Complaint: Virtually every day from XXXX until XXXX I have received anywhere from 2-7 phone calls from a XXXX number that asks for me by name. Several times the calls are dropped and the few times they stay on the line refusing to identify who they are. One time I gave them the information they requested and they told me that I owed a debt to XXXX. I told them I did n't believe that was the case but that if that was I would take it up with XXXX because i did not feel like giving out my information over the phone to a company i had never heard of. They told me that XXXX XXXX XXXX could not help me and that I must pay through them. I told them I would not be doing that. I subsequently paid this off through XXXX XXXX XXXX - meaning this debt collection agency not only called me obscene amount of times but also clearly lied to me.

Complaint: This debt collection company has been informed of my id theft issue properly by Receiving a copy of the fraud affidavit and continued to report it to the CRAs anyway. That affidavit is backed by seperate FTC reports and on several occasion have made it clear that it is a pay my bills situation when asked to explain myself and the docs I have them Z I have sent me several threatening letters promising legal action and made calls to my work.
