Didn't receive advertised or promotional terms
Complaint: Hello, On XX/XX/2019 I applied for a united mileage card that had a promotional to receive XXXX bonus miles after purchases of XXXX and XXXX credit off first airline purchase. I had enrolled in the United airline mileage program, off the airlines website and the promotional populated with the promotional that I previously mentioned, then I applied. The website approved me for the United explorer mileage plus card. So, I purchased my airline ticket believing I will get the XXXX credit off my first statement purchase. Calling Chase, they told me I did not qualified due to the promotional was not for this card. So, there website approved me for something other than I was applying for. I feel like this is a bate and switch. The supervisor refuse to honor the promotional and I closed all my accounts with them. I have up loaded a picture of the promotional XX/XX/19. Please look into this. Thank you for your time and help.

Complaint: You are a XXXX XXXX who cant read and you should be fired. Instead of removing the inquiry from my credit report you are choosing to be negligent and I will sue you in federal court for this. You should reference XXXX v. XXXX XXXX and see how much they have paid in attorney fees against me. You are ignorant, XXXX and the definition of petty. You state yourself WE TRIED CALLING YOU ON XX/XX/2018, TO GO OVER THIS INFORMATION, BUT WE WERE UNABLE TO REACH YOU. That is because you didn't have authorization to run my credit anyway and that is why it needs to be removed. You XXXX XXXX if the inquiry was from me dont you think I would have answered? You XXXX! And I am not worried about calling you names, lets not forget our president calls XXXX football players XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX so thats exactly what I think Chase bank is, a XXXX XXXX for leaving a inquiry on my report which accounts for 10 % that is not mine. You will pay for this since you choose not to remove it you XXXX.

Complaint: Friday on XX/XX/2019 at around XXXX I was scammed by someone claiming to sell tickets. I've never been scammed before so this came as a shock. I transferred {$80.00} through XXXX with XXXX and then the person committing fraud blocked me and I never received my item. I called my bank ( Chase ) as soon as it happened and they told me they will not refund the money or even dispute it. XXXX will not even talk to me because the money was transferred through my bank.

Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX, I opened a Chase Online Total Checking account using the sign-up bonus link, which states you will receive a {$200.00} reward after making a direct deposit of atleast {$500.00} within 60 days to qualify for the bonus. So this is exactly what I did, I waited 10 business days, and they never gave me my reward. Then I called the bank around 60 days after opening the account, they told me that I was not eligible because there wasn't a coupon code, but on the link for the reward it says the coupon code is " automatically '' applied.

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: A letter dated XX/XX/2019 stated chase services could not help me with my dispute any longer. The dispute arises from merchandise which I returned to XXXX XXXX home security via XXXX on XX/XX/2019. The credit was sent back to my account on with chase card services on XX/XX/2019 ending in XXXX. This credit has not appeared on my account number ending in XXXX. In the written communication from Chase they did NOT provide all transactions only statements without showing credits. In addition I had asked to begin civil litigation procedures on this matter yet chase did not provide me with person or location for process of service which is required on all corporate fillings in the state where I live, California. I would like to resolve this matter but the date that Chase gave me to to resolve this matter was XX/XX/XXXX without providing any justification or public law reference for their decision. The equipment was not received by XXXX XXXX until XX/XX/2019 and my chase account ending in XXXX was never credited even though XXXX XXXX sent the refund back to Chase on XX/XX/XXXX. So I would like to understand the public laws and corporate codes that Chase is allowed to operate in the State of Califonia under this circumstance of not providing my credit, then not providing a person a location for process of service within my local jurisdiction and finally under what public law ordinance is Chase allowed to behave in this manner?

Credit card company isn't resolving a dispute about a purchase on your statement
Complaint: A company, XXXX XXXX, charged my card 3 times on XX/XX/2019 in the amount of {$190.00} each time. JP Morgan/Chase approved the charges. I received a call from XXXX XXXX telling me the charge did not go through on my account and asked for an additional credit card. Before providing another credit card information, I checked my account and found the 3 charges. I requested XXXX XXXX to reverse the charges and to cease charging my account. I informed them, in writing via email, that I revoke any authority of charging my card.
I contacted JP Morgan/Chase at XXXX and spoke with a representative - XXXX. She refused to help me so I asked to speak with a supervisor. XXXX in XXXX, MO answered the line and refused to help.
Chase 's solution is to allow the fraudulent charges to complete on my account and then I am to contact Chase to again dispute the charges and they will review the situation at that time.
I informed XXXX that the charges are fraudulent and should be removed. He said that he can not do that. I explained that he was supporting fraud and NOT protecting his client. His response is that he understands but he can not do anything.
In the interim, I must allow a company to charge my card, receive fraudulent funds, and then dispute the charge with Chase Bank.
With this type of service, it is not surprising thieves thrive.
I am very upset about Chase 's response to reported fraudulent activity - and their refusal to protect their clients.

Complaint: The closing date was clearly socialized to the lender, for a XX/XX/XXXX closing. At every step and every document I sent over, I asked in writing if we were still on track to close on time, and I was told yes. At the very end of the process, I was told 5 days ago that I was required to do something previously, and only given 1 single day to perform this task, and the request for this was made in the evening, after business hours. There was no prior indication of a deadline for when this task needed to be completed, nor any mention that it was an impediment to closing on time. Furthermore, I was not informed until today via phone call that because of a change in purchase price, the lender is required to request an approval from the third party appraiser on the change in price, wherein the change was to drop the purchase price down to the appraised value. This comes as a shock because I sent over the signed addendum to change the purchase price 10 days ago, but the request on the lender 's side to get this alleged required approval for final underwriting was not submitted until this morning, XX/XX/XXXX. When I asked for a written response as to why the delay occurred, I was given a vague statement and blanket apology, and no real reason for why the process was delayed, nor why the request was not made previously.
Late this afternoon, the lender reached out to the title company to request a change to the closing date to next Monday, XX/XX/XXXX.
As a result, I am incurring more costs in rent, and the seller is incurring more costs in their HOA fee and property tax which should have stopped after today.

Complaint: I opened a XXXX dollar Chase Total Checking account on XX/XX/2018 from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Somehow my account escalated to a XXXX dollar prepaid account. I figured this was interest I earned from including Chase in my XXXX dollar XXXX account. However this money was used to make unauthorized buys and sells on my XXXX app called Chase Total Checking XXXX which in my opinion lessened the values of my XXXX considerably. After all, I started off making a fortune. Chase 's wi-fi got into my XXXX and possibly altered its configuration. In my XXXX XXXX XXXX app it said that Chase would hold daily 10s of thousands of dollars payoffs to be held for 9 days and then paid to my account ending in XXXX. These payments never happened. Chase of XXXX XXXX, Texas informed me that my account was blocked due to insufficient funds and sent my gold to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, New Jersey. I have the tracking numbers and account numbers of all of these transactions if you need them. I also have a print out of coin amounts, Merchant and Coin ID numbers. These coins are very valuable to me and I want them back.

Complaint: My Mortgage was recently sold from JPM Chase to a Mortgage company called XXXX XXXX. I received notification of this around XX/XX/XXXX from Chase Home Loan. I was with Chase since the existence of this loan form XX/XX/XXXX. I understand the terms that this could be done at anytime during the course of the length of this loan. The reason I'm filing a complaint with the CFPB is that my credit score as of today has dropped 13 points. and the reason is because Chase has indicated on all 3 credit reporting agencies that my mortgage loan is CLOSED! In big bold red letters indicating ACCOUNT CLOSED. A note from my credit monitoring service says between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX it appears Chase has closed a mortgage account in my name. I called Chase to inquire about this and they transferred me to a person who handles credit reporting in that department at Chase. After asking for my personal demographics to identify me, he looked at what Chase has placed on my report and he says it says transferred, But I told him it says closed and this has caused my credit score to go down considerable. They asked if my new loan holder was on my credit report. I said no. I have had a 23 year credit history with Chase home loan now they have caused incorrect credit scoring on my report. The he says wait 2-3 months and your score will increase with the new mortgage company. Like he wants me to wait to start over something it took me almost 30 years to build up
