Complaint: I was delinquent in mortgage payments with Ditech which are now caught up. This is my Homestead. Meanwhile, a different company was sent to my home and because I was away from home, they broke into my home by breaking a door then they drilled out a second door lock, they wintereized and padlocked my home. They ruined the gate to my property. They STOLE ITEMS out of my house. I am BEING LIED TO about my account by Ditech representatives when I call and complain or try to get to the bottom of things. I was talked over and not given any respect nor the opportunity to ask the questions I needed to ask. Customer Service is no help at all. I want to stop the process but do n't know how because no one will tell me. It appears 2 additional companies are now involved. Charges are mounting up for expenses that are inappropriate now that my house payments are current. I am XXXX and I am being harassed because I am XXXX and a XXXX. Circumstances put me behind but I have worked through them and I can now make my payments on time.

Complaint: XXXX Mortgage has been reporting delinquencies to the credit bureaus for XXXX XXXX through XXXX XXXX. I did a modification of mortgage with XXXX as servicer for XXXX in XXXX through XXXX [ XXXX ID : XXXX ]. In a letter from XXXX they confirmed that they did not obtain this loan as a result of the XXXX Chapter XXXX XXXX bankruptcy filing under case XXXX. The servicing rights to the loan were sold to Green Tree Servicing and my account number with them was XXXX. XXXX did an Assignment of Mortgage to Green Tree Servicing on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX and it is recorded in Official Records Book XXXX, Page XXXX, Public Records of XXXX, Florida. After the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission fined Green Tree, Green Tree Servicing merged into a new company called Ditech XXXX XXXX, who is now the servicer only has records back to XXXX XXXX per a letter I received from Ditech on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I have disputed this incorrect information being reported to the credit bureaus and they have come back as 'verified ' but none of the entites remain except Ditech who does not have any information in their records from prior to XXXX. This is an issue I need resolved.

Complaint: My mortgage company DiTech has not paid the last installment of my XX/XX/XXXX taxes to the town and now the town is placing a lean on my property. I have had issues with Ditech several months after they assumed the mortgage at the end of XX/XX/XXXX, as they replaced the property address with my billing address. I called the company repeatedly trying to have them correct the address change - which was not cleared in the system. At one point the customer service person told me that I was wrong on the address and to stop bothering them. I was so angered as if one holds a note on a property, you would think they would know the correct street address, town, state the property resides. At some point early in XX/XX/XXXX, I was told the paperwork was corrected but of course, this was not the case. As a result, the taxes were sent in XX/XX/XXXX to the wrong county/state for XX/XX/XXXX. My accountant noticed the incorrect address when receiving my tax paperwork in XX/XX/XXXX from Ditech. I immediately started making phone calls to find out the taxes were never paid for XX/XX/XXXX and this was XX/XX/XXXX. I informed Ditech and they told me they paid the taxes as checks were sent out that week I called. But come to find out taxes were not paid until end of XX/XX/XXXX and it was a partial payment. This week the town is going to put a lean on my property for outstanding taxes for XX/XX/XXXX. I again have called repeatedly and they keep telling me they will look into the issue. I have asked for a supervisor to call me back but with no response. The customer service person accused me of not leaving a message with the supervisor and hanging up. This organization is the worst with repeated misinformation, lack of response and follow-up, inability to do the job they are entrusted to perform and rude customer service accusations. I have paid on time and never missed a payment and expect them to act with diligence as this lean could affect my personal credit. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Due to lack of communication from DiTech, and the fact that I tried to discuss my account with numerous representatives to find out where the discrepancies were, they should immediately remove the late mark from my credit report. THE FACT THAT IT TOOK SO LONG TO WORK THIS OUT IS UNACCEPTABLE! The constant different information from different representatives is also unacceptable! The loan mod was not the greatest either. They extended the term to 40 years @ 4 % and moved the loan to Ditech. We have been making payments direct to Ditech ever since. The Chp XXXX was completed and discharged in XXXX, XXXX. Ditech has refused to acknowledge the completion of Chp XXXX and have not reported to any credit bureau that we have been making payments direct to them for the last 3 plus years. Complaint: I was contacted by Ditech mortgage company stating I had not paid my property taxes. I contacted them and told them the taxes were already paid. They then told me, I needed to contact the tax office and request they send them back their money. They also told me that they were changing my mortgage payment adding in escrow to the loan. I have had this loan for 18 years and have always paid my insurance and taxes. I have made several calls to them to resolve this issue to no avail. The original mortgage company, XXXX XXXX did something similar with insurance they stated I did not pay and I fought with them for several years before giving in because they were charging late fees, even though I had paid the insurance. Now they have changed their name and doing it over again, I feel they are extorting money from me.

In XXXX XXXX, I received a delinquent tax bill from my county for school and county taxes. When I called Ditech, looking at my online account, which registered approximately {$5000.00} in escrows and only had an " earthquake insurance '' ( I live in PA, and do not have earthquake insurance ) payout scheduled for less than {$500.00}. The customer service agent told me I do n't have tax escrows on my account, when clearly I should have tax escrows set up, and the " earthquake '' insurance was coded incorrectly. It has been over a week since I alerted Ditech to the issue, forwarded a copy of my tax bills, and a copy of my Closing Disclosure reflecting that tax escrows should have been set up and tax escrows were collected at closing. My taxes have still not been paid. This is completely unacceptable and if I end up with a tax lien on my house, I am not sure what I will do. I 'm not sure why Ditech can not cut me a check of MY money sitting in my escrow account so I can pay the tax bill myself. Please help.
