Complaint: I hope this finds you well.
My problem is with Chase credit card company. I had a credit card account that was in good standing starting in year XXXX ( {$4500.00} limit ). I shut the account down in XXXX because I could not afford excessive interest rates. I contacted Chase to make payment arrangement ended up creating a settlement with Chase CC, paying them 50 % of amount in XXXX they will not remove from my credit report and have inaccurately captured a XXXX date that is meaningless. I feel this is hurting my credit and my potential background checks with employers. I also feel Chase is doing this on purpose. I have asked for explanation and disputed on credit report. They do not respond to me.
Chase Credit Card Account Number is not available and the credit report shows closed XX/XX/XXXX. Last touch of XXXX is not possible. Chase is wrong in the record reporting. Please let me know what else I can provide.

Complaint: Thursday XX/XX/XXXX, I tried to make a debit purchase and was declined, I then tried to get money from ATM my balance was XXXX in my checking and saving. My husband reach out to Chase bank ( who we bank with ) was told that that both account were on freeze due to a ( court order ) judgment which I never received and Chase also provided a phone number XXXX. I called this number which is XXXX & XXXX XXXX XXXX the operator connected me with a collection rep she proceeded by verifying who I was and stated they were trying to collect a chase credit card debt from back in XXXX.
for the amount of {$5800.00}. Again I never received any notice via phone call or mail of anything. I'm not disputing that I once held a chase credit card and I also know that the balance I owe was not {$5800.00} my credit limit on only $ XXXX.and if my memory serves me well what I owe was {$200.00} and due to falling on hard times I could not pay the {$200.00} owe to them. Right now I'm at a lost, I don't know which court granted the judgment against me in order to try vacate this judgment and have this freeze removed. Is this legal for 3rd party collection to freeze your account for debt over 10years .I also pulled my credit report with XXXX to see if I had any collections against me and I have nothing that is pending on me.

Complaint: I noticed my Chase credit card account is closed when trying to use the card today. I was just able to use my card yesterday.
I didn't receive any format of communication on the account closure prior to account being closed and caused me incredibly amount of inconvenience.
I called to ask the reason why they closed my account and learned that they believe do not have enough credit information for me. But they approved me a card three years ago with even less information than today. So the reason doesnt make sense!
I have a good credit score and 10 years credit history. Never late for any chase credit card payment. I found this incident very unjustified.

Complaint: My checking account was hacked some how. I called as soon as I saw it was not my transactions. It was with XXXX. I didn't even know what that is. The person was able to get {$250.00} out by the time I stopped it. I had to open a new checking account etc. I've waited almost 2 weeks for Chase to get back to me. I got a letter today saying after their investigations they say the amount was authorized. I DID NOT authorize whom ever this is. I have NO idea how someone could even get in my account. I've called again to complain and they say they will look into it again but acting like nothing will change. I do not have money and this is a huge amount to me. I have bills to pay. They haven't told me how it happened or anything. I need help please.

Complaint: Hi, for the past 4 months I've been going back and forth the credit reporting agencies regarding these accounts in question and the reason for this is because I know that these accounts are being reported incorrectly. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( 609 ) it is my right to challenge any account in my credit if I believe they are being reported inaccurate, unverifiable or incomplete. I believe they are and some of them have been corrected on some of the bureaus and some have not. I would like to make this complaint to show the level of urgency I have towards this matter. If you can please help I would really appreciate it. These accounts have to be deleted since they are holding my credit scores back and I'm looking to use my credit soon to make a major purchase. Complaint: In XX/XX/2018, I received an email offering a XXXX XXXX points bonus of a new Chase card was opened and you spent {$1000.00} in the first 30 days. I clicked the link in the email and applied and was approved. After the first 30 days, I received XXXX points and a {$200.00} statement credit. I immediately called because the value of XXXX XXXX points is {$1100.00}, but the value they provided me with was {$470.00} ( XXXX points are {$270.00}, plus a {$200.00} statement credit ). The ONLY reason I got this card was for the XXXX points. They told me theyd talk to marketing and get back to me. Ive called 3 times and have not received a reply. Im now at the point that Im ready to book a trip and Im missing XXXX points, so I called AGAIN and was told theyd talk to marketing. Today I contacted customer service at Chase via XXXX and they said sorry, its been too long, when theyre the ones who never replied back every time I called.
I also contacted XXXX since its a co-branded card but they said only Chase can help.

Complaint: I found the weird transaction in my checking account ( Chase bank ). I never used my account for XXXX, but there were a lot of transaction in my statement. It started from last XXXX until XXXX. But in XXXX to XXXX, those were small amount of money, so I didn't notice these frauds, but in XXXX, there were several weird transaction with big amount of money. I visited Chase bank right after I noticed these frauds ( XXXX ). I reported the claim for these transactions and I waited for 3 weeks for it. Then they said they could only pay back for 60days transaction from the initial transaction. So they only paid back for XXXX and XXXX 's transactions. It means they knew all of those are frauds, but they want to pay for only initial 60 days ones. The first banker said we could get money back within latest 60 days. But the third banker said, from their regulation E (? ) policy, they can investigate within 60 days issue, however, they can cover only initial 60 days transactions. I think it doesn't make sense, because at first they said they can cover within 60 days transactions and it was because of their security, not my fault. Also I checked with XXXX and they said my account is under different person 's name. But this fraud person can use my checking account and Chase bank allowed this transactions, even they used different name. The bank said they can't do anything, but it doesn't make sense to me. They should cover everything or recent 60 days transactions.

Complaint: I have already filed two complaints against this company. First, my account was unexpectedly restricted due to my filing my first complaint against the bank. I was told that my account was due to be closed upon calling but I was unable to have access to my funds until the account was closed. I still havent received any written notice of the account closure. I am XXXX and have a direct deposit from the Social Security Administration due this coming Wednesday. I did try to change my direct deposit information but it was too late to change for this pay period. I can not pick up necessary medication I need to live. I do not have money to purchase food. Within a half hour of filing my complaint nearly 48 hours ago, I received a phone call from a woman named XXXX XXXX in the executive office who empathized with my plight and promised to work on my behalf to get the restriction limited. As of today, the restriction has not been lifted and checks written on the account are being returned. I am at my wits end. Please help once more from letting this company discriminate against a XXXX woman who literally could die due to this companys actions.

Complaint: In XX/XX/2018, I received an email asking me to upgrade from the XXXX Visa Card to the XXXX XXXX XXXX Visa Card. WIth that, I would receive XXXX XXXX points, as well as double the points on Gym membership as well as 2 qualifying nights for every XXXX, in addition to 5 nights a year.
I made the upgrade through the link on XX/XX/XXXX, which is when I also switched the payments for my gym to my Visa.
I haven't received the XXXX points, 5 nights, nor the 2 nights per XXXX nor the bonus points with purchases. I have used my Visa for many purchases for this reason.
I contacted the regular Chase Visa line who said I wasn't upgraded. I asked to correct that retro the upgrade as I did it in XXXX and they said there was nothing they could about this.
I reached out to Ms XXXX XXXX at card executive services, and after three follow-up she never replied or returned a phone call.

Complaint: I was a victim of fraud/theft and they stole {$2000.00} from my debit card, some transactions utilized my Pin and some didnt. I reported the fraud to my Chase Bank branch in person the very next day. Chase refuses to return the funds. I have been waiting for over 20 days and nothing. I am now in the negative on my account by {$740.00}. I have never been treated with less care at a financial institution ; ever.
