Complaint: I ordered my annual free report from " ChecxSystems '' Consumer Relations located at XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, MN XXXX XXXX and received it Saturday XX/XX/2018 in there it has variations of my First Name, Middle initial, and Last Name. There were 3 variations of my current address. I Called this morning XX/XX/2018 to ask the Rep. if he can consolidate my Name variations and address variations and he said " I apologize but I can not do that '' I asked him to check the manual or with the manager, since in the past I would make corrections on the " Big 3 '' credit reporting agencies and had relatively no problem fixing up and consolidating variations, but he was unwilling to help in this matter. This is why I am opening this complaint since I do not believe that corrections and consolidations can not be made. Letter is by me should, and I will upload it when asked. Thanks

I hold a joint account and one business account with XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. XXXXr XXXX refused to release copy of the consumer report obtained with my personal information attached to business member application with unintentional error. Company information was updated XX/XX/XXXX. Based on consumer reporting obtained through an unauthorized 3rd party, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX dba XXXX XXXX adversely affected my creditworthiness and trust with their financial institution in all business matters. I am a XXXX member and their acts were malicious, misleading, and cruel. Every month over the last 90+ days XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX/XXXX play with my consumer file as if I am an adolescent there is either additional erroneous conflicting information added and/or updated for dispute than they will update each credit XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX/XXXX one day apart either 2 or 3 times each month to stagnate my credit lowering the 100 points XX/XX/XXXX to present for accounts either settled or closed

Ive been scammed XXXX XXXX refuses to make deposit available and certegy is playing along. both doing Fruad and scamming people BE AWARE PEOPLE!

The only reason Certegy denied my checks was because the check number was too high. I explained to the customer service representative that I had been with XXXX XXXX for 38 year, talked with a bank officer and was told XXXX had no holds or outstanding checks on my account The customer service representative said Certegy used a formula to determine when checks will be approved or denied and based on that formula, my checks were denied.
