IQ Data Int - original lender XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - {$3500.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX - original lender XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX - {$3500.00} Apartment fraud - XXXX filed 2 charges, never provided final move out notice per leasing agent. This apartment agreed to terminate my lease with a move out fee, which I submitted by personal check in XX/XX/2016 but was told I had to wait for final move out notice. The new company I went to work for agreed to pay my relocation charges, and made sure my package included this amount. The final move out balance check was never cashed by XXXX and then an employee of XXXX provided my estranged ex husband with my new address while under investigation for XXXX XXXX after my bank records were audited during the divorce. My ex husband learned my wearabouts because of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and began XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXl XXXX again!!!! Most unethical place ever!!!! I am homeless and now have 2 creditors calling me for the same charge. This needs to be resolved as no one ever gave me the final invoice and the apartment violated the family protection act.

Complaint: I followed proper protocol to end my lease with XXXX XXXX Apartments XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX FL XXXX XX/XX/2017. I have email confirmation that I proved to have my final bill sent so that I could make plans to resolve it. To this date I have not received a breakdown of any amount owed. I have attempted to contact the leasing office for this information and have not received a response. I believe it was XX/XX/2018 I was contacted by a company called IQ Data demanding I pay them. I attempted to advise them I would like a break down of what was owed. IQ data advised they do not have an account number nor could they provide me of a breakdown for what they were saying I owed. The person was very rude and nasty to me. I asked to speak to a manger who was argumentative and rude. I sent the leasing office another email and have not received a response to it yet. I am asking for anything owed to be considered XXXX for the way I was unfairly treated or at the bare minimum to decrease the amount owed and send me a break of the total amount they say I owe and why. Thank you in advance for any assistance that you can provide with this very unpleasant matter. I have XXXX the address for IQ Data and will be sending them a copy of my concerns along with a copy to the leasing office

Second, they hurt my credit score so bad that I might not be able to get a mortgage, the interest rate would be much higher than what I supposed to have even I can qualify for a loan. Third, I have been suffering emotional stress in the process of finding solution and communicating with XXXX XXXX XXXX. and I.Q Data. Forth, I might lose the chance of buying my first home. I might need to pay more in future if I don't buy the house now. I was employed by a company in XXXX, AL from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. During this two-month period, I stayed in the company offered apartment at XXXX XXXX XXXX. I no longer live in the apartment after I left the job. I found out that there is a {$2000.00} collection on me when I tried to get a mortgage to buy my first house in XXXX, XXXX. And, my credit score dropped to XXXX. I called I.Q. Data International, INC whose contact information was listed on my credit report, and found out that it was XXXX XXXX XXXX. put the collection on me. I filed dispute immediately on XX/XX/XXXX. I also contacted the company I worked for in AL. I lived in XXXX XXXX XXXX for only two month in XXXX because it was company-offered lodging. The company I worked for renew the rental lease in XXXX, XXXX and the company terminated the lease before it ended. According to the manager of the company, the early termination of the lease was because XXXX XXXX XXXX. did not repair water damage in the unit, the unit was not suitable for living, and XXXX XXXX XXXX. refused to switch a good unit for the company. Then the company has to terminate the lease. XXXX XXXX XXXX hires I. Q. Data to collect whatever they think the company need to pay. Long story short. No matter what happened between XXXX XXXX XXXX and the company I worked before, it should not be my responsibility to pay for whatever between them. I did not sign the rental lease. Even though XXXX XXXX XXXX. lists me as a roommate in XXXX, I should NOT be a roommate for XXXX when they started a new lease. I was neither a leasee nor a roommate. XXXX XXXX XXXX. and I.Q Data are misusing my information. They should contact the company to solve the problem instead of putting the debt on me.

Complaint: Back in XX/XX/XXXX, IQ Data called my cell phone requesting a payment for a debt that accrued through my old apartment complex. I was unaware of the debt due to me giving proper notice to vacate the property. When I was contacted via telephone I was told that if I didnt pay my debt that my kids would never go to college because they were going to make a permanent mark on my credit report. I began to seek legal advise regarding this issue. I was unable to follow through with hiring a lawyer. On XX/XX/XXXX I paid my debt off. I was told that this would be taken off my credit report and that the debt was settled. In XX/XX/XXXX I applied for a rental property and was denied due to this still being on my credit report. It is showing a large sum being due. I called the IQ data on XX/XX/XXXX to inquire why this was still showing up on my report. They stated that although the debt was settled and i was not responsible for further payment, I still had a portion that needed to be paid off. I have the receipt of the payment I made back in XX/XX/XXXX, it shows a XXXX balance remaining and releases me from this debt. The amount that was due was {$1100.00}. The amount settled on and I paid was {$940.00}. This was paid on XX/XX/XXXX. I have been denied housing because of this company. They made sure to keep up with their threat of permanently ruining my credit report. I will not be able to rent a property or get approved for a loan to purchase a house due to this. Complaint: On or about XX/XX/XXXX, I had to move out of my apartment due to being relocated for a new job. I turned in my notice to vacate the residence, along with the keys to the landlord. Per my lease agreement, I was on a month to month lease, and according to Florida Statue 83.595 ( 1 ), ( 2 ), or ( 3 ), we selected choice 2, in which we did not agree to liquidated damages or an early termination fee. I also did not receive a proper accounting of security deposits in which we paid since we have moved in on XX/XX/XXXX. I have since attempted to contact the property management company who did not assist in trying to correctly remedy this problem. I understand that I owe 1 month rent, minus the additional security deposit that they owe me, or to apply towards the balance owed. Once this is corrected, I will then work out an arrangement to remedy this balance.

Complaint: I have been dealing with IQ Data and they were refusing to send me the information as I explained I gave my previous apartment complex my forwarding information two times and was sent to collection. I explained I had gotten the proof and literally had to beg them to send me the information. The calls were supposedly recorded and they were condescending and questioning fact I have background in collections and they called me yesterday before I got the information again saying I explained the bill so you should pay and I said not till I see the exact documents. The collector questioned because I have been in the business then I should know what the deal is. I had initial call for representative on XX/XX/18 and when I asked for a manager I got one indicating they were going to report to my credit bureau and I indicated I hadn't even received information. I called back and got a receptionist who hung up on me as wouldn't put me through to a manager. On XX/XX/18 I called yesterday and asked to speak to XXXX XXXX the director based on all the problems I had with the agency and was told the director doesn't talk to debtors and I offered to give my name and number so XXXX could call me and the representative refused to take my information. I ended up paying the water portion of bill but I informed XXXX XXXX the Operations Manager all the issues I had with their collectors and the smart allic answers and the fact not waiting for me to even see proof of bill

Complaint: I contacted IQ Data International regarding an outstanding debt that appeared on my Credit Report. IQ Data International informed me that they would reduce the total balance due to {$3500.00}, accept payment of {$1700.00} today ( XXXX ) and send me a letter/receipt showing that my outstanding balance would be {$1700.00}, due by XX/XX/XXXX. After I made payment of {$1700.00}, IQ Data International sent me a letter ( via email ) saying that I owed {$3500.00} due byXX/XX/XXXX. I contacted IQ Data International and asked for a " receipt '' for the {$1700.00} that I paid, including a remaining balance-due notice. IQ Data International refused to send me a written-receipt of payment and remaining balance due. When I reminded them that that was a violation of our agreement and illegal, IQ Data International said that I was committing fraud if I did not pay them. Regardless, I ordered a stop-payment from my bank and notified them of this illegal behavior. IQ Data International representatives were very hostile and made no attempt to honor our agreement or the law when they refused to provide a receipt of payment.
