Complaint: I have attempted to dispute the account with Hunter Warfield with the credit bureaus and they have indicated that the account has been updated. I would like to add that this company is not licensed to do business in the State of Michigan. As such, I am asking that they discontinue reporting that I owe a debt to them. With my recent dispute to the credit bureau, they have also updated my report, adding a family member 's name to the credit report. She has not pulled her report to confirm if they are reporting but if they are, I am requesting that they remove this information immediately.

Complaint: I've sent multiple letters to this agency about this not being my account. After being advised by identitytheft.gov I've completed and sent a fraud affidavit via certified mail. I can see they received it but nothing has changed. See supporting documents. even the USPS tracking. I am a victim of identity theft and noticed a collection from HUNTER WARFIELD. I've attempted to dispute multiple times, however, no response on their end. Not sure what else to do. The police department told me to contact the federal trade commission which I wrote a formal complaint against HUNTER WARFIELD in regards to this matter. The FTC also instructed me to complete and theft affidavit through identity theft.gov. Attached is my document. Thank you

XXXX stated that she checked he system and wasn't sure of why her company is listed on my credit report. She then stated that she is the assistant manager and she is not sure the debt is even true. She advised me to contact Hunters Warfield and see what information they have because if its being reported by them then that means they no longer own the debt and she doesn't want to discuss something that she knows nothing about. On XX/XX/2018 I contacted the XXXX in regards to a listing on my credit report. I spoke to a rep by the name of XXXX Id # ( XXXX ) I advised him that I wanted to file a dispute with a company called Hunter 's Warfield in the amount of {$470.00}. XXXX was very unhelpful, he basically refused to file my complaint. I contacted Hunters Warfield on XX/XX/2018 and spoke to the rep by the name of XXXX Id # ( XXXX ). I contacted her because I was concerned with this item that listed on my XXXX report and also listed on my Husbands XXXX, XXXX, XXXX report. XXXX advised me that she has no item in her system for this amount and was unaware of the account in questioned. On XX/XX/2018 I contacted the National Legal Aid for assistance

Complaint: I was on a apartment lease for six months. After my six months came up I had left the apartment and they said I broke the Contract because I didnt give My two months notice. Which clearly I didnt know. it was a simple mistake which is money I never own them or didnt pay .. The six-month I was there I paid my rent on time and all that you know it was a apartment lease. The only thing is I dont understand is why they charging XXXX if I didnt own them that money And they still kept my whole deposit didnt get nothing back from that. Receive All this calls daily and just thinking about this gives me a headache which I dont really own them money. I feel this is an abuse from the collectors all they want is your money. Something they tend to do every day is call me. You know that really frustrates me and really annoy me. then sometimes people call And them seem to sound a bit rude and Disrespectful.

Complaint: I use my mobile phone for my XXXX XXXX, and at my job, as I'm not provided a phone to call my sales leads. The company, Hunter Warfield for the last 3 years have called me repeatably during my working hours after I have clearly stated to them multiple times to call me after my work hours. They have called me for the last 2 months, and after I have advised to call me after work hours. On XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX XXXX I received a call from " XXXX '', I advised her that I was at work and the number she was calling, was my work Number. she continued to speak and I advised her to call me after hours when I get out at work at XXXX XXXX, she ignored me and continued.. I disconnected the call after advising I was at work. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX, they called again. I advised the same, that i was at work, and this was my mobile work number and they shouldn't call me during this time, they continued to speak and I needed to disconnect the call. Today on XX/XX/XXXX, at XXXX, XXXX calls again and continues with her script. I advised her I'm at work and can not speak to her, that she is calling me mobile work number and need to call me after work hours ... she continued to speak, I disconnected the call. They have called me from Multiple Numbers. Dates Below. Complaint: Hunter Warfield Inc, was mailed a Certified and signed Cease and Desist Letter, in that envelope was also a notification detailing their Violation of my Fair Debt Collection Practice Act rights and a demand for remove the false information from all my credit reporting files immediately. Hunter Warfield Inc. has ignored my communication for removal of the information. Copies of the two separate documents mailed by certified USPS to Hunter Warfield Inc. are attached. Also attached is the USPS Certified stub and copy of the delivery confirmation of that envelop to Hunter Warfield Inc. I formally request this case be forwarded to the Federal Trade Commission for a violation of ( 809. Validation of Debts ). As stated in the copy of the letter attached that was mailed by certified USPS to Hunter Warfield Inc. Hunter Warfield Inc. made no attempt to notify me ( 30-day notification ) of the attempt to collect this alleged debt, it was simply placed on the credit reports in clear violation of my FDCPA rights to dispute and demand verification ( see attached copy of the letter attached that was mailed by certified USPS to Hunter Warfield Inc., titled Violation of Fair Debt Collection Practice Act. There has been no attempt to correct the FDCPA Violation since receipt of notification of those violations, per the certified letters mailed and received by Hunter Warfield Inc. The Emotional Distress of Hunter Warfield Inc actions are unmeasurable.

The problem I am having is I tried to lease an apartment from the original creditor and the place was really bad. I did not move in to the apartment. The first day I was suppose to move in I told them this is not safe for me and my family and I did not even touch the apartment. They called me harassed me and told me I owe them thousands of dollars even though I did not move in. Complaint: I started monitoring my credit using XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. Upon checking my credit report, all 3 major bureaus listed Hunter Warfield as collections. I have never had any accounts or dealing with this company. I did not sign any contracts with this company. I requested that they validate the account in which they are attempting to collect the debt by certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX. This company states that I owe them {$4300.00} and they are demanding that I pay this amount. They are insisting that this is my debt. However, it is not. They refuse to remove this information from my credit report, as it is wrong. Each month this company reports to the three credit bureaus raising the alleged amount of debt. This is proven to be injurious to my credit standing. I applied to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to refinance my vehicle but because of this debt reporting for the above amount stated they were unable to refinance my vehicle.

Complaint: This debt was previously deputed and deleted on XX/XX/XXXX. ( Proof attached ) The company then reasserted the debt without any notice. The orignal lease was from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX. The amount being collected is for XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX of which I did not apply for or request to sign a lease for. When requesting validation and verification, the company sent over forged documents altering the date from te original lease and changing the apartment unit. However, in doing so they failed to realize, the date the lease was printed and signed remained at the bottom of the lease. XX/XX/XXXX shows also on the back of the altered document. You can also see where the date line is crooked and drawn through after it was altered. ( I folded the paper to show the forged date and dates from the bottom of the lease. I can send in the document if needed ) This company continues to call my phone and harrass me, even after Ive instructed them to stop calling.

Complaint: I have filed 2 complaints with CFPB against Hunter Warfield for incorrectly reporting a debt on my credit report that is listed in someone else 's name. XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The company responded on XX/XX/XXXX, by providing documents to support their claim, however they are someone else 's documents. They supplied a copy of a lease with someone else 's name on it and shows an address that I have never resided. The lease provided by Hunter Warfield has a digital signature on it so I feel anyone could have made this up. The lease provided has a lease term date of XX/XX/XXXX so I have also attached a copy of my current lease that I signed with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, it's not possible that I had 2 separate leases with 2 different companies during the same time frame. Today I have filed a lawsuit with an attorney that works with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX.
