Complaint: We were selling property in XXXX, NV in XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to have the tax payment stopped as the payment would be handled through closing. The loan closed on XX/XX/XXXX with the taxes paid through the title company. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a letter from XXXXXXXX XXXX stating that the tax amount of {$280.00} was disbursed from the escrow account on XX/XX/XXXX and they could not stop the check. Receipt of this letter was after the loan had closed. This resulted in a duplicate payment of the taxes. I was assured that they would receive the funds back when the tax office refunded the money. On XX/XX/XXXXI contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and they told me that had not received the refund and referred me to Corelogic Inc. as the refund would go to them first as they make the bulk payments for XXXXXXXX XXXX. I called Corelogic Inc. and was told that they had not received the refund from the tax office. I called the tax office and was informed that the refund had not been sent and could take up to 6 weeks.
OnXX/XX/XXXX, I followed up with XXXXXXXX XXXX and Corelogic and was informed that they had not yet received the refund. I went to the tax office that day and they told me that the refund was going out that day.
On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX again and again was referred to Corelogic. I spoke with XXXX who told me that the tax office sent the refund to the wrong company which made no sense to me because the tax office told me it would go back to Corelogic. Corelogic told me that the refund went to XXXXXXXX XXXX and they had contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX onXX/XX/XXXX to get them to send the money back but was uncertain how long it would take. I contacted the tax office for verification and the tax office told me that the refund was sent back to Corelogic Refund Department on XX/XX/XXXX.
My opinion is that Corelogic sent the refund to the wrong Company and they are trying to cover their tracks. I has been over 4 months since this property closed and I am no closer to getting this refund than I was at closing. This is obviously the mistake of Corelogic Inc.

I was in a car accident and had no car and no car insurance and for the vehicle they were claiming I had. There is a Judgment in the amount of {$2500.00} on my rental history. Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX ran my credit without my permission back on XX/XX/XXXX, and they used Corelogic Credco to do it. I reported XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX to the CFPB on multiple occasions in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX, and they said they would have Corelogic Credco remove the hard inquiries. Corelogic Credco was supposed to have the hard inquiries removed from my report all the way back in XX/XX/XXXXof this year, but they haven't. XXXX still has the hard inquiry from them. I contacted Corelogic Credco on XX/XX/XXXX, and they said I needed to submit a written request to them to give to XXXX to remove the hard inquiry. I sent it via email ( Corelogic Credco said it was acceptable ), but over a month later, the hard inquiry from XXXX is still on my report, and I've been dealing with the whole situation for over half a year. Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX, CT XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX After my bankruptcy my credit score was building nicely and was in the upper 600 's. I received a letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX stating that they work with individuals who have filed bankruptcy to help them with a loan to build their credit.
I agreed to a credit check and was not aware that there would be 7 and 8 hard inquiries on my credit report. I gave them permission to run my report but not to multiple financial institutions.
I waited a year to see if the issue would resolve itself but it has not. the institutions are listed below.

Complaint: XXXX a company consumer reporting agency located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, CA XXXX has false information reporting thereto third parties such as XXXX XXXX and other agencies whom stated that they found negative reporting and could not fund our loan. This information is unknown and is falsely reported. I have never heard of XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. They had my birthday ten years older than what i am and one day removed from my original birth date. Something is very strange with this information they posted. XXXX XXXX denied us after we went over the information due to some unknown issues newly found. XXXX and XXXX XXXX working together. XXXX { XXXX } has been harassing us since they alleged to have acquired a loan from the FDIC on XX/XX/XXXX. At the same time i, was battling to regain my investment with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX so that is how this began.
