Complaint: My loan was transferred to XXXX XXXX from Caliber Home Loans in XXXX of 2017. Caliber Home Loans still reflects my loan as being open with the credit bureaus, specifically XXXX. I have asked Caliber Home Loans to contact the credit bureaus and report my loan as either closed or transferred and to no avail. They keep indicating to me that they no longer have the loan and they do n't have any way to change it. I have been denied two loans because of my debt-to-income ratio. Every time I file a dispute with XXXX, it comes back that they have verified the status.

Complaint: open escrow on XXXX-17 this was a 20 day escrow I paid for appraisal and inspection, seller got termite and hoa inspection done purchased home warranty. On friday XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX I was told I didnt have a loan and I loss the house because I was not fully qualified. I also gave notice to my apartment to be out by XX/XX/XXXX. I had put gas and electricity in my name already as I was told too, purchased a home insurance as well.

Complaint: Since XXXX XXXX, I was working with a loan consultant XXXX XXXX with Caliber Home Loans as I was looking to purchase a new home. I 've worked with XXXX XXXX in the past, and I trusted that she would help me obtain a new home loan as she did for previously. The presenting issue is that for nine months XXXX XXXX with Caliber Home Loans used deceptive, predatory lending practices in an attempt to obtain a home loan on my behalf that she knew I would not qualify to get. To explain further I just learned from a more reputable lender that I am only qualified to purchase a home loan for {$300000.00} when for 9 months XXXX XXXX with Caliber Homes provided pre-approvals for 4 different home in the range of {$400000.00} to {$640000.00} when she knew that I was in no way capable of obtaining a loan in that range. She knowingly continued to deceive me knowing that I was selling my current home, about to rent and own a new home that she provided a preapproval to purchase knowing that my XXXX only showed that I made {$39000.00}. She just admitted to this omission after she ran my credit twice, allowed me to go forward with putting my previous home up for sale and assisted in the sale of my last house, she knew I would lose a {$2000.00} deposit on a home I can not afford to purchase and never would have been able to buy because she has had access to my XXXX since XXXX. I took a loss of {$80000.00} on the purchase of my old house, lost my {$2000.00} deposit on the new home, {$1000.00} in moving expenses and the unfortunate owner of the house I am being forced to vacate is also impacted as his house has been off the market for 3 months because of her lies, deception an omission. Additionally, she stopped corresponding with me after she finally told me the truth. This is no how you treat someone you called " like family. '' Her tactics to use me to deceptively obtain a loan she knew I would not afford has harmed me financially and emotionally. Now, I have to find a place to live again ( I just moved in XXXX because of her lies and sold my house ) as not to disrupt my children as well as deal with a homeowner who was also financially harmed. All of the above events took place from XXXX XXXX until XXXX XXXX. Additionally, Caliber Home loans serviced my previous home loan that another lender told me I should n't have received either because I did not qualify and they did not pay my taxes on that house. I did n't realize this until XXXX XXXX when a received a notice from XXXX County that they were putting a lien on my house for a tax sale. I had to pay those taxes out of my pocket because of the error. I still have n't been reimbursed for those fees either.

Complaint: XXXX XXXX Loans incorrectly reported 30 days late for our XX/XX/XXXX mortgage payment. We disputed the error both directly with Caliber as well as with XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, we received a message from a Caliber representative stating that the 30 days late was corrected and that our credit reports would be corrected in ~ 1 week. We have the recorded message. To this day, our credit reports have not been updated to reflect the 30 days late correction and we have received zero written correspondence from Caliber regarding the correction. We 've talked many, many times with several Caliber representatives about getting our credit reports updated and each time, receiving no information or wrong information. We talked with a representative on XX/XX/XXXX and was told that the corrected account information would download to the Credit Bureau 's on that day and for whatever reason, this did n't happened. When we called on the XXXX of XXXX to follow up, we we 're told the Credit would n't be updated until XXXX of XXXX. This is totally unacceptable and we need help resolving the issue. This has cost us a higher interest rate for the purchase of a 2nd property.

Complaint: I was in contact with the Department of Veteran Affairs and Caliber Home Loan, and we were working on gathering and reviewing my documents for loss mitigation. During the process, my VA Loan Techician requested a postponement of the current sale date. Caliber did not deny the postponement, but they did continue to collect documentation for review. There were several technical delays with the email addresses and the contacts that they proviced. However, my VA tech was trying to assist by forwarding the information to Caliber as well.
In the middle of collecting my documents, Caliber executed the Foreclosure sale without giving me a chance for review. I feel that they had no intent to review my package as they did not postpone as the VA requested for more time, and they executed the sale while I was under the impression that they were working with me to save my home.

XXXX XXXX XXXX. Trustee responded that they are not involved when they sued me.
XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX and Caliber Home Loans, Inc. sent repetitive letters from XXXX to XXXX.
They are all responsible for Real Rstate Fraud, confusion regarding service and ownership service notifications. Those notices were not reflected on the Instruments from XXXX recorded at property clerk. Another name XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, never sent the page for XXXX XXXX that are required for borrower can review and make accurate information. Instead XXXX XXXX XXXX and Caliber Home Loans , Inc said the never had a contract with the Original Contract ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). From XXXX through XXXX XXXX when XXXX XXXX XXXX and Caliber Home Loans Inc did an illegal transfer because there was never a transfer/assign from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX c/o Caliber as new Owners. XXXX recorded in XXXX violates statutes and intentional commits Real Estate Fraud.
The XXXX instrument is/was illegal and any instruments using that document is intentional fraud, and harassment to Original Contract borrower, Fraud to FDCRA which can only be legal if the Petitioners can verify pet statues they owned my contract. They can not do so and transferrd illegally in XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX XXXX. to deflect fraudulent transfer and assignment.
All who sued me in XXXX XXXX and before have not been able to prove ownership for over 4 years and made the transfer fraudently to XXXX XXXX XXXX which include their partners in real estate fraud.
Two class action suits against them, because letters automatically sent to " new Caliber borrower from transfer '' intentional done in XXXX ; violations of illegal statutes.

I have an Order to Foreclose on my property was from XXXX XXXX XXXX. and the other Petitioners which has illegal possession of my deed. It was promised my XXXX in XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX.
Numerous complaints and litigation toward Petitioners sue to foreclose my house as well as others do not have any legal ownership. My legal homestead property is protected from such illegal and fraudulent group repetitive frauds.
Please retrieve my deed and punitive damages.

Complaint: On XX/XX/2017, I contacted Caliber home loans ( at XXXX ) in regards to my home loan escrow balance and taxes. Let me first start off by saying in order to speak to someone there is a lengthy automated system which has prompt after prompt. Once i spoke to the tax department I then was transferred to customer service. I have an escrow balance of {$3500.00}. My taxes last year were {$680.00}. This year they increased to {$7800.00}. The reason for the increase was due to the fact that we built our home and the previous year taxes were only {$680.00} because the city estimated the taxes without the home and only the land. Upon speaking with a customer service representative ( ID # XXXX ), he was very confused on the details of my loan which happened the last several times I spoke with Caliber. I asked very clear and direct questions regarding my escrow account : " where is the money being allocated to and how much ''. He began to say several times " ummmm ''. He seemed to dance around my question. This is the only info I gathered being that this info is NOT accessible online. Here was the breakdown he gave me and he said he didnt know how else to explain it. The only reason I have any of this info was because I had to ask several times and redirect him back to the original question.
{$3500.00} ( in escrow to date ) - {$1500.00} ( to insurance ) - {$630.00} ( PMI ) ___________ {$560.00} remainder ... ...?? Where is the rest of the money going?? He got rude as if I was being unreasonable. The call was recorded. I asked to speak to someone else or a supervisor and he then refused stating he answered my questions to the best of his ability.
I then was transferred by him back into the que after stating that this was a recorded line and i want to speak to someone else. I then spoke with another woman in customer service. This woman could not tell me what my escrow balance was stating " where do you see that info? ". She then said let me look at the notes from the previous representative. I told her I do not need you to do that. I need you to look at my account and give me direct answers to my direct questions. I explained to her that a portion of my escrow was going towards my taxes and It isnt listed on the annual escrow account disclosure and statement, nor is the breakdown of where the money is being allocated to. She again sounded confused and said I can mail you out another statement. I told her that when someone trusts a company to handle their home loan, they expect direct answers about where and when payments will be made on their behalf and how much. I also told them I would be reporting them for their deceptive practices. I would like them investigated to see why exactly they are unable to give direct answers regarding payments allocated from the escrow account.

Complaint: My bank Caliber Home Loans was reviewing a short sale last month and as of this month they have changed their policy and are no longer willing to review a short sale. I have an offer for the full amount they were asking for at the time when they were reviewing the short sale but now they will not review it.
