Complaint: An ACH debit came into the account ( XXXX ) which there were not enough funds to cover on XXXX XXXX, 2019. The payment was supposed to be returned unpaid but instead Discover pulled money from another one of my accounts as overdraft protection.The problem is I never setup nor agreed to overdraft protection.I asked Discover for proof such as a date that I signed up, a letter, or email confirmation and they were not able to locate any such documentation. I asked them to stop the transfer that was pending but they claimed they were unable to. This was an unauthorized transaction from my account as I never signed up for overdraft protection but all they said was I had to because they can't on there end. This caused other payments where the scheduled to come out to be in jeopardy.

Complaint: I bought a watch on XXXX that was supposed to look like a XXXX but with no branding. It was supposed to be two watches. I received the package from some random country in the XXXX XXXX. It contained only ONE ( 1 ) watch, which was a poor, cheap, extremley bad XXXX branded replica watch. In the listing it stated a model for i guess a replica watch, which if you look up the model name " XXXX XXXX '' you can see it is a very high end, very authentic looking XXXX branded replica which i did not know til AFTER this whole ordeal. I provided all this proof that i only received one watch, a poor replica, even sent this comparison pictures of the products and discover still went against me.
ANYONE with two eyes and a brain can see these are NOT the same watches, i was duped, scammed, defrauded, any other word for a scam! These are NOT the same watches, i paid for a XXXX XXXX, either way i did not knowingly buy a replica watch. I ordered two and received one.
In the end, i filed a complaint with ebay, they voted in my favor and have the email but they banned me from ebay/paypal and while they told me i was refunded or would be refunded i never was. When i called them they proceeded to tell me they had issue in their system to refund my to my DISCOVER card and they themselves told me to dispute the charge and i would be refunded no problem.
CLEARLY these is a problem, the seller sent a letter to XXXX saying a " XXXX XXXX '' is not a replica XXXX when a simple XXXX search clearly shows it is, as well as the proof ive provided.
the seller one sent me ONE ( 1 ) watch when i ordered TWO ( 2 ) watches. So even if Discover were to want to scam me, i should only be charged 50 % of the total amount.
DISCOVER has been trying to scam me for months, i have provided undisputable proof of the charge not being valid and that i should be refunded in full. I provided email of ebay awarding my refund to my discover that DISCOVER themselves asked for, now they are ignoring it when for months thats what they requested. Now they are attempting to take money from me over a cheap, counterfeit XXXX. I will forward this complaint to XXXX themselves in hopes they take a stand against Discover since they are allowing customers to get scammed by the worst looking replica XXXX watch on the market, this is {$5.00} watch in a back alley and not the $ 500+ replica i was told i would even get when i did NOT know i was ordering a XXXX replica.

Complaint: On XXXX i spoke with a total of 9 representatives from Discover on trying to seek an answer. The departments they were from was Account Managers and Account Opening Specialists continuing to bounce myself back and forth. I am trying to figure out if my husband and i are permanently blacklisted from ever having another Discover card again.
My husband and I both had Discover cards in XXXX which were closed back in XX/XX/XXXX if i recall correctly, by Discover. Per a rep i was advised our accounts are marked as " Revoked/Closed. '' My husband has a XXXX balance with 100 % payments with Discover. Only remark is " Account closed by XXXX XXXX. '' I am in a similar boat only difference is i am still paying my balance off but 100 % payments made with every lender including Discover.
Any time one of us tries to apply with Discover or attempts a Pre-Qualification we receive the same denial reason " Unable to offer due to existing or prior relationship with Discover. '' I have spoken to quite a few reps and spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out an answer but can't receive a definitive answer. Are we both blacklisted from Discover now because our accounts were closed by Discover? One rep suggested applying in 7 years since thats when bad remarks fall of credit reports. However our Discover accounts never went to collections, never missed payments, weren't charged off. Just closed and either paid off or currently paying off. I called again and asked how long Discover keeps the " Revoked/Closed '' Status in their system and was advised its permanent. Essentially my understanding is we will never be able to obtain a Discover card again if i am understanding correctly.

After a few months I found out information about credit reports/score/credit history. I login to XXXX and XXXX XXXX to check information under my SSN and find out numerous accounts under my name which was opened when I even didnt had a visa to USA. Those accounts were opened within XXXX years when I lived in XXXX and dont even think about USA. So, this complain is about DISCOVER BANK account which was open ( according to XXXX credit report ) XXXX XXXX, XXXX with a credit limit {$4500.00} and current balance XXXX $ .I have never apply for Discover credit card/never received and never use ANY of Discover Bank credit cards. I physically lived in XXXX-it 's no way for me to used this card. I called Disvover fraud department and told all this information above, but they still didnt report to credit bureaus to remove this fraud account from my credit report.

I do not have any late payment or missed payments from my other creditors, i do not owe discover card a dime, i've been a customer for years but my account was closed without noticed, i called them to ask why and they said my credit utilization has reached % 50, like Really just % 50, the painful part was that i do not owe them or have a debt on the account but they where judging me base on what my utilization with other lenders was, i told them i will like to close my checking account but they where giving me a run around not wanting me to close my checking account then i asked a question, non of them have been able to answer yet, if you cant trust me with your money why should i trust you with mine? ... ... ... Discover card sucks!!!!! the same day they closed my account XXXX XXXX incress my card limit by {$2000.00} base on the same credit utilization ... ... ... i'm closing my checking account with discover card and never going to have anything to do with them, I'll suggest you all do the same.

Complaint: Ran a credit report via XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX as I have been working hard to repair my credit from past mistakes. While reviewing it, I came to realize that XXXX XXXX has been running soft inquiries on my credit NON STOP for the last two years. When I say non stop, it is not an exaggeration. Pretty much once a week for the last two years straight. I can not stress the next statement enough ... I have NEVER applied for any sort of credit with XXXX XXXX in my entire life. Not once. Not a credit card, business credit card, loan, ANYTHING.
I attempted to contact them for more information and to put a stop to it and got absolutely nowhere. Their outsourced customer service just repeatedly asked for my social security number AKA the last thing in the world I would be giving out over the phone in order to " look into it further ''. I offered just about any other piece of information to help them put an end to this until a supervisor at XXXX XXXX told me " we can't help you. Go file a complaint with the Credit Bureaus ''. Complaint: On XXXX I noticed I have fraudulent charges to my discover card.
I called Discovered and notify. A month later I received a affidavit which I signed and return. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter thru the mail stating that the charges were mine and I need to pay.
I called this Discover and they told me that they have determining that the charges were mine and I was responsable for the payment. At this point in time they can not do anything.
I am a victim of Fraud and is in my credit report. I am not going to pay for charges that I not done.
