Complaint: Chase Bank ( www.chase.com ) website states that the card I am applying for has 0 % for purchases and balance transfers for 1 year. But when I received my card and statement that was not the case.
I did get 0 % on purchases but for balance transfers it is 21.49 % and not the 0 % that was advertised.

Complaint: XXXX is incorrectly reporting me as an Authorized User on Chase Card ending in account # XXXX. I called Chase Bank and let them know that I did not give permission to be added as an Authorized User on this account. They removed me as an Authorized User on XXXX and XXXX, however XXXX has not removed this from my report. I have contacted the bureau to fix this issue. The negative reporting is harming my credit score.

Complaint: XXXX of America ( Chase Bank ) Auto Loan Account : REFUSAL TO REFUND EXCESS ACH PAYMENT On XX/XX/XXXX the final payment of {$560.00} for this loan was credited for a XXXX balance. Title has been released too. The money was taken from our checking on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, 2 more payments were taken by Chase from our checking each for {$560.00} and only one was reversed that day, so we are still out {$560.00}. I have been trying since XX/XX/XXXX to get someone at Chase.com or the call center to act, resolve and refund.
The standard answer is someone is reviewing and well get back to you. Its now almost 4 weeks since the error was made and many days since I was promised resolution and refund. Yet nothing from anyone Chase except a bunch of emails saying were sorry and a Chase email said dont write anymore -- we are not going to respond!
Contacting to the call center is equally pointless. I made several calls : on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, and on XXXX XXXX promised refund on XXXX. On XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ext XXXX called and she said it is being elevated and I should check Secure Message for updates. On XXXX the date XXXX told me I was getting the refund I called and XXXX said its still open and elevated but no refund.
On XX/XX/XXXX I again checked with XXXX XXXX and was told again " Payment services is working on it, there were systems errors and they can't refund until resolved. '' Chase suggested it was my banks error but since the transactions originated at Chase.com how is that possible? I have checked with my bank and was told nothing pending from Chase.
I mailed a written letter to Chase Auto loans with documentation on XX/XX/XXXX and again no one has called, emailed or responded Calls/emails to XXXX of America get pushed back to Chase auto loan. Calls/emails to the local XXXX dealer ( XXXX XXXX ) where it bought it are ignored.

Complaint: I got approved for a loan for a new car in XXXX. After a few mishaps, o sent my last payment in around XXXX. Then they say I still owe XXXX in penalties and late fees. I disputed that and told them I paid XXXX for a XXXX car and I fulfilled my part and needed my title. They refused. Now after 2 years with no correspondent I am buying a new car and would like to use this for trade yet they still have a lien on it. I called and they still refuse to release lien. My credit report says they wrote it off last year.

Can't use card to make purchases
Complaint: On XX/XX/2019, Chase froze my account when I tried to make a phone call to make sure my card doesn't get declined, because it always get declined. So when I ask the reasoning to why they closed my account, Chase couldn't give me a valid answer to why I couldn't use my card. Also, this isn't my first compliant on Chase to why they keep closing my account. Chase is targeting me because I am young. I am feeling very discriminated against that because I am young successful working guy.

Complaint: In XXXX of 2018 my checking account at Chase Bank was affected by fraudulent activity. I had filed a claim with the bank and received a temporary credit of {$3500.00}. I was told that the claim was denied, however the investigation was reopened and the claim was approved and the transactions were fraudulent. Chase then mistakenly issued me a second check for {$3500.00} for the fraudulent activity. I effortlessly tried to get the second check back to them with no success and ultimately told them to cancel the check to avoid any accounts going into colllections. I received a call today stating that my account was in collections for {$3500.00}. Spent hours on the phone and in the bank trying to resolve the issue. Each person has something different to say. When I spoke to claims she agreed with my situation, collections then told me their claims department was wrong. I attempted to cash the check to pay of the balance of {$3500.00} to rid myself of the problems and the check is cancelled so I cant settle the debt. This debt is a mistake from chase for paying me out twice and the cancelled check should have ensured that the account should not have gone negative, having chase only paid me once. Now chase is seeking {$3500.00} and cancelled the check for {$3500.00}. They made the mistake of paying me twice, I tried to resolve and now Im in collections. Theres a previous cfpb complaint proving the above statement.

Complaint: XX/XX/2019 - I was trying to access my J.P. Morgan Chase Checking Account information via their online portal. I was unable to access it because my internet browser support had been discontinued and blocked.
They were requiring to install internet browsers that were incompatible with my computer.
There had been warnings from the website login page that this could happen and I had already contacted and warned their support group that my system could not use the browsers that they were recommending because of their lack of compatibility with my system or my misgivings about their security. Further I advised them that I had other software that would be effected by an OS/Hardware upgrade. I also recommended that since I am likely not the only user with a legacy system that they should have an alternate site for those customers.
I was trying to use XXXX XXXX browser version XXXX which is the latest version of XXXX I can install on my XXXX XXXX XXXX running XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ).
When I contacted J.P. Morgan Chases support line, they stated that they only support from version XXXX and up. My computer can not support the OS required to run that browser. However my computer is in excellent running condition and has been able to access that data with no difficulties before this.
For now, I am accessing the data through a virtualized XXXX XXXX with XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) but this is only a stopgap solution. It is significantly slower than using the base OS of the computer.
I am able to access other finance services online without being required to use this later version of web browser. Further none of the browsers they recommend will operate on my computers Operating System.
I have a significant investment in my computer and its software. This is an unreasonable and unrealistic burden to be placing on customers when banks are constantly pushing customers to access their data online.
