You said if it's the best bet he think is XXXX XXXX. Chase Bank customer representative they call me they said they can not do anything to help me they was so rude to me and nasty to me on the phone.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I was fraudulently charged {$210.00} by " XXXX * XXXX. '' I informed Chase of the charge, and they reversed the charge and issued me a new card number. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, Chase re-charged me for {$210.00}. I called Chase 's fraud department on XX/XX/XXXX who informed me that " XXXX * XXXX '' provided proof of purchase of an " oil pastel. '' Chase requested that I provide " proof '' that I did not make this purchase, so I provided an Identity Theft Report from the FTC and awaited follow-up.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I received written correspondence from Chase that they still believe the charge from " XXXX * XXXX '' is valid. I have called and left messages at " Senior Specialist '' XXXX 's number without response. Despite repeated attempts at informing Chase that I did not initiate or approve of this charge, they are still billing me for it.

Can't use card to make purchases
Complaint: This issue has been happening during last two months for at least 11 times. My credit card is the Chase Sapphire Reserve, whose annual fee is {$390.00}. The first time when I used it is in the XXXX Airport in the XXXX XXXX Koisk, I was trying to pay the luggage fee, I tried at least 10 times and even the XXXX XXXX service representative also helped me to go through, but still have problem to pay. It took me 20 minutes and I have to use another card and it works. Since the Reserve have 3 % cash back for traveling, but it doesnt work in Ariport, very weird and I feel Chase is pretended for me to not use in the 3 % category transaction. This issue also happened when I was trying to use in my local ice cream shop and even buying a French Fries, all happen in the 3 % category transaction. Since I can still use it for the other places and doesnt have this issue. Sometimes it shows a processing error and when I used another card, there is absolutely no issue at all. I feel so disappointed and frustrated since I paid {$390.00} per year but I even couldnt successfully buy an ice cream or fries in local stores. This card is always my top credit card in my wallet and sometimes I only carried this card in my wallet. Since this card cant go through, I even have no way to buy food! The {$390.00} annual fee doesnt worth its value. I think Chase is cheated on me even for its very basic value/function. I questioned that if I paid {$390.00} per year but cant even use my card successfully, this doesnt make any sense. Another thing is : the Chases customer service is soo poor, I wait for 12 minutes to connect with a representive.

Complaint: Chase cardmember dispute services has failed to provide me the consumer protection expected after I suffered a fraudulent charge. The charge was fraught with issues, to include being overcharged for the service ( {$750.00} charge added to the bill over what was invoiced and signed for ), the service not being completed, and being charged for an item on the invoice that I never received ( the invoiced garage door opener motor. ) I provided Chase with texts and emails with the service provider that detailed my struggle to resolve the issue ( the merchant refused to address my concerns. ) I provided chase with a statement from a witness present during the service. I provided chase with a third party inspection that detailed the substandard and unsafe work performed and that corroborated that a major component invoiced ( the motor ) had not been installed. I provided chase with receipts from my having the substandard work repaired and a proper motor installed.
Chase 's format reply to me was : " We reviewed the information available and found that you either received the services or the merchant made them available for your use. '' That's quite impossible. I neither received the proper invoiced items nor the proper service from the merchant, and nothing was " made available for my use. '' The merchant refused to return to my home even once to inspect the work performed nor address my concerns. He disappeared. My unaddressed emails to the merchant and the independent inspection clearly showed that.
Chase chose to serve themselves and protect their bottom line rather than protect their customer. It has been an absolutely soul sucking situation to deal with a cheating unscrupulous merchant, but even worse to be so let down by my card company on whom I depended to shield me from such fraud when using their card.
I attach below the following : -The original SIGNED invoice - The made up, UNSIGNED invoice the merchant provided after it was demanded he substantiate the up-charge. ( note lack of sign off for satisfactory completion of work! ) - The inspection letter from a professional in the same field of work - The invoice for the work I had to perform to correct the substandard installation by the disputed merchant - Payment receipt for correction work - Chase dispute reply letter Transaction posting date : XX/XX/2018 Amount : {$5100.00} Disputed amount : {$2500.00} Note that the disputed amount is only for the costs I incurred in correcting the situation. I did receive a door from the merchant ( that was damaged and improperly installed but I didn't seek return of those funds. ). Mine was a just complaint, supported completely with invoices, inspections and receipts. I have additional data, not included here in the interest of space and time, that I am happy to provide should anyone even care to ask.

Complaint: My debit card was lost/stolen. I have been waiting on my replacement since Monday. One rep told me 3 to 5 business days. I should mention that I take the bus and my work schedule combined with the general slowness/inefficiency of the bus makes it all but impossible for me to make it to a branch on time. I'm a temp so if I try to leave early, I'll be fired and replaced before I could make it to the bus stop. So I'm going days without access to my money, services and subscriptions linked to my card are going to stop once payments start getting rejected. Plenty of banks and credit unions can print a card same day or send replacement cards through higher priority mail. On my most recent trip to a branch, the bank employee wouldn't even look up the status of my card in the mail and just said to wait longer.

Complaint: Chase has allowed merchants using cards that were closed for fraud to charge against my current account number.
They failed to properly investigate fraudulent transactions. Made claims after getting statements in writing that there was nothing they could do as the window had expired. The reason the window of eligibility expired was due to their mishandling.
I have submitted documents, spent well over 4 hours on the phone with completely inept personnel who simply repeated information in the face of overwhelming empirical data contradicting their statements.
I have over {$2500.00} in charges that need to be removed from my account. These were made without my authorization on stolen cards or on cards that Chase had closed and replaced per their procedure.
Their executive staff claims to investigate these issues, yet I have no way of contacting them. I am left with no recourse except for civil action.
