Complaint: Regarding Equifax hack, it is impossible to request updated credit reports and security freezes due to high volumes ... despite repeated attempts. Why am I wasting my time trying to rectify their mistake? We did nothing wrong here. My expectation is that Equifax will : Provide monitoring until the end of my life AND will coordinate with XXXX and XXXX to do the same. Equifax will bear all costs associated with protecting all of those affected by the data breach. Seems like a simple ask for Congress and the CFPB.

I have sent affidavits, police reports, certified compliant/demand letters to Equifax Inc. They have continued to delete and than add accounts back on my credit file without providing evidence obtaining my signature. The following are accounts that Equifax Inc. added to my credit file without my permission nor evidence that these account are mine : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX was reported for same account as XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX I also told Equifax Inc. to remove the addresses not affiliated with me, those address is as followed : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NC XXXX My last certified letter that I sent Equifax was on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and they continued to keep my credit file the same or re-adding accounts and not providing me with actual proof with signatures that these accounts belong to me.
