Complaint: For the last several weeks I have been talking to XXXX XXXX, a loan officer with XXXX XXXX and other companies about refinancing my mortgage loan, and Mr. XXXX asked me to email him a copy of my recent appraisal report so we can determine my equity. I recently obtained my credit report and saw a " hard inquiry '' was pulled on XX/XX/2018 by XXXX! I did not authorize anyone to obtain my credit report! XXXX XXXX called me a few days later and I asked him which credit company do they use to pull credit, and said XXXX! I asked him if he pulled my credit report and he said he will look into it, but i have never heard from him again! I received an email with an attachment of loan disclosures from the XXXX XXXX!

Complaint: I have an account with Credco to pull potential clients credit reports. I have a minimum payment of {$25.00} that I have to make every month in order to maintain this account. Credco billing department erroneously has not applied one of my minimum monthly payments, and as a result, it keeps sending me erroneous bills for {$25.00} that I do not owe. I have sent Credco billing department explanation and a copy of my online banking payments, which shows all payments have been paid from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. However, Credco billing department refuses to admit their billing errors and instead they are forcing me to cancel my account so they can credit me for that erroneous {$25.00} charge, which has already been paid to them. I have attached a copy of my online banking transactions, which clearly shows all payments have been paid to Credco. In my opinion, Credco is acting in a bad faith by sending me erroneous bill for something that has already been paid to them. They also refuse to correct their error and in the meantime they are threatening my credit rating and my business.
