and that if I requested a new one it would cancel the one they had already sent. I opted not to have a new card sent. This entire time that I had not had a debit card, I had not been able to use an ATM or make purchases on a card. I had been using my XXXX card, which was tied to my bank account, to cover all my transactions over the card. The problem with this, however, is that the card will pull from the account and take days to post. This creates an issue with managing funds in your account. My account overdrafted and Chase charged me multiple NSF fees. I disputed this with the bank and they refunded me around {$110.00} in NSF fees that had been charged to my card. They also informed me that despite the bank representatives informing me that my card had been sent to the correct address, it had been going to the incorrect address the entire time. This poses an extreme security risk as you can simply take a card to an ATM to activate it without any identity verification. Over this past weekend ( XX/XX/XXXX - XX/XX/XXXX ) I mobile deposited a check in the amount of {$1400.00} into my account which came from my employer. I have never had a check held by the bank before and most banks clear funds within a few days. The mobile app had told me that I had a present balance of over {$2000.00}, so I continued to schedule bill payments as well as use my XXXX card to purchase items over the weekend. Yesterday morning, I received emails stating that my account was overdrawn - {$270.00}, even though the check should have cleared. I received an email stating that the funds were being held nearly 10 days after the depositing date. This caused another {$100.00} some dollars in insufficient funds fees to be charged to my account. Upon contacting customer service, they were able to clear the funds that were being held but they explained to me that I had " maxed out '' the amount of funds that were available to be credited back to my account for fees I was unfairly charged. I have never in my years on this earth heard of such a thing with a bank. I have always been able to have funds deposited back to my account that were fees that I should not have been charged. Considering that these fees were incurred because of issues with the bank that should not have occurred, I do not think that refunding them should be an issue.

Complaint: I disputed with Chase for {$2200.00} on XX/XX/19 a fake merchant posing as XXXX for tech support for 2 charges of XXXX on XX/XX/19. This fake company posing as XXXX provided a false invoice that I bought gift cards for the amount of {$2200.00}. The invoice is fake and Chase took the fake document and closed my dispute. Chase did not confirm the documents provided by this fake merchant posing as XXXX is legit. I was a victim of computer fraud and this company froze my computer and said to call XXXX Support and I called the number on the screen and they sold me on a lifetime support from XXXX Tech Support for {$1100.00} and walked me through payment through my XXXX XXXX as my computer was frozen by them. The transaction didn't go through so they walked me through the transaction again for another {$1100.00} totaling {$2200.00} which I disputed with Chase. I am shocked at the lack of customer support and protection from Chase and siding with a fake merchant committing crime and fraud without any effort to validate the fake invoice.

Complaint: I am filing this complaint after receiving a letter from Chase today alleging a lie to cover up their illegal activities. In the letter ( see attachment ) dated XX/XX/XXXX Chase asserted that we cant consider you for mortgage assistance because we didnt receive your initial request by the required number of days before the scheduled foreclosure date. THIS STATEMENT IS A LIE. I REPEAT. THIS STATEMENT IS A LIE, AND I CAN PROVE IT! Chase has repeatedly made false allegations like this to us for more than four years. Most of the Chase Request for Mortgage Assistance applications we have sent to Chase have been ignored ( see attachment ). Nonetheless, In XX/XX/XXXX, our Chase dedicated relationship manager in XXXX, Florida spoke to the Chase branch bank manager and vice president in XXXX, Georgia. He ( the vice president ) told her ( our dedicated relationship manager ) that he personally faxed all of our documents to her the previous week and confirmed their receipt in her office at that time. In spite of this fact, she requested through the branch bank vice president that we submit our application and all required documents to her again for the 33rd time in 18 months ( see attachment ). Consequently, our dedicated relationship manager sent to our home address a XXXX envelope for us to submit our application and documents back to her again. We sealed the documents in that envelope and took it back to the Chase branch bank so that Chase employees could send it to her through XXXX. The Chase branch bank in XXXX, Georgia took receipt of our envelope of documents and gave them to XXXX. XXXX tracking confirms that our application was received by our dedicated relationship manager in her actual office on XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX ( see attachment ). After that date, we never heard from our dedicated relationship manager again regarding ANY aspect of our application. Chase proceeded in XXXX to schedule a foreclosure on our property for XX/XX/XXXX in violation of the laws of our state for multiple reasons, including failure to provide proper notification as required by law. As such, this proves the statement made by Chase to us in their letter dated XX/XX/XXXX is a lie because we submitted our Request for Mortgage Assistance application to Chase more than thirty days before Chase took illegal action to attempt a foreclosure on the date of XX/XX/XXXX. Our " dedicated relationship manager '' failed to process our application despite our having previously submitted it to her in XX/XX/XXXX, and well as on 32 previous occasions in the past 18 months.
