Complaint: I get repeated calls ( more than 5 a day ) from a company that shows up on my Caller I.D . as " NCO Financial Systems ''. Mind you, I signed up with " XXXX '' which intercepts robocalls. NCO Financial Systems ' calls are robocalls, because the phone only rings once, then stops ( this is how you know it 's a robocall ). But these calls from NCO happen all day, several times a day, and it is annoying. The calls start at XXXX XXXX, even on Sundays! I am tired of these calls ; when I try to put them on my " call block '' list, they just call from another number. The latest number they have called from is:XXXX. I just want these calls to stop!!

Complaint: Years ago, I think XXXX, I saw on a credit report that and old credit card debt from XXXX was charged off. Did not check again until I was informed by XXXX XXXX this month XXXX that there was a Judgment Lien on my credit report. NCO Portfolio had obtained a default judgment against me without any notice to dispute. I had no knowledge of the lien for almost seven years. I believe this debt was charged off and the sold to NCO who then tried to collect on an expired debt. I looked up NCO on your sight and found out I am not alone, that thousands of consumers are being punished for fraudulent and illegal practices committed by NCO. Now I found out NCO sold the same time-barred account to XXXX XXXX and they are continuing to try and collect the same account that was charged off by the original creditor. Looking at Consent Order XXXX I think I am XXXX of the Eligible Consumers who should have the judgment vacated and removed from my credit report. Thanks in advance for any information or help your organization can provide. I did learn that now I will check my credit report at least once a year.

Complaint: I keep getting calls at all hours, XXXX etc. XXXX. and I finally after XXXX calls got the heavy accented person to tell me the company calling me and my friends, relatives, is NCO from XXXX, florida. I told him I had turned him into the oregon state attorney generals office and the CFPB also, and he told me the case is closed, and now I will be served papers and sued from them and a company called XXXX XXXX XXXX whoever that is. He said it was a payday loan company, but I never took a loan with them. I asked why I hadnt recieved a bill and he couldnt answer that. The first call they wanted money over the phone, this call once I told him what I did, he said I would be served papers. On the internet there are lots of complaints about these people. They need to be stopped. I want to sue them if you will take my case. Please help me to make the phone calls stop. I have also filed a complaint with the state attorney generals office. Please feel free to contact me at XXXX during the day. I am XXXX and cant take much more of this harrassment. Thank You.

Complaint: In 2008 XXXX XXXX credit card forewarded a debt balance of {$110000.00} to NCO Collections Agency, l was out of work with no way to pay this debt, that accrued from XXXX XXXX credit card company. As NCO perused collections attempts from me, they decided to forward my account to their sister law firms. As NCO Collection persue to collect this debt, the debt increased with time. For each law office they sent the debt to. Fees, late charges, mail handling, and any other fee they could claimthe debt to this card added up. NCO also decided to garnish my wages while l had no job, and was unable to find work? The fees kept being added, until they thought to send garnishments to more than ( XXXX ) XXXX banks throughout the entire state of Oregon. I received return receipts for each and every letter they sent. The action they took rattled my nerves, how am l suppose to work to pay them the debt now it 's adding up to amounts unknow. Each time they sent me a letter l would respond. If you check with the XXXX XXXX courts you will see how many garnishments they sent against me In their letters it said l owed the balance at the present time with accruing interest rate of 9 % annual, with no end in sight to explain or allow me to ask questions. Like where are the payments l made before NCO Collection Agency stepped in? Being unable to find work l decided to forgo trying to work this debt out, due an increase every year onto the debt of 9 %. Once attorney General XXXX created these consumer protection laws for us l 'd be crazy or sick with stress wor ring how to pay this off so it became hopeless for me and I gave up and let XXXX step in, so here l am in this complaint from at this time.

Complaint: XXXX has called me several times and left a claim number. They are now calling and harrassing my family and ex husband. When I tried to call the number back it goes straight to a fast busy. I tried calling them back again and after many rings, a man named XXXX answered. He claimed I owed money for a payday loan back in 2012. It was for {$400.00} and they are the arbitration company and that I am being sued by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never taken a pay day loan from this company and check my credit report and there are no collections. I want these people to stop harrassing me and my family.
