Complaint: I have recently been declined for a loan due to Caliber Home Loans reported their account with my name being delinquent in access of 90 days or more. I 'm filing this complaint on this creditor for the last 5 months I have been disputing this creditor for malpractice in that this company persistently is deceiving the credit reporting agencies and the investigations conducted are not in depth to look in the history of this companies reporting. I have a credit report dated XXXX/XXXX/15 which has Caliber home loans last reporting XX/XX/XXXX in excess of 90 days. I have not received any correspondence from this company or it 's affiliates. This loan has apparently been transferred from another mortgage company XXXX which I have not been officially notified nor have I been notified from the current account holder. My last complaint to you Report number XXXX, XXXX, XXXX these are all saying that Caliber home loans are reporting to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX are reporting up to date as of XXXX 2015. How can a company last report XX/XX/XXXX and then after my information is updated can be current XX/XX/XXXX? That 's a total of 9 months lapsed!!!! How are the credit reporting agencies saying this is acceptable and in accordance with Fair Credit Reporting Act605-15 U.S.C. 1681c.

Complaint: My home is in foreclosure, and despite the fact that in XXXX, Caliber/XXXX Master Permanent Trust informed me that they were the new creditor/assignee of my mortgage, there is no recording in land records as to this day to support this, and further, XXXX, the supposedly " former '' loan holder still continues to be listed as the plaintiff in the Sheriff 's sale. I suspect that Caliber may be deliberately not recording recent changes in mortgage assignments to further enrich themselves, ( by avoiding paying the real estate recording fees ) and at the same time to shield themselves from legal action, as technically, XXXX is still the plaintiff. I feel that XXXX and Caliber are in colusion.

What I got instead was a lot of false miss leading information and false hope which landed me very behind in my mortgage and facing foreclosure. I desperately need help to save my home.

Complaint: Caliber Home Loans charged excessive fees when i refinanced the loan. After a painful and long waiting resolution for the arrears i was able to cure the default and pay the loan with another loan. I do not quite understand what they charged in the escrow balance. I do not have a break down of the charges and fees or an explanation. In addition Caliber Home Loans sent XXXX different pay off to escrow .I signed documents in escrow based on the pay off for XXXX XXXX and on XXXX XXXX Caliber Home loans faxed another pay off to escrow .I signed escrow and Title documents based on the XXXX XXXX pay off .I am still waiting for an explanation. It is not clear they pay the property taxes twice or what they charge in the escrow balance. I need a break down of the charges and fees in the escrow balance.

Complaint: My mortgage is currently serviced by Caliber Home Loans ( CHL ), who took over servicing for XXXX ( XXXX ) on XXXX. XXXX adjusted our escrow account without notification, causing our normal monthly payments to fall short when paid. CHL then proceeded to forcefully lock us out of our home without warning, which is a clear violation of RESPA law. They hired XXXX ( XXXX ) to take this action and advised them not allow re-entry into the property. Then CHL proceeded with foreclosure action and set a sale date of XXXX, ultimately postponing it to XXXX. CHL has recently allowed re-entry in to the property, but during the lock out period the was severely vandalized XXXX see attached. Since the vandalism took place during the lock out period, the liability falls on CHL. CHL refused to take action the repairs and clean up needed, ultimately forcing us to file a personal insurance claim. The vandalism reached extremes when my pool fence was removed, leaving my swimming pool unprotected. This ultimately led to a serious fine from the city. I have sent a QWR and XXXX Demand to CHL, requesting that they prove up the validity of the debt. CHL has refused to respond to this request, stating that they are proceeding with foreclosure activity. Caliber has refused to take any action to remedy the current problems. I feel cheated and deceived by CHL, therefore I am seeking your assistance on this matter.

Complaint: 1. I received from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( who is the servicer for XXXX the investor of the loan on my house ) " Trial Period Plan Notice '' for loan modification on my home ( Homestead ) See exhibit " A ''. I made the first two months payments on time to XXXX XXXX.
2. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX and approval letter from XXXX for the loan modification with set terms sent to XXXX XXXX and copy was sent to me by XXXX XXXX ( see exhibit " B '' ).
3. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX I received letter from XXXX XXXX stating that " XXXX '' the investor of my home loan has changed the servicer of my loan to " Caliber Home Loans '' and stated in paragraph XXXX other things : " Rest assured, this does not affect any terms or conditions of your mortgage '' ( See exhibit " C '' ), and advised me to continue making the payments to " Caliber Home Loans '', I made my third month of the trial period on time to " Caliber Home Loans '' and expected Caliber Home Loans to complete the loan modification on my house.
4. Caliber Home Loans changed the terms of the loan modification which was approved by " XXXX '' to Unfavorable Terms. See exhibit " D ''.
5. The Home Owner rejected Caliber Hom Loans the new terms because of the deviation from the approved and committed terms of XXXX and was assured by XXXX XXXX there will be no change to the terms or condition of my approved loan modification. See exhibit " E '' and urged Caliber Home to stick to the approved terms.
6. Home owner received letter from Caliber Home Loans dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX that the loan is deliquent of {$59000.00}. See exhibit " F ''. HOME OWNER WOULD LIKE TO CONFIRMS THAT THE SAME MONTHLY PAYMENT CONTINUED TO BE MADE CURENT AS OF TODAY 'S DATE.
7. The Home Owner filed FRAUD MORTGAGE complaint to the State of Nevada Office of the Attorney General on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. See exhibit " G '' 7. Home Owner forwarded to Caliber Home Loans copy of the filed complaint with Attorney General and urged Caliber Home Loans to honor the committed and approved loan modification terms.See exhibit " H ''.
8. Home Owner received mail from Caliber Home Loans dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX denying the loan modification. See exhibit " I ''
