Complaint: Diversified consultant ( bill collector ) calls me and go through the usual acknowledgment process. I tell them I am not interested in taking care of the bill. They would say okay be we are just trying to keep this bill from going on your credit. I told them to let it go on there and they said okay we will remove your number. I have over 7 to 10 blocked numbers from them and the lastest block is from today at XXXX.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX began calling us on XX/XX/XXXX 2017, the claim was not identified at the time and the caller was extremely aggressive in trying to collect a debt of {$220.00}. Once I explained to them that we are stationed overseas so it was past XXXX ( XXXX local ) which violates their rules as well we have no idea the service because she did not identify the claim at hand. She was even more aggressive in trying to collect to which I cancelled the call and blocked the service provider. Since then we would still receive multiple calls from the service from different numbers throughout the morning and the course of the day and late into the evening. The calls became harassment very quickly with no information on the claim, finally I was able to force a caller to give us the claim information which came to XXXX XXXX XXXX under XXXX XXXX. The issue is we have never heard of this company and we only had one provider for the past 3 years how we contacted and said our account debt free since we left the country. The caller became angry and refused to give any information stating to google it ourselves and I cancelled the call. After speaking to all of our banking services and checking our credit reports we saw no sign of this magical debt we apparently owe.

Complaint: Last XX/XX/XXXX, I sent this company a notice to this company to let them know that I am sending them a restrictive endorsement check. This company received the said letter last XX/XX/XXXX. They responded last XX/XX/XXXX but in their response, there is no mention of anything with regards to the notice they 've received. Last XX/XX/XXXX, as shown on the attached certified mail receipt, they received another letter from my enclosed is a check to pay the balance they are collecting. At the back of the check states the condition required for them to be able to cash the check. The condition is that, check can only cashed if the derogatory information will be deleted by this company. This company then cashed the check last XX/XX/XXXX. Even up to know XXXX has not removed the negative item from my credit report breaching our agreement. I have my XXXX ready to be filed as shown in the attached documents if with the third and final request, XXXX will not comply to the agreement the entered.

Complaint: I have tried multiple times to communicate via phone and in writing with this company. I have shown proof that I do not have a file in their office. I have never HAD AN ACCOUNT, ATTEMPTED TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT, DID BUSINESS WITH, OR TOOK OUTN A LOAN with this company. Upon calling their office and providing my full name, dob, and social security number the representative was not able to find a file with my name. I spoke with multiple representatives including a manager. No one was able to find my account. I attempted to explain it is on my CBR. The manager asked me to dispute the account through the collection agency. I tried and they stated it was the original creditor that had to receive the dispute. I have tried multiple times to dispute. I have requested on two separate occasions via the USPS validation of this debt. I included a copy of my US Social Security card showing my full name and social security number. I requested VOD on XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. I provided my full name and mailing address. I have not received VOD. I suspect they are unable to verify a debt that does n't exist in my name. I am respectfully demanding what the law states. They have no provided VOD within 30 days. They do not have evidence of an account in my name. There are no records in my name housed by their company, previous company, or collection agency. I am demanding full credit bureau deletion immediately. I would like the account closed or in the least removal of my social security # and/or name from the file. Additionally, removing my mailing address and phone number from the file if it has been added DUE to MY written correspondence.

This law requires all creditors and collectors to notify me by mail before placing negative items on my credit report. Requested Diversified Consultants to remove incorrect information off my credit report. More importantly, Diversified Consultants are in violation of FACTA section 623 ( A ) ( 7 ). Never received any mail from Diversified Consultants.
