However no mortgage company is listed on my credit file/report. Then I requested for an reinvestigation and asked for the company that furnished the the information. And now there saying that the credit Bureaus supply them the information. However it was verified by CoreLogic Credco

Complaint: On XX/XX/2017 I consented to a hard inquiry at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NY XXXX. I left as I was told I could not get an answer that day and to wait for a reply in 3-5 business days for a reply via e-mail or telephone. I never received an offer or answer but the Credco inquiry is showing on my report. I went to the shop and there was no one there to help me. Now I am under the impression that the shop is closed as there are 2 cars on the lot and never a sales person in sight. I want this inquiry OFF my credit report as I consented to the inquiry for the purpose of hearing a finance offer. I called credco and they were not interested in helping me besides telling me I consented to the inquiry and they can not help me so it is up to the company to contact me with an offer.

Complaint: I recently checked my XXXX credit report and I notice that there are 8 unauthorized inquiries listed on my report. The only one that I am aware of and take responsibility in authorizing would be the XXXX inquiry made on XX/XX/2017 for a personal loan that I currently have with them. The other seven especially the inquiry from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, I did not authorize. With XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX they could not run my credit with my understanding due to me not having any identification to identify myself. I had forgotten my driver 's license and was refused service when I made them aware of having no ID on hand. XXXX customer service representative had no right to submit my application if it was not complete. XXXX XXXX, Corelogic Credco, and XXXX XXXX are companies that I have never heard of nor would allow them to have access to my personal information such as my social security number to pull any information about me. I did not sign anything from the list of companies I just mentioned.

Complaint: I requested my CoreLogic credit report XX/XX/XXXX. I received the wrong credit report on XX/XX/XXXX. I reached out to CoreLogic to let them know they sent the incorrect XXXX credit report. On XX/XX/XXXX I received my XXXX credit report. I seen some items I didn't agree with so I started a dispute. In there letter they mentioned if a consumer shall find any inaccuracy that the agency shall conduct a reasonable investigation. I found that hard to believe. I never received any validation with my signature on it which I asked for on XX/XX/XXXX for validation. Corelogic responded back on XX/XX/XXXX stated it was verified, still no copy with my signature. I wrote back on XX/XX/XXXX asking again. CoreLogic responded back on XX/XX/XXXX stating that they already verified and I need to contact the creditor to confirm validation. Why would I contact the creditor, Corelogic is the one reporting the inaccuracy on my credit report? Then XX/XX/XXXX CoreLogic suggested again that I need to check with the creditor. If CoreLogic doesn't have validation ( signed contract ) with my signature on it, they need to remove/delete inaccurate information reporting. They then tell me in the meantime they have open a dispute on my behave. I find coreLogic in violation of my consumer rights and I like to seek relief and recover all monetary damages that I maybe entitled to section 617,616
