Complaint: I used to have account with XXXX including XXXX XXXX . Last year I moved to different city and request them to transfer XXXX XXXX account under my wife name . After 2 months they discounted the service saying that I owed them XXXX dollar and after paying that amount they restored the service again. In XXXX they started calling me to pay that amount again and started threatening to send for collection. . In XXXX I got letter from Diversified consultants for collections of XXXX( reference number XXXX). I called them and made them clear about the situation. Now they put this note on my credit file.

Complaint: We have received multiple telephone calls from a company called " Diversified Consultants, Inc. '' Their number is XXXX. They have called several times and just hung up when we answer the phone. I just called their number and spoke with a " XXXX XXXX. '' XXXX said he was calling for XXXX XXXX and that we were " headed to court. '' I told this XXXX we did not subscribe to XXXX, or rather tried to, but he continuously spoke over me, and refused to listen to me at all. We subscribe to XXXX and have for some time.

Complaint: Keep Receiving calls from Diversified Consultants, two of the numbers calling from are : XXXX & XXXX. They are asking for XXXX XXXX. My name is XXXX XXXX. There is no XXXX that resides at my address. I 've told them 4+ times over the past month, but they continue to call and call.
I do n't have any debt owed that is outstanding. XXXX is not a resident of this household. Please have them stop calling me.

Complaint: I contacted Diversified Consultants IncXXXX on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX concerning new information on my credit report from XXXX in the amount of {$460.00} that was opened in XXXX XXXX. I have not lived in an area that XXXX has serviced in about 5 years. I told the representative that this date was incorrect and that there is no way that this can be correct, I asked for the original bill to be sent to me to validate this amount and the date. The representative told me that my credit report would only show when they bought the debt and reported it, not the original date which I know is not true. I told the representative that that is not true and it should always reflect the original debt date and not the date they decided to make up. I was then passed on to a " supervisor '' who tried to feed me the same garbage. I asked numerous times for the original bill to validate everything, I was told that they do not actually have any bills and would have to request one from XXXX. The " supervisor '' told me I would be sent a bill and tried to hang up on me when I stopped him and told him he would need my address if he was going to send me the bill. At that point the " supervisor '' then said " oh, I was just about to get that from you. '' Once I ended the call with Diversified Consultants Inc. I called XXXX to see if I could get the bill. The XXXX representative told me that the original bill was from XXXX XXXX and that they no longer have any bill, the representative stated the bill was given to Diversified Consultants Inc. At this point I am being denied my right to validate this debt and if neither company can verify the debt with an actual bill then this should not be on my credit report at all.

Complaint: diversified consultants is collecting for XXXX. acct was back in XXXX I had no service or signal so I purchased air wave equipment to obtain signal. XXXX stated I needed a secondary line to connect the equioment. XXXX denied me access saying my account was not eligible. XXXX failed to provide a signal that would allow me to reach any service, therefore I canceled my account. I do no know what charges could of created such a high balance of XXXX I am not liable for any termination fees as XXXX breached their own contract. I am unable to obtain records since my account is inactive status. diversified is only a middle man however such disputed verified acct is damaging my credit and they refused to remove it. this account is also past statute reporting and was illegally reaged.

Complaint: Diversified Consultants has repeatedly called from XXXX ( enough that I put in a call block ) and recently from XXXX ( yesterday ) and XXXX which I answeredtoday, XX/XX/XXXX. They claim to be collecting an unpaid debt from XXXX. Today they said it was for some {$240.00}. I simply responded, both times, that I have n't had an account with XXXX in about a decade and hung up.
If it 's a legitimate debt then they can send me proof via snail mail. If it 's legit, they should have my address. The last time I checked, the USPS was still delivering. Since I have n't received any bills or threatening letters from XXXX, I can only conclude that this is a scam.

Complaint: I contacted Diversified Consultants Inc. on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX concerning a credit report account opened XXXX XXXX, XXXX for {$2200.00} by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I asked to receive validation of the debt with an original bill due to the fact I have had XXXX XXXX phone service for years now and the date they placed on my credit report was in no way accurate. The representative and her " supervisor '' told me that they do not actually have a bill and would have to request one and that the date on my credit report is not the original date but the date their company decided to put when they bought the debt. I know this to be illegal not to mention I am being refused my basic right as a consumer, being able to validate this debt with paperwork. The " supervisor '' tried to rush me off the phone saying I would be sent a bill in the mail once they tried to get it from XXXX XXXX XXXX without even having my current address. I stopped him and gave him my current address in which he stated " oh, I was just about to get that. ''

Complaint: The company in question is Diversified Consultants. I agreed to settle a XXXX account that I had and was promised that the account would be removed from my credit report and it never was. The original balance owed was {$1200.00} and The collection agency for XXXX agreed to remove this account from my credit report if I paid 50 % of the balance which was {$600.00}. I paid {$600.00} with a representative over the phone in XXXX 2017 and the account is still showing up on my credit report as Account legally paid in full for less than the full balance. This is not what was agreed upon and I would like this account fully deleted from my credit report. I feel that the representative I spoke with told me that this account could be removed from my credit report if I paid just to get a payment out of me and I do not think that this is right. Could someone who has the authority to remove this account please review my case? I have called Diversified consultants 3 times trying to get this matter resolved, but to no avail.

Complaint: Diversified Consultants, Inc ( DCI ) tried to collect on already invalidated, declared fraudulent account with XXXX XXXX. I have never owned a XXXX Phone or device in my life. I do not own this account and filed all the appropriate paperwork with XXXX and DCI to dispute the incorrect association of my name with this company. Both comapnies have assured me that I am not associated with this fraudulent account but DCI still filed a negative amrk against my credit today, XXXX/XXXX/XXXX. In violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act and also in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, they began making harassing phone calls in XXXX of this year using an auto-dialer to my cell phone, which I finally had to block. I sent them a " validation letter '' and they never replied.
I just sent another, certified mail this time. I have now filed a complaint against them with the Georgia Division of Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau of Georgia ( against DCI ), and against XXXX XXXX with the FTC 's Bureau of Consumer Protection.
This is a lot of hassle they are putting me through for {$2100.00} that I do n't owe. They assured me the account was not associated with me any longer after following all the stops. If they do not remove the mark, my next step is small claims court here in Georgia for : Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act Violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Defamation of Character I will seek punitive and statutory damages and an injunction against them illegally re-aging debt in our state.

Complaint: Although the debt attempt was not viable I paid the bill directly through XXXX. I then called Diversified Consultants, Inc. to report the bill had been paid again. Diversified confirmed the account was closed. I requested proof off payment and account satisfaction both via email and hard copy. I was told both should be received within 48 hours. I verified my email address 3 times. 9 days later I still never received confirmation. On XX/XX/XXXX I called again. I was again told the account was closed to satisfaction. I again requested confirmed and was told another 48 hours. I insisted on speaking with a manager after getting nowhere with the initial representative who stated they were helping me because they could not get ahold of the person who was handling my case. Someone representing themselves as a manager picked up the phone, said this is XXXX XXXX please hold. The phone was then left off the hook-on hold for over 30 minutes without my concern being addressed. Needless to say, I still do not have proof of payment. I even tried several times to access he online potal to print receipt myself and I only get back a message stating the account does not exist.

Complaint: Notified Diversified Consultants on XXXX-XXXX-2017 that negative item was placed on my credit report without notifying me, which is a clear vilation of the early-warning notice clause of FACTA section 623 (A)(7). This law requires all creditors and collectors to notify me by mail before placing negative items on my credit report. Requested Diversified Consultants to remove incorrect information off my credit report. More importantly, Diversified Consultants are in violation of FACTA section 623 (A)(7). Never received any mail from Diversified Consultants.

Complaint: My situation is that i have a Derogatory mark that is affecting my credit score, i have not been able to progress as much because this mark is really affecting me. I have now a mark by Diversified Consultants which they say i owe {$1500.00} from the Company XXXX.
I need your help because this is not a fair debt, when i was XXXX years old i purchase internet from XXXX, months later i received a bill for some pending payments wich i already paid, i went to the XXXX store and told the person who worked there at the time, and he verified us and told me that does charged were not supposed to be there, i was really young at the time so i assumed everything was taken care.
I am XXXX years old now, and i have this negative mark from XXXX in the amount of {$1500.00} which has affected my credit, i called the Company, and the collector Company also to dispute this issue and explain to them what really happened, and their response was that this debt is mine and i have to pay it. It is really frustating to have this mark in my credit for a debt of more tan 7 years, and i think is not fair to pay something that was not mine and supposed to be there.
I can not afford to pay this, the Company has not given me any options and dont want to help, i really need this to be settled and removed, i can not afford the payments and is not fair that for this i have negative marks in my credit score and history, i work really hard to help my family and pay my bills, i have been trying to ask for credit but everytime this issue comes up.
I appreaciate your assistance, this is my last resort to solve this inconvinience.

Complaint: I received a letter from Diversified Consultants, Inc dated XXXX/XXXX/XXXX attempting to collect a debt from XXXX in the amount of XXXX. This is the second attempt from a company claiming to be debt collections based on a debt I DO NOT OWE because after the first attempt from XXXX XXXX XXXX, I had already confirmed with XXXX that NO such debt exists. Diversified Consultants, Inc kept trying to call me multiple time daily over the past month until finally on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX around XXXX XXXX I returned their call. I tried to explain to them that the debt is not owed but they were adamant that it was and offered me a settlement offer ( only if I gave my card information over the phone ) at a bit of a discount. When I refused, the person at the other end of the line became hostile, pressuring me " Why? Why not? '' and although profanity was not used, the tone changed and he became quite unprofessional, going so far as to mock me for saying that I wanted to be able to pay the settlement price online, stating that it can only be done over the phone. I only asked to test this person, but I am confident through my conversations with XXXX that I have no debt. I have paid all my debt through XXXX online, promptly, since I can remember.
As an aside, each time they call they NEVER leave a voicemail and always call from different numbers. Even though the number stated on the bill is XXXX, I have received calls from the following ( to name a few ) : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX

Complaint: I have been more involved on what 's being reported n my credit report. I signed up for XXXX and XXXX XXXX and noticed that there were a few collections on my report that I was not aware of. I called the original creditor which was XXXX and spoke to a rep. I provided my information the rep and informed him that XXXX is reporting me to a collection agency stating that I had service with them. I provided the rep with additional information to search for this account that 's in collections and the rep provided me with an address that I have never resided at. I informed the rep that I have a fraud alert on my credit report due to my identity being used before which the rep noted on this fraudulent account he pulled up. I thought that would have resolved the issue, but it was still being reported on my credit report. I then disputed online to the collections agency who is reporting me in which after the investigation the results was that the debt was valid. I reached out to them numerous of time asking for proof, or documentations with my signature but they were unable to provide me with that information. I have never lived at the address that was reported on that account, I have also never agreed to this fraudulent debt being mine, and never owned any debt to XXXX
