Problem accessing account
Complaint: Again I am having issues with chase!!!
If my account is closed why are there still activities going on?! I have been treated very unfairly and no one is answering my questions and concerns. On top of it all I can not access any of my bank statements which just shows me that CHASE has something to hide, I have contacted the FDIC and if I must I will take further actions to get the issues resolved as well as receiving compensation for all the hardship, stress and financial issues that CHASE has caused.
They have stolen money from me and there have been weird transactions appearing on my account even after I was told that the account was closed and this happened without warning or knowledge of what is really happening with my account.

Transaction was not authorized
Complaint: I received a call from Chase Bank on XX/XX/18 about suspicious activity on my debit card. They recommended that I cancel my card and let them send me a new one - which I did. The debit card was used in XXXX XXXX, TX ( XXXX area ) to get cash at a XXXX store and I live in XXXX, west side of XXXX. There were two back to back purchases/withdrawals as shown on my bank statement and I will attach that to this complaint. I was in possession of my debit card and used it at a XXXX in XXXX on the same day - also shown on my bank statement. Initialty Chase Bank refunded my money but then reversed the credit to my account 5 days later. I called and spoke with the Chase fraud department a couple of times but they felt like the cash withdrawal was somehow authorized - even though they initially flagged it as fraud. I told them I was at home that day - not in the XXXX area, no one had my authorization to use my card number, I'd never been to XXXX XXXX or taken cash out at XXXX anywhere. I told them it was fraud and I would submit a sworn statement or take a lie detector test - they were not interested. I'm also including a copy of a letter I mailed to Chase ( a XXXX XXXX address provided by the Chase Fraud department ) over two months ago. They never responded to the letter and it was not returned as undeliverable.

Transaction was not authorized
Complaint: I have spent the last month in and out of the hospital with a XXXX illness. Thus, I have not been checking all of my accounts daily, as usual. Yesterday, after I was released, I checked my Chase Bank account online and was horrified to discover that I was nearly {$700.00} overdrawn!! It appeared that the overdraft was entirely due to three unauthorized charges. There was a charge of {$39.00} from XXXX dated XX/XX/2019. I do know this company. They are a subscription box company with whom I have an annual subscription. The amount of the subscription is {$170.00}. I was also charged that amount of the same date. For some unknown reason, I was also charged {$39.00}, the price of a single box ( the box ships quarterly ) that same day. I tried to contact the company via email and telephone on XX/XX/2019. I have not received a response. The second two charges were from a company called XXXX. I have absolutely no relationship with this company, which appears to be another subscription company involving clothing. On XX/XX/2019, I was billed {$40.00} and on XX/XX/2019, I was billed another {$300.00}. Again, I tried to phone the company and also sent an email. No response has been received. Today, XX/XX/2019, I called Chase Bank around XXXX XXXX., P.S.T. Since I have been a client, Chase has had to clear up numerous disputes on my behalf. Unfortunately, I have been dealing with serious identity theft issues for the last five years and have been desperately trying to receive a new Social Security Number. Thankfully, Chase has been nothing but helpful with these unauthorized charges. They always issue a provisional fee within 24 hours and remove all the overdraft fees incurred by putting these charges through. Today, however, I spoke to a woman ( name unknown ) who refused to issue a provisional credit for any of the three items. When I asked why, she stated that since I did not report these charges on the day they posted to my account, she could and would open an investigation. I replied that I had never heard of that policy and explained that I had been hospitalized. She was unmoved and again stated that this was not Chase 's problem. I told the woman that if that was the case, I was going to be forced to switch banks since this new policy basically offered no protection whatsoever to their clients. Her response was " fine '' and a hang up. I am supposed to be resting and not dealing with stress as per my doctors at the XXXX XXXX. Instead, I am horrified at the sheer amount of overdue payment notices I now have to pay and wondering how I will make it through the next week as far as food, transportation to doctor appointments, etc. until I receive a XXXX payment near the end of next week. Please help!

Excess mileage, damage, or wear fees, or other problem after the lease is finish
Complaint: JP Morgan Chase erroneously charged me for end of lease. Even more I traded my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in on a pull ahead program with XXXX XXXX at the dealer. No one at the dealer advised me of damage or the opportunity to have a pre inspection. Therefore I disputed this transaction immediately after receiving a XXXX statement. I heard nothing from them until XX/XX/XXXX which was a reduced bill for lease liability. I then sent another lease dispute letter for I wanted pictures and when I made a lease deal for my new XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, the dealer stated this was a total deal and I took advantage of the manufacturer 's Pull Ahead Program.
The monthly payments were to be absorbed and the excess wear and tear was not documented. Once again, I asked for pictures and did not receive them and on top of that I was told by XXXX XXXX that this was a clean all inclusive transaction. This is very shady.
However, the most damaging thing is that it has been reported to my credit as I attempted to pre-qualify for a home. This is insane!
I was on the phone with Chase and spoke to two reps and the credit counselor there and they said there is nothing I can do. They can not remove the credit ding even if I paid in full although I know I don't owe the money.
I asked for a letter to show to the Mortgage company from Chase to show that this is in dispute and it has been reduced and still they won't help me. They said that I had to pay it in full to stay off my credit! What a hoax and an awful way to treat a current customer.
Please aid me in this and I know Chase has had complaints. They provide no remedy or supervisor to speak to. Meanwhile I can not get a loan.
Thank You!
XXXX XXXX

Complaint: I have an account with Chase Bank in NY.
In XXXX, two transfers were made through XXXX XXXX without my authorization.
XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX $ XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX $ I didn't even know what XXXX XXXX was, until I saw these two transfers. The robber gained access into my bank and E-Mail accounts. I don't know how. He clearly hacked my computer, because Chase Bank says that the person who registered in XXXX, did so using my device and my E-Mail account.
Chase Bank refuses to retrieve my money because of this reason, although I warned them about it on XX/XX/XXXX ( they claim they retrieve your money if you warn them in two days or less ). I closed my account right away and opened a new one on Tuesday ( XX/XX/XXXX ), because Monday was holiday.
I also changed my E-Mail and formatted my computer.
Chase Bank initially gave me my money back with temporary credits, but after finishing their investigation in early XXXX, they declined both my claims and took the money back, claiming it was me the one who made the transfers, because the robber used my E-Mail and my device. That's the same as claiming I robbed my own house, because the robber used my keys.
I complained about it, so they reviewed my claims. After one week, they concluded the same : it was me. So, they refuse to retrieve my money.
I'm very frustrated. I searched about it on the Internet, and apparently it's not only me, but thousands of people getting robbed in the same way. I found many similar cases in XXXX.
Chase Bank refuses to protect its clients, if robbed through XXXX XXXX.
XXXX : XXXX XXXX : XXXX XXXX : XXXX Scammers are robbing people en masse through XXXX, because it's so easy, and because Chase Bank refuses to do anything about it.
I hope you can.

Their investigation did not fix an error on your report
Complaint: There are two Chase Credit Cards showing up on my credit report. Ive reached out in writing multiple times asking them to remove their Trandlines from my credit reports. Unfortunately they chose not to answer my questions. If they answered the questions submitted, it would do a couple things. One, prove they loaned money from their own funds, which it would give them the right to collect on. Two, it would prove that in the process of loaning, they followed the Truth and Lending Act when making a loan. They chose to ignore my questions and not take their Tradeline names off my credit report.

Problem while selling or giving up the vehicle
Complaint: For the record, I do not have a loan on my XXXX XXXX XXXX, have never had a loan for this vehicle, nor have I ever had a loan with JP Morgan Chase- except for a credit card, which I pay off each month.
On XX/XX/XXXX, JP Morgan Chase ( XXXX ) stole my car. At XXXX I called the XXXX XXXX County Police, Virginia ( XXXX ) to report my XXXX XXXX XXXX stolen. I was told I can not report it stolen, as Chase Auto Finance repossessed it, and they refused to take a report or review any documentation. I have a clean title issued by the Virginia DMV showing it is my car, and there are no liens against it.
Background : On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX of XXXX ( XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, VA XXXX ; XXXX ). I purchased it on part credit card ( {$2500.00} ) and with cash from my bank ( $ XXXX which was not a loan or financing from a financial institution ). I have never had a loan with Chase in my entire life.
I received the title ( attached ) from the Virginia DMV, issued on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. There are no liens against it. I purchased a DMV report from the Virginia DMV on XX/XX/XXXX, also attached, showing that there are no liens against it. The dealership also provided me a report on XX/XX/XXXX showing there are no liens against the car from the XXXX system ( attached ). However, XXXX 's refuses to provide me a copy of the prior title showing whether there was a lien previously or not.
Chase has no right to my car as they did not legally perfect the loan making this a lien loss. Chase refuses to provide me any information or talk about the vehicle, as the loan in question is not under my name. The XXXX XXXX County Police provided me the phone number of the tow company, which I found is XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, VA, XXXX.
The intermediary Chase used to repossess the car is XXXX, XXXX.
Note : I wrote VOID on my title to prevent someone from copying it. The title is current and in my possession.

Problem using a debit or ATM card
Complaint: On XX/XX/19 at XXXX I received an email stating that I requested new credit and debit card, because mine were damaged. I did not make such a request.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a temporary ATM card. I asked chase employees if my previous accounts were closed for sure, they confirmed. I asked if them if its safe to deposit money to my new account. They stated that my accounts are safe and secured. On XX/XX/XXXX I deposited XXXX $ on my new ATM card.
I received a new debit card in a week of XXXX of XXXX. I activated but never used it. On XX/XX/XXXX there was ATM withdraw for {$500.00} and XXXX $ dollars that I did not make it. Also i never shared by debit card pin or I never asked anyone to withdraw money for me.
On XX/XX/XXXX I called chase and I made a claim.
On XX/XX/XXXX I was informed that my claim was declined because whoever used my card knew my pin. They also informed me that the money where withdraw using my old debit card that supposed to be shredded on XX/XX/XXXX by Chase employees.
On XX/XX/XXXX Chase representative informed me that they wont proceed with an investigation and that I wont be able to get my money back from Chase.
