Complaint: Previously, contact was made with Diversified Consultants Inc in regards to a XXXX Account XXXX. I have sent letters and requests that they validate, not verify a debt that they are attempting to collect from me. I specifically asked for a signed agreement and other supporting documentation. All I receive from Diversified Consultants is copies of old bills as their form of validation which does not sufficiently prove that I am obligated to pay them anything. They have reported delinquent and incorrect information that I am asking to be removed.

Complaint: Around XXXX of 2018 I disputed a debt that was reporting on my credit files by a collection agency called XXXX XXXX. The debt was fraudulent and was removed XX/XX/2018. A new collection agency called Diversified Consultants is now reporting the same debt that I had removed due to fraud. Diversified Consultants is attempting to collect on a debt that was demmed fraudulent. This company is attempting to collect on fraudulent debts that they clearly do NOT own and can not validate.

Complaint: This company has violated the fair credit consumer act 15 USC section 1681i,. They have reported something on my credit report illegally not mine, I received a letter from this company on dated XX/XX/2019 on the letter, stating I owe a debt to them, I immediately sent a certified letter to validate the debt on XX/XX/2019 because I never had a bill or recognize this company.On XX/XX/2019 they reported the item on all three of my credit reports. It hasnt been 30 days from date of letter, an Ive never had any business with this company. Please advise them to remove this account from my reports, because it isn't mine, also they have violated the 15 USC section 1681i act.. If its not updated I will sue!!!

This was a report ran by XXXX, where it shows back in XXXX of 2017 an attempt to collect a debt was sent by XXXX over to a debt collection agency called Diversified Consultant. I have gotten to the bottom of this and have since settled the debt in full. The two companies said they can not take it off my credit report, so a friend of mine recommended I reach out to CFPB for help. I believe this old collection is hurting my credit score, and was hoping for some help getting this taken off so that my scores can increase. This debt happened in a time when I did not have a job, but that is no longer the case, I now have a stable job and a stable income. Would it be possible to help get this taken away? Collection Details : Account Name : Diversified Consultants Original Creditor : XXXX Open Date : XX/XX/2017 Further Details : I settled this debt in 2017, by making one payment in XX/XX/2017 of {$360.00}, and made the second and final payment in XX/XX/2017, of {$360.00}. Complaint: Known that debt had to be paid, had a major health issues starting in XX/XX/2018, funds were not always available to pay my bills in full/on time, explained the situation, closed account and asked for the final bill and to get the FINAL amount owed for the Cable Service ( Internet, TV, phone service ). Promised to pay {$50.00} dollars per month to original creditor, but to no avail, it was sent to this collection agency Diversified Consultants and it has been a nightmare ever since, and Diversified Consultants stated that I did not keep with the previous arrangement I made with the in XX/XX/2018, and it ( the account ) will be sent back to the original Creditor XXXX/XXXX. contacted original Creditor to make a final arrangement to pay them back at the rate of {$50.00} dollars per month or more to relieve this debt. But they are still constantly phoning me and they placed it in collection on my credit report, as they told me that it wouldn't as I had made a previous arrangements with them to pay {$50.00} a month, and this is not so, as I received a copy of my free credit report from XXXX and it is showing in collection and am awaiting the reports from XXXX, and XXXX.

Complaint: For the past 4 years I have been requesting additional information pertaining to my credit report and a collections debt with Diversified Consultants and the Collections agency would take it off without providing the information I would request but then it would reappear.I then reached out to Diversified Consultants and they told me I had to reach out to the original creditor which was XXXX and I was required by XXXX to send a notarized statement of dispute due to identity theft along with additional information stating that I was a victim of Identity theft. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent all required information XXXX requested. I included a copy of the notarized statement of dispute, proof of my address at the time the account was opened ( which I was told by the collections agency that it was XXXX but they could not provide a specific date ), a copy of my XXXX Tax Return ( which I was a resident of the state of Georgia when the account was opened according to the year they provided. ) and a copy of the police report filed on XX/XX/XXXX confirming that I was a victim of identity theft due to my wallet being stole in a XXXX parking lot in XXXX, Ohio. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX sent a correspondence stating that my fraud claim was denied based upon possible reasons concerning account information. On XX/XX/XXXX I sent a request asking XXXX to verify exact what it was that caused for my claim to be denied so I could know what steps I would need to take next and also because it my right according to the FCRA to know and understand why I am liable for the debt when my identity was stolen. XXXX then replied on XX/XX/XXXX asking for a notrized copy of my ID and a copy of the police report in which I all required information again on XX/XX/XXXX. I recently received my most recent correspondence from XXXX Fraud Managing stating that my claim was again denied and it was the same denial that was sent on XX/XX/XXXX in which they provided me with no additional information on my fraud claim but only the reason why it may have been. this has caused me an extreme amount of mental and emotional stress and it has also caused me to be denied for many credit opportunities. A few months back another company tried to claim I owed XXXX money. Now I see Diversified Consultants is claiming I owe a debt that I had already paid in full. This debt is not valid and I demand to see proof that it is owed. I demand to see proof that I have not already settled this account, and that my last large payment was not all the money owed at the time I paid it. I need to see the original signed contract otherwise this mark against my credit needs to be removed immediately. This is affecting my current credit score greatly, and it is very upsetting to have to deal with this again.

Complaint: I had alarm services with XXXX XXXX XXXX and there were constant issues with the service and after notifying XXXX XXXX XXXX that I wanted to discontinue services, they suggested that I keep the services and notify them again at the end of month. This was around XXXX and XXXX. I figured that because I could not get internet connection, interruptions, and faulty alarm systems that the services had been discontinued from my initial request. The following collection accounts have negatively impacted my credit scores and because of the service failure from XXXX XXXX XXXX and overall negative experience, I would like these deleted from all three credit reporting agencies. I also was not properly set up to access the actual account so I was surprised when I was contacted about these collections after two years.
